二氧化碳与碳酸钙的化学反应性质。
碳酸钙不溶于水,只在有二氧化碳加入时溶于水,并产生化学反应,生成碳酸氢钙。其化学方程式是:CaCO3+CO2+H2O==Ca(HCO3)2
发明内容
将二氧化碳输入到含有碳酸钙的水中,生成碳酸氢钙水溶液,可达到二氧化碳的0排放,并使二氧化碳变废为宝。不产生有害物质,不增加生产与消费成本,是一种有益无害实现二氧化碳0排放的方法。
1.碳酸氢钙溶解于水,经过无害化处理可用做食品营养强化剂。其化学方程式是:
Ca(HCO3)2+H2O
2.将过量碳酸氢钙与氢氧化钠反应,会生成碳酸钙沉淀与碳酸钠水溶液。其化学方程式是:
Ca(HCO3)2+2NaOH=CaCO3↓+2H2O+Na2CO3
碳酸钙沉淀回收可反复使用;碳酸钠溶液干燥后可得到碳酸钠成品。
3.当没有过量的碳酸氢钙与氢氧化钠反应时,会产生碳酸钙沉淀与苏打水。其化学方程式是:
Ca(HCO3)2+NaOH=CaCO3↓+H2O+NaHCO3
碳酸钙沉淀回收可反复使用;碳酸氢钠水经过无害化处理可成为直接饮用的苏打水,干燥后可得到苏打粉。
以上三种处理方式,均不产生有害物质,也不增加生产成本。
具体实施方式
对二氧化碳的吸收分为两种方式实施:
一是对燃煤、燃油、燃气锅炉烟囱的烟尘二氧化碳的吸收。根据烟尘排放量设置适宜大小的二氧化碳解吸池,池中加入水和碳酸钙,将烟尘导入池水中,使二氧化碳得到吸收。适时将碳酸氢钠水溶液导出,换入新水和碳酸钙。
二是对汽车及各种柴油机、汽油机尾气二氧化碳的吸收。给汽油机、柴油机排气管装上二氧化碳的解吸罐,罐中加入水和碳酸钙,将汽油机、柴油机尾气导入解吸罐的水中,使含有二氧化碳的气体在水中通过而被吸收。解吸罐的进气管设有防止回流阀门,防止内燃机停车时气体回流。当碳酸钙完全反应后调换解吸罐。
这两种方式都可以做到二氧化碳的0排放,且不增加成本。
