一种防爆按钮,包括轴套,在轴套的内壁上设有向内凸出的环状台阶,在轴套的内腔中安装有按钮操纵轴,所述按钮操纵轴上套设有压簧,所述弹簧的底端顶靠在环状台阶的上表面;所述按钮操纵轴下端套设有防爆套,所述防爆套嵌合进轴套中,防爆套的上端面与环状台阶的下表面重合,所述防爆套的下方还设置有一个护套,所述护套通过螺钉固定在轴套上,所述护套中间设有通孔,通孔中设有回位栓,所述回位栓穿过通孔与按钮操纵轴螺纹连接。进一步的,所述护套下端开设有限位槽,所述限位槽与位栓的栓帽相配合。与现有技术相比,本发明安全性高,更为耐用。

一种防爆按钮
技术领域
本发明涉及防爆器材领域,具体为一种防爆按钮。 
背景技术
防爆按钮又称防爆控制按钮,主要应用在爆炸性气体环境、可燃性粉尘等危险场所。如图1所示,现有技术的防爆按钮结构为:在一个轴套内设置有按钮操纵轴,按钮操纵轴上套设有弹簧,弹簧的下方设有套设在按钮操纵轴上的铜套,在按钮操纵轴的底端即其露出轴套的端部插有弹性销。这种结构的防爆按钮存在的问题是:由于弹簧的底端直接顶靠在铜套上,当按压按钮操纵轴时,铜套直接受到由弹簧传递来的按压力,当按压力较大时,铜套极有可能滑脱出轴套之外,防爆按钮失灵,存在严重安全隐患;另外,按钮操纵轴底端的弹性销所能承受的拉力较小,当松开按钮操纵轴时,在弹簧的作用下,按钮操纵轴带动弹性销复位,在弹性恢复力较大的情况下,弹性销受力较大,极易发生永久性变形,也会使防爆按钮失灵,存在严重安全隐患。 
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种防爆按钮,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。 
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现: 
一种防爆按钮,包括轴套,在轴套的内壁上设有向内凸出的环状台阶,在轴套的内腔中安装有按钮操纵轴,所述按钮操纵轴上套设有压簧,所述弹簧的底端顶靠在环状台阶的上表面;所述按钮操纵轴下端套设有防爆套,所述防爆套嵌合进轴套中,防爆套的上端面与环状台阶的下表面重合,所述防爆套的下方还设置有一个护套,所述护套通过螺钉固定在轴套上,所述护套中间设有通孔,通孔中设有回位栓,所述回位栓穿过通孔与按钮操纵轴螺纹连接。 
进一步的,所述护套下端开设有限位槽,所述限位槽与位栓的栓帽相配合。 
与现有技术相比,本发明安全性高,更为耐用。

如图1所示的一种防爆按钮,包括轴套7,在轴套7的内壁上设有向内凸出的环状台阶6,在轴套7的内腔中安装有按钮操纵轴9,所述按钮操纵轴上套设有压簧8,所述弹簧8的底端顶靠在环状台阶6的上表面;所述按钮操纵轴9下端套设有防爆套5,所述防爆套5嵌合进轴套7中,防爆套5的上端面与环状台阶6的下表面重合,所述防爆套5的下方还设置有一个护套4,所述护套4通过螺钉3固定在轴套7上,所述护套4中间设有通孔,通孔中设有回位栓1,所述回位栓1穿过通孔与按钮操纵轴9螺纹连接。 
进一步的,所述护套4下端开设有限位槽2,所述限位槽2与位栓1的栓帽相配合。

1.一种防爆按钮,其特征在于:包括轴套,在轴套的内壁上设有向内凸出的环状台阶,在轴套的内腔中安装有按钮操纵轴,所述按钮操纵轴上套设有压簧,所述弹簧的底端顶靠在环状台阶的上表面;所述按钮操纵轴下端套设有防爆套,所述防爆套嵌合进轴套中,防爆套的上端面与环状台阶的下表面重合,所述防爆套的下方还设置有一个护套,所述护套通过螺钉固定在轴套上,所述护套中间设有通孔,通孔中设有回位栓,所述回位栓穿过通孔与按钮操纵轴螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆按钮,其特征在于:所述护套下端开设有限位槽,所述限位槽与位栓的栓帽相配合。
