本发明公开一种分支馈电单元,采用的技术方案包括外罩、底板,所述底座前端设置单元机箱面板、后端设置单元触头安装板,所述单元触头安装板内侧安装一组电流互感器、外侧安装一组与电流互感器连接的输入动触头、输出动触头,所述底板中间通过支架安装断路器,所述支架一侧设置脱扣杆,所述脱扣杆上端伸出外罩、下端与断路器的脱扣连接。本发明的分支馈电单元,采用一体化模块式设计,分支馈电单元后端设置的输入接线柱、输出接线柱采用动触头式结构,可以通过在分开关腔上设置静触头,实现拨插式安装,安装时间极短,数分钟即可完成更换安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源控制开关,具体是一种矿用隔爆型低压真空组合馈电开关的分支馈电单元。
背景技术
矿用隔爆型真空组合馈电开关是煤矿井下用于低压供配电系统的馈电控制和保护的设备,它对于煤矿井下低压供配电系统中的馈电和保护的安全性、可靠性、合理性具有重要作用。传统馈电开关一般是分为二级使用,即分为总开关和分开关相配套使用。这种单体式开关存在占地面积大、使用及维修不方便的缺陷。
针对上述问题,专利号为:200720033837.1的中国发明创造专利,公开一种矿用隔爆型组合式馈电开关,采用的技术方案是在隔爆箱内设置支架,在支架上设置至少二个抽屉,在抽屉上安装断路器、保护器、输入接线柱、输出接线柱等,从而实现每个抽屉实现一个馈电开关,其中一个为总馈电开关,从而实现一种组合式馈电开关。
上述无论的单体式或组合式,如电流互感器、断路器、输入接线柱、输出接线柱等设备都是直接安装在分开关腔内,电源线与接线柱的通常采用焊接等固定方式。防爆馈电开关一般应用于煤矿等高危险场合,不允许现场带电调试,当开关设备出故障时,通常需要整机更换,由于防爆馈电开关体积非常大、且非常重,给带来非常大的不便。另外,分开关腔内空间狭小,安装和更换设备也非常困难。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装维修非常方便的分支馈电单元。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案包括外罩、底板,所述底板前端设置单元机箱面板 、后端设置单元触头安装板,所述单元触头安装板内侧安装一组电流互感器、外侧安装一组与电流互感器连接的输入动触头、输出动触头,所述底板中间通过支架安装断路器,所述支架一侧设置脱扣杆,所述脱扣杆上端伸出外罩、下端与断路器的脱扣连接。
所述的分支馈电单元, 其特征在于:所述底板底部和/或两侧设置滑轮。
所述的分支馈电单元, 其特征在于:所述底板一侧设置滑块槽,所述滑块槽由二块动力块组成。
所述的分支馈电单元, 其特征在于:所述外罩上设置提手。
所述的分支馈电单元, 其特征在于:所述输入动触头、输出动触头为柱形插套。
所述的分支馈电单元, 其特征在于:所述柱形插套内壁设置呈圆周状间断排列的触条。
本发明的分支馈电单元,采用一体化模块式设计,分支馈电单元后端设置的输入接线柱、输出接线柱采用动触头式结构,可以通过在分开关腔上设置静触头,实现拨插式安装,安装时间极短,数分钟即可完成更换安装;另外,当设备出故障时,也无需要整机更换,只要断电后,更换一个新的分支馈电单元即可,故障分支馈电单元可以返厂维修调试。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本发明的分支馈电单元,包括外罩c1、底板c11,所述外罩c1通过螺丝与底板c11连接。所述底板c11前端设置单元机箱面板 c9、后端设置单元触头安装板c6,所述单元触头安装板c6内侧安装一组电流互感器c7;c5、外侧安装一组与电流互感器c5;c7连接的输入动触头c3、输出动触头c2,其中的电流互感器c5为零序电流互感器。所述底板c11中间通过支架c15安装断路器c8,所述的断路器c8为永磁真空断路器。所述支架c15一侧设置脱扣杆c10,所述脱扣杆c10上端伸出外罩c1、下端与断路器c8的脱扣c12连接。脱扣杆可以配合分开关腔上的手动脱扣机构实现手动脱扣。
为进一步优化方案,所述底板c11底部和两侧设置均滑轮c12。设置滑轮可以保证分支馈电单元能顺利的推入分开关腔。所述底板c11一侧设置滑块槽16,所述滑块槽16由二块动力块c4组成。设置滑块槽楞以配合分开关腔内设置的推动机构,将其推入分开关腔。所述外罩c1上设置提手13。设置提手方便分支馈电单元的拿放。所述输入动触头c3、输出动触头c2为柱形插套。设置柱形插套可以配合分开关腔内设置的插柱实现插接。所述柱形插套内壁设置呈圆周状间断排列的触条c14。设置间断排列的触条,将让柱形插套具有一定的张力,保证插柱插入后紧密性。

1.一种分支馈电单元,包括外罩(c1)、底板(c11),所述底板(c11)前端设置单元机箱面板(c9)、后端设置单元触头安装板(c6),所述单元触头安装板(c6)内侧安装一组电流互感器(c7;c5)、外侧安装一组与电流互感器(c5;c7)连接的输入动触头(c3)、输出动触头(c2),所述底板(c11)中间通过支架(c15)安装断路器(c8),特征在于:所述支架(c15)一侧安装设置的脱扣杆(c10),该脱扣杆(c10)上端伸出外罩(c1)、下端与断路器(c8)的脱扣(c12)连接,所述底板(c11)底部和两侧设置滑轮(c12)、且所述底板(c11)一侧还设置由二块动力块(c4)组成的滑块槽(16),所述输入动触头(c3)、输出动触头(c2)为柱形插套。
2.据权利要求1所述的分支馈电单元,其特征在于:所述外罩(c1)上设置提手(13)。
3.据权利要求1所述的分支馈电单元,其特征在于:所述柱形插套内壁设置呈圆周状间断排列的触条(c14)。
