技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆座椅的铰接组件，所述铰接组件包括：在第一旋转模式中围绕旋转轴旋转的铰接的第一元件和第二元件；用于调节围绕旋转轴旋转的第一元件和第二元件之间的相对位置的驱动控制装置；以及环状件，所述环状件使第一元件、第二元件和驱动控制装置保持在一起以便形成精细调节座椅椅背倾斜度的模块。
背景技术
例如从法国专利申请FR2923425A1中已知一种铰接组件，称为连续铰接组件。
该铰接组件能够良好地工作以用于精细调节座椅椅背倾斜度，但是该铰接组件不能够使座椅椅背快速到达其位置，例如提供进入车辆后座的通道。
因此希望考虑一种能够以两种模式工作的铰接系统，即精细调节椅背的已知的第一模式和能够使椅背快速到达经确定的位置的第二模式。
例如在专利申请GB2218627A1中已经提出考虑了使铰接组件的元件脱离以用于实现两种不同工作模式的可能性。上面所提及的专利申请涉及由离合系统偏置的记忆铰接(articulation à mémoire)，所述记忆铰接可通过受铰接件外部控制的连杆返回系统脱离。该铰接组件是复杂且体积庞大的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于机动车辆座椅的铰接组件，所述铰接组件能够在精细调节座椅椅背倾斜度的第一模式中工作，以及必要时在能够使座椅椅背快速到达经确定的位置以用于进入车辆的后座，又或例如用于形成小桌或小床等的第二快速工作模式中工作。该铰接组件应当是体积不大且容易实现的。
本发明的目标是提供一种用于机动车辆座椅的铰接组件，其包括：在第一旋转模式中围绕旋转轴相对彼此旋转的铰接的第一元件和第二元件，用于调节围绕旋转轴旋转的所述第一元件和所述第二元件之间的相对位置的驱动控制装置，以及环状件，所述环状件使第一元件、第二元件和驱动控制装置保持在一起以便形成精细调节座椅椅背倾斜度的模块，其中，在第一元件和保持环状件之间插设用于确保第二工作模式的解锁控制装置，所述解锁控制装置包括脱离销轴，所述脱离销轴受引导旋转以用于使第一元件与脱离盘分离，脱离盘在弹簧的作用下被沿轴向推向第一元件，所述弹簧抵靠在由环状件保持的杯状件上。
根据优选实施例，脱离销轴包括具有阳凸轮的环形盘状部分，所述阳凸轮与在脱离盘中实施的阴模腔配合，确保了脱离盘与第一元件的轴向间距。
根据优选实施例，位于互相面对位置的脱离盘的表面和第一元件的表面包括确保直接接触的联接互配结构。
有利地，弹簧具有容置在圆形槽中的波浪垫圈的形状，所述圆形槽加工在支承杯状件中。

图1示出了构成根据本发明的用于车辆座椅的铰接组件的实施例的元件的分解视图。从右至左示出了：围绕在图2和图3上所示的轴9相互旋转铰接的第二元件1和第一元件3；用于调节围绕所述轴旋转的第一元件3和第二元件1之间的相对位置的不对称驱动控制装置8。带有凸轮的脱离销轴5设置在环形盘上，所述环形盘与脱离盘4中的模腔配合，以用于使第一元件3与脱离盘4分离。
波浪垫圈状的弹簧7容置在支承杯状件6中加工出的圆形槽中。
环状件2保持第一元件3、第二元件1和驱动控制装置8，以及保持脱离元件7、4、5。
图2示出了根据本发明的铰接组件的实施例的横向截面图。在图2中，所述铰接组件被连接，即脱离销轴5的阳凸轮与脱离盘4的阴模腔重合。第一元件3和脱离盘4的联接互配结构也相互接触。弹簧7使脱离盘4抵靠在元件3上。
当脱离销轴5旋转时，这些阳凸轮离开在脱离盘4中加工的模腔，并且尽管存在弹簧7的压力，这些阳凸轮使第一元件3与脱离盘4分开。
在如图3所示的这种位置中，支承杯状件6从第一元件3中解锁并且能够旋转，使座椅椅背能够快速运动。
通过在椅背的该运动结束时松开脱离销轴5，所述椅背将采取这样一个位置：凸轮将再次插入脱离盘4的模腔中并且铰接组件将重新连接。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于机动车辆座椅的铰接组件，其包括：
-在第一旋转模式中围绕旋转轴相对彼此旋转的铰接的第一元件(3)和第二元件(1)，
-用于调节围绕旋转轴(9)旋转的所述第一元件和所述第二元件之间的相对位置的驱动控制装置(8)，以及
-保持环状件(2)，所述保持环状件使第一元件(3)、第二元件(1)和驱动控制装置(8)保持在一起以便形成精细调节座椅椅背倾斜度的模块，其特征在于，在第一元件(3)和保持环状件(2)之间插设用于确保第二工作模式的解锁控制装置，所述解锁控制装置包括脱离销轴(5)，所述脱离销轴受引导旋转以用于使第一元件(3)与脱离盘(4)分离，脱离盘(4)在弹簧(7)的作用下被沿轴向推向第一元件(3)，所述弹簧抵靠在由保持环状件(2)保持的支承杯状件(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铰接组件，其特征在于，脱离销轴(5)包括具有阳凸轮的环形盘状部分，所述阳凸轮与在脱离盘(4)中实施的阴模腔配合，确保了脱离盘(4)与第一元件(3)的轴向间距。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铰接组件，其特征在于，位于互相面对位置的脱离盘(4)的表面和第一元件(3)的表面包括确保直接接触的联接互配结构。
