Abstract

一种高温高压密封蝶阀,包括有阀体、阀杆以及蝶板,蝶板设置于阀体上,阀杆穿过阀体与蝶板连接,阀体上还设置有压板,阀体上镶嵌式安装有第一密封圈,第一密封圈与蝶板抵接,阀体通过第一密封圈与蝶板密封连接;蝶板上镶嵌式安装有第二密封圈,第二密封圈与压板抵接,蝶板通过第二密封圈与压板密封连接。蝶板和阀体上面各镶嵌一个密封圈,在蝶板转动关闭时,使第一密封圈和蝶板接触挤压实现第一道弹性密封,即蝶板与阀体之间的第一道密封。同时第二密封圈与压板接触挤压实现第二道弹性密封。设置有两道密封,在高温高压的使用环境下,仍能够保证蝶阀具有良好的密封性,本发明基于上述方案,实现了蝶阀的高压密封,阀门密封面的金属设计,使阀门在高温下的密封更加可靠。

一种高温高压密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门装置技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种高温高压密封蝶阀。 
背景技术
高温高压金属硬密封蝶阀可广泛应用于石油化工、煤化工、电力等行业高温高压介质的输送。 
目前国内生产蝶阀结构多是以多层次三偏心蝶阀、衬胶中线蝶阀为主。这些结构不适用高温高压的介质环境。 
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种高温高压密封蝶阀,以解决上述问题。 
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案: 
一种高温高压密封蝶阀,包括有阀体、阀杆以及蝶板,所述蝶板设置于所述阀体上,所述阀杆穿过所述阀体与所述蝶板连接,所述阀体上还设置有压板,所述阀体上镶嵌式安装有第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈与所述蝶板抵接,所述阀体通过所述第一密封圈与所述蝶板密封连接;所述蝶板上镶嵌式安装有第二密封圈,所述第二密封圈与所述压板抵接,所述蝶板通过所述第二密封圈与所述压板密封连接。 
优选地,所述第一密封圈与所述第二密封圈之间充入有注脂。 
优选地,所述阀杆与所述蝶板之间为键连接。 
本发明提供了一种高温高压密封蝶阀,包括有阀体、阀杆以及蝶板,蝶板设置于阀体上,阀杆穿过阀体与蝶板连接,阀体上还设置有压板,阀体上镶嵌式安装有第一密封圈,第一密封圈与蝶板抵接,阀体通过第一密封圈与蝶板密封连接;蝶板上镶嵌式安装有第二密封圈,第二密封圈与压板抵接, 蝶板通过第二密封圈与压板密封连接。蝶板和阀体上面各镶嵌一个密封圈,在蝶板转动关闭时,使第一密封圈和蝶板接触挤压实现第一道弹性密封,即蝶板与阀体之间的第一道密封。同时第二密封圈和压板挤压,实现第二道弹性密封,即蝶板和压板之间的第二道密封。 
通过上述结构改进,本发明提供的密封蝶阀设置有两道密封,在高温高压的使用环境下,仍能够保证蝶阀具有良好的密封性,使得本发明提供的蝶阀能够应用于高温高压环境中。本发明基于上述方案,实现了蝶阀的高压密封,阀门密封面的金属设计,使阀门在高温下的密封更加可靠。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。 
请参考图1和图2,其中,图1为本发明一种实施例中高温高压密封蝶阀的结构示意图;图2为本发明一种实施例中高温高压密封蝶阀的局部结构示意图。 
本发明提供了一种高温高压密封蝶阀,包括有阀体1、阀杆以及蝶板2,蝶板2设置于阀体1上,阀杆穿过阀体1与蝶板2连接,阀体1上还设置有压板,阀体1上镶嵌式安装有第一密封圈11,第一密封圈11与蝶板2抵接,阀体1通过第一密封圈11与蝶板2密封连接;蝶板2上镶嵌式安装有第二密封圈21,第二密封圈21与压板抵接,蝶板2通过第二密封圈21与压板密封连接。 
基于上述结构设计,本发明提供的高温高压密封蝶阀在实际应用过程中,外设部件执行器带动阀杆转动,阀杆和蝶板2之间通过键连接,从而使得蝶板2的开关,蝶板2和阀杆实现无销传动。 
蝶板2和阀体1上面各镶嵌一个密封圈,在蝶板2转动关闭时,使第一密封圈11和蝶板2接触挤压实现第一道弹性密封,即蝶板2与阀体1之间的第一道密封。同时第二密封圈21和压板挤压,实现第二道弹性密封,即蝶板2和压板之间的第二道密封。 
通过上述结构改进,本发明提供的密封蝶阀设置有两道密封,在高温高压的使用环境下,仍能够保证蝶阀具有良好的密封性,使得本发明提供的蝶阀能够应用于高温高压环境中。本发明基于上述方案,实现了蝶阀的高压密封,阀门密封面的金属设计,使阀门在高温下的密封更加可靠。具体地,阀门使用压力可达到42Mpa,使用温度可达到1000℃。 
具体地,第一密封圈11与第二密封圈21之间充入有注脂。 
在阀门关闭时,第一密封圈11与第二密封圈21之间的间隙部分设置有注脂,在阀门超负荷或人为操作不当导致阀门密封面出现泄漏时,可通过注脂阀往注脂座注脂。达到紧急密封的效果,挽回因为阀门泄漏导致的损失。 
具体地,阀杆与蝶板2之间为键连接,方便阀杆与蝶板2之间的拆装。 
本发明提供的高温高压密封蝶阀通过上述结构设计,在蝶阀需要密封的密封面可实现三道密封(第一密封圈11、第二密封圈21、注脂形成的密封),密封安全可靠,该蝶阀的全金属设计,使该阀门使用温度更加广泛,应用前景广阔。

1.一种高温高压密封蝶阀,包括有阀体(1)、阀杆以及蝶板(2),所述蝶板设置于所述阀体上,所述阀杆穿过所述阀体与所述蝶板连接,所述阀体上还设置有压板,其特征在于,
所述阀体上镶嵌式安装有第一密封圈(11),所述第一密封圈与所述蝶板抵接,所述阀体通过所述第一密封圈与所述蝶板密封连接;
所述蝶板上镶嵌式安装有第二密封圈(21),所述第二密封圈与所述压板抵接,所述蝶板通过所述第二密封圈与所述压板密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温高压密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述第一密封圈与所述第二密封圈之间充入有注脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温高压密封蝶阀,其特征在于,
所述阀杆与所述蝶板之间为键连接。
