本发明公开了一种载重汽车轮胎内帘布层胶,其组分按质量份配比如下:天然橡胶90—100份,丁苯橡胶10—30份,氧化锌4.5—5.5份,硬脂酸1.8—2.2份,防老剂A0.8—1.2份,防老剂D1.3—1.7份,高耐磨炭黑4—6份,炉法炭黑14—16份,半补强炉法炭黑14—16份,松焦油5—7份,促进剂M0.4—0.6份,促进剂DM0.5—0.7份,促进剂TMTD0.04—0.06份,硫磺2.3—2.7份。耐疲劳、粘性、耐热、耐老化性能都有很大提高。

技术领域
本发明属于轮胎制造技术领域,具体涉及一种载重汽车轮胎内帘布层胶。
 
背景技术
帘布层是充气轮胎的骨架,由几层挂胶帘布贴合而成,它承受了作用于轮胎行的大部分负荷。对于普通结构轮胎,帘布层层数一般是偶数,如4—18层。用于帘布层帘线材料的主要要求是:强度高、伸长率、与橡胶的粘着性好、耐热性和耐屈挠疲劳性优良。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种载重汽车轮胎内帘布层胶,耐疲劳、粘性、耐热、耐老化性能都有很大提高。
本发明提供的载重汽车轮胎内帘布层胶,其组分按质量份配比如下:
天然橡胶           90—100份,
丁苯橡胶           10—30份,
氧化锌             4.5—5.5份,
硬脂酸             1.8—2.2份,
防老剂A            0.8—1.2份,
防老剂D            1.3—1.7份,
高耐磨炭黑          4—6份,
炉法炭黑            14—16份,
半补强炉法炭黑      14—16份,
松焦油              5—7份,
促进剂M            0.4—0.6份,
促进剂DM           0.5—0.7份,
促进剂TMTD         0.04—0.06份,
硫磺                2.3—2.7份。
本发明提供的载重汽车轮胎内帘布层胶,其有益效果在于:耐疲劳、粘性、耐热、耐老化性能都有很大提高。
