本发明属于保温技术领域，特别涉及一种管道保温件。
背景技术
北方地区冬季温度极低，室外的管材容易受冻，目前一般采用包裹岩棉等方式来保持管材内外温度，现场施工难度大，进度慢，且对环境造成严重污染，也危害着施工者的身体健康。而且，这种保温方式，不具备防水能力，保温效果差
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种管道保温件，安装方便，对环境影响小。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种管道保温件，横截面为圆管形状，自内到外依次是柔性填充层1、保温层2、玻璃钢层3和防水漆层4。
所述柔性填充层1为丝绵。
所述保温层2为珍珠岩、泡沫混凝土或者保温砂浆。
所述保温件由两个半管对接形成截面为圆管形状的结构。
与现有技术相比，本发明保温效果良好，不影响环境和施工者的身体健康，安装拆卸方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明的实施方式。
如图1所示，一种管道保温件，由两个半管对接形成截面为圆管形状的结构。自内到外依次是柔性填充层1、保温层2、玻璃钢层3和防水漆层4。柔性填充层1可以为丝绵或者麻纤维，保温层2可以为珍珠岩、泡沫混凝土或者保温砂浆。
根据本发明，现场安装时，将两个半管分别裹在要保温的管材上，然后用螺丝连接，柔性填充层1能保证管材与保温件内部的良好接触，保温层2起主要的保温作用，玻璃钢层3和防水漆层4能够提高防水性能和机械强度，使得使用寿命更长，保温效果更好。

1.一种管道保温件，其特征在于，横截面为圆管形状，自内到外依次是柔性填充层（1）、保温层（2）、玻璃钢层（3）和防水漆层（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道保温件，其特征在于，所述柔性填充层（1）为丝绵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道保温件，其特征在于，所述保温层（2）为珍珠岩、泡沫混凝土或者保温砂浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管道保温件，其特征在于，所述保温件由两个半管对接形成截面为圆管形状的结构。
