背景技术
北方地区冬季温度极低,室外的管材容易受冻,目前一般采用包裹岩棉等方式来保持管材内外温度,现场施工难度大,进度慢,且对环境造成严重污染,也危害着施工者的身体健康。而且,这种保温方式,不具备防水能力,保温效果差
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种管道保温件,安装方便,对环境影响小。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种管道保温件,横截面为圆管形状,自内到外依次是柔性填充层1、保温层2、玻璃钢层3和防水漆层4。
所述柔性填充层1为丝绵。
所述保温层2为珍珠岩、泡沫混凝土或者保温砂浆。
所述保温件由两个半管对接形成截面为圆管形状的结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明保温效果良好,不影响环境和施工者的身体健康,安装拆卸方便。

下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明的实施方式。
如图1所示,一种管道保温件,由两个半管对接形成截面为圆管形状的结构。自内到外依次是柔性填充层1、保温层2、玻璃钢层3和防水漆层4。柔性填充层1可以为丝绵或者麻纤维,保温层2可以为珍珠岩、泡沫混凝土或者保温砂浆。
根据本发明,现场安装时,将两个半管分别裹在要保温的管材上,然后用螺丝连接,柔性填充层1能保证管材与保温件内部的良好接触,保温层2起主要的保温作用,玻璃钢层3和防水漆层4能够提高防水性能和机械强度,使得使用寿命更长,保温效果更好。

1.一种管道保温件,其特征在于,横截面为圆管形状,自内到外依次是柔性填充层(1)、保温层(2)、玻璃钢层(3)和防水漆层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道保温件,其特征在于,所述柔性填充层(1)为丝绵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道保温件,其特征在于,所述保温层(2)为珍珠岩、泡沫混凝土或者保温砂浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管道保温件,其特征在于,所述保温件由两个半管对接形成截面为圆管形状的结构。
