本发明公开了一种抗静电增强型热熔连接管件,包括管件、金属热熔线;管件由五层结构组成,由内而外依次是内层高密度聚乙烯层、粘合树脂层、金属骨架层、粘合树脂层和外层高密度聚乙烯层;金属热熔线嵌装于内层高密度聚乙烯层内壁上;进一步改进在于:金属骨架层为高强度钢丝左右螺旋缠绕成型的网状骨架结构;金属骨架层的高强度钢丝为高强度弹簧钢丝;内层高密度聚乙烯层内壁中间部位设有限位环;外层高密度聚乙烯层所用材质为分子量超过250单位的聚乙烯。本发明受较高压力,抗震性能好,使用安全可靠;阻燃、抗静电性能好。

抗静电增强型热熔连接管件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道连接件,尤其涉及一种热熔连接管件。
背景技术
在给排水管材连接施工时,传统的方法是采用热熔连接管件焊接,现有的热熔连接管件为聚乙烯管,承受压力为1.6MPa以下,抗震性能差,受外力易受损害。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能受较高压力,抗震性能好,使用安全可靠的抗静电增强型热熔连接管件。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗静电增强型热熔连接管件,包括管件、金属热熔线;其改进之处在于:所述管件由五层结构组成,由内而外依次是内层高密度聚乙烯层、粘合树脂层、金属骨架层、粘合树脂层和外层高密度聚乙烯层;所述金属热熔线嵌装于内层高密度聚乙烯层内壁上。
上述结构中,所述金属骨架层为高强度钢丝左右螺旋缠绕成型的网状骨架结构。
上述结构中,所述金属骨架层的高强度钢丝为高强度弹簧钢丝。
上述结构中,所述内层高密度聚乙烯层内壁中间部位设有限位环。
上述结构中,外层高密度聚乙烯层所用材质为分子量超过250单位的聚乙烯。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1. 管件采用钢丝网骨架结构为增强体,高密度聚乙烯为基体,能受较高压力,抗震性能好,使用安全可靠。
2. 连接管内壁设有限位环,可使管材从两端插入连接管后,到达限位环位置后无法再继续插入,该限位环起到了明显的限位作用,保证了热熔连接管连接的可靠性,从而保证了管材的连接质量。
3、外层高密度聚乙烯层采用分子量超过250单位的聚乙烯制成,使本发明具有较高的阻燃、抗静电性能。

附图所示的抗静电增强型热熔连接管件,包括管件1、金属热熔线2;管件1由五层结构组成,由内而外依次是内层高密度聚乙烯层1.4、粘合树脂层1.2、金属骨架层1.3、粘合树脂层1.2和外层高密度聚乙烯层1.1;金属热熔线2嵌装于内层高密度聚乙烯层1.4内壁上。
金属骨架层1.3为高强度钢丝左右螺旋缠绕成型的网状骨架结构,本实施例中,金属骨架层1.3的高强度钢丝为高强度弹簧钢丝。
内层高密度聚乙烯层1.4内壁中间部位设有限位环3。
本实施例中,外层高密度聚乙烯层1.1所用材质为分子量超过250单位的聚乙烯。

1.一种抗静电增强型热熔连接管件,包括管件(1)、金属热熔线(2);其特征在于:所述管件(1)由五层结构组成,由内而外依次是内层高密度聚乙烯层(1.4)、粘合树脂层(1.2)、金属骨架层(1.3)、粘合树脂层(1.2)和外层高密度聚乙烯层(1.1);所述金属热熔线(2)嵌装于内层高密度聚乙烯层(1.4)内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电增强型热熔连接管件,其特征在于:所述金属骨架层(1.3)为高强度钢丝左右螺旋缠绕成型的网状骨架结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗静电增强型热熔连接管件,其特征在于:所述金属骨架层(1.3)的高强度钢丝为高强度弹簧钢丝。
4.根据权利要求1~3之一所述的抗静电增强型热熔连接管件,其特征在于:所述内层高密度聚乙烯层(1.4)内壁中间部位设有限位环(3)。
5.根据权利要求1~3之一所述的抗静电增强型热熔连接管件,其特征在于:外层高密度聚乙烯层(1.1)所用材质为分子量超过250单位的聚乙烯。
