本发明提供了开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构,其密封性能好,能有效防止导热油泄漏。其包括辊筒和电加热棒,电加热棒插装于辊筒的支撑端轴向,其特征在于:辊筒的支撑端设有安装槽,位于安装槽内,电加热棒沿其轴向依次套设有密封圈一、压头、弹簧、止推环,位于密封圈一外侧,电加热棒上套设有端盖,端盖与安装槽螺纹连接,压头、止推环与电加热棒连接的孔壁上分别嵌设有密封圈二、密封圈三,安装槽的底部设有环状的连接槽,连接槽的底部设有若干组叠加的密封圈四,止推环的环状体部位插入连接槽内。

技术领域
      本发明涉及一种在辊筒中腔安装有电加热元件的开炼机辊筒,具体涉及开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构。
背景技术
      现有的加工橡胶用开炼机辊筒,因加工工艺需求,需对辊筒加热,一般在辊筒的空腔内通入导热油、并通过插装于辊筒轴向的电加热棒对导热油进行加热,进而使辊筒达到工艺需求的温度。但现有的开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接结构其密封性能差,易导致导热油泄漏。
发明内容
      针对上述问题,本发明提供了开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构,其密封性能好,能有效防止导热油泄漏。
      其技术方案是这样的,开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构,包括辊筒和电加热棒,所述电加热棒插装于所述辊筒的支撑端轴向,其特征在于:所述辊筒的支撑端设有安装槽,位于所述安装槽内,所述电加热棒沿其轴向依次套设有密封圈一、压头、弹簧、止推环,位于所述密封圈一外侧,所述电加热棒上套设有端盖,所述端盖与所述安装槽螺纹连接,所述压头、止推环与所述电加热棒连接的孔壁上分别嵌设有密封圈二、密封圈三,所述安装槽的底部设有环状的连接槽,所述连接槽的底部设有若干组叠加的密封圈四,所述止推环的环状体部位插入所述连接槽内。
      其进一步特征在于:
      所述压头的轴向外端面设有锥形的定位凸起,所述密封圈一的轴向内端面设有与所述定位凸起配合的锥形槽;
      所述压头的轴向内端面、所述止推环的轴向外端面分别设有用于卡装所述弹簧的沟槽;
      所述密封圈三为Y型密封圈,所述密封圈四为V型密封圈。
      采用本发明的结构后,端盖内侧设有密封圈一,压头、止推环与电加热棒连接的孔壁上分别嵌设有密封圈二、密封圈三,安装槽的底部设有连接槽,连接槽的底部设有若干组叠加的密封圈四,止推环的环状体部位插入连接槽内,多重密封设置,提高其连接密封性能,避免导热油泄漏;并且在弹簧的作用下,使得压头、止推环分别顶紧密封圈一、密封圈四,进一步加强其密封性能,防止导热油泄漏。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构,包括辊筒2和电加热棒1,电加热棒1插装于辊筒2的支撑端轴向,辊筒2的支撑端设有安装槽12,位于安装槽12内,电加热棒1沿其轴向依次套设有密封圈一5、压头7、弹簧8、止推环14,位于密封圈一5外侧,电加热棒1上套设有端盖4,端盖4与安装槽12螺纹连接,压头7、止推环14与电加热棒1连接的孔壁上分别嵌设有密封圈二13、密封圈三9,安装槽12的底部设有环状的连接槽15,连接槽15的底部设有两组组叠加的密封圈四11,止推环14的环状体部位10插入连接槽15内;压头7的轴向外端面设有锥形的定位凸起6,密封圈一5的轴向内端面设有与定位凸起6配合的锥形槽;压头7的轴向内端面、止推环14的轴向外端面分别设有用于卡装弹簧8的沟槽16、17;密封圈三9为Y型密封圈,密封圈四11为V型密封圈,图中3为位于辊筒2空腔内的导热油。

1.开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构,包括辊筒和电加热棒,所述电加热棒插装于所述辊筒的支撑端轴向,其特征在于:所述辊筒的支撑端设有安装槽,位于所述安装槽内,所述电加热棒沿其轴向依次套设有密封圈一、压头、弹簧、止推环,位于所述密封圈一外侧,所述电加热棒上套设有端盖,所述端盖与所述安装槽螺纹连接,所述压头、止推环与所述电加热棒连接的孔壁上分别嵌设有密封圈二、密封圈三,所述安装槽的底部设有环状的连接槽,所述连接槽的底部设有若干组叠加的密封圈四,所述止推环的环状体部位插入所述连接槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构,其特征在于:所述压头的轴向外端面设有锥形的定位凸起,所述密封圈一的轴向内端面设有与所述定位凸起配合的锥形槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构,其特征在于:所述压头的轴向内端面、所述止推环的轴向外端面分别设有用于卡装所述弹簧的沟槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的开炼机辊筒和电加热棒的连接密封结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈三为Y型密封圈,所述密封圈四为V型密封圈。
