本发明公开了一种LED照明灯,涉及灯具制造技术领域,它包括有带支撑架的外灯壳,所述外灯壳内设有连接电源开关的LED灯,所述外灯壳的开口处设有灯罩,所述外灯壳向内凹进呈弧形,在所述外灯壳凹进的内壁上设有一层镜面层,所述LED灯包括多只LED灯珠并设置于所述外灯壳内的镜面层上。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有LED灯亮度不够的问题。

本发明涉及灯具制造技术领域,尤其是一种日常使用的LED照明灯具。
背景技术
随着LED照明技术的发展, LED灯被广泛应用于人们的日常照明灯具上。现有的日用照明灯具一般包括有带支撑架的外灯壳,外灯壳内设有连接电源开关的一根LED灯管,外灯壳的开口处设有灯罩。这种结构的LED灯虽然解决了传统日光灯及白炽灯的发光光源不稳定,闪烁影响视力,使用寿命短等问题,但还存在照明亮度低于传统的日光灯及白炽灯的问题,而且发光光源集中,光线不够柔和,直视LED灯时感觉刺眼,如果为了满足照明所需亮度增加用电功率,刺眼的程度也明显增加。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种LED照明灯,以解决现有LED灯亮度不够的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本LED照明灯包括有带支撑架的外灯壳,所述外灯壳内设有连接电源开关的LED灯,所述外灯壳的开口处设有灯罩,所述外灯壳向内凹进呈弧形,在所述外灯壳凹进的内壁上设有一层镜面层,所述LED灯包括多只LED灯珠并设置于所述外灯壳内的镜面层上。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述灯罩为一向外凸起的磨砂玻璃片。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本LED照明灯的外灯壳向内凹进呈弧形,外灯壳凹进的内壁上设有一层镜面层,多只LED灯珠并设置于所述外灯壳内的镜面层,使用多只LED灯珠,既可以均化发光点,降低刺眼的程度,又可以根据需要的亮度调整通电的LED灯珠数量,使用方便,节省能耗;外灯壳向设计成凹进呈弧形,可以使LED灯珠也呈球冠型分布,减少漫反射,增强聚光效果,加上镜面层的对LED灯珠光线的反射,增加整个灯的亮度,与亮度相同的LED灯相比吗,节省电能;灯罩为为一向外凸起的磨砂玻璃片,可以使聚焦的光线均匀柔和地发散出去,降低刺眼的程度。本LED照明灯可以用于台灯、壁灯、顶灯,外灯壳可以为长形、圆形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1、图2所示的LED照明灯,它包括有带支撑架5的外灯壳1,外灯壳1内设有连接电源开关6的LED灯,外灯壳1向内凹进呈弧形,在外灯壳1凹进的内壁上设有一层镜面层3,所述LED灯包括多只LED灯珠2,这些LED灯珠2分为四组,均匀地设置于外灯壳1内的镜面层3上。使用多只LED灯珠2,既可以均化发光点,降低刺眼的程度,又可以根据需要的亮度调整通电的LED灯珠2数量;外灯壳1向设计成凹进呈弧形,可以使LED灯珠2也呈球冠型分布,减少漫反射,增强聚光效果,加上镜面层3的对LED灯珠2光线的反射,增加整个灯的亮度,与亮度相同的LED灯相比吗,节省电能。外灯壳1的开口处设有灯罩4,该灯罩4为一向外凸起的磨砂玻璃片可以使聚焦的光线均匀柔和地发散出去。

1.一种LED照明灯,包括有带支撑架的外灯壳,所述外灯壳内设有连接电源开关的LED灯,所述外灯壳的开口处设有灯罩,其特征在于:所述外灯壳向内凹进呈弧形,在所述外灯壳凹进的内壁上设有一层镜面层,所述LED灯包括多只LED灯珠并设置于所述外灯壳内的镜面层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩为一向外凸起的磨砂玻璃片。
