In fig. 1, the present invention comprises a tube shell 1, an inner tube 2; the inner section of the tube shell 1 is filled with a main charge 3 and an explosion-conducting powder 4 from inside to outside in sequence, and an inner tube 2 is arranged outside the explosion-conducting powder 4; one end of the inner tube 2 is open, the other end is closed, and the closed end is provided with a cross-shaped prefabricated fire transmission port 8. The inner tube 2 is pressed and mounted in front of the tube shell 1, the closed end is filled with the primary explosive 5 and a small amount of loose explosive 6 in sequence, the primary explosive 5 and the loose explosive 6 are pressed into blocks on a specific tooling die, and the prefabricated fire transfer port 8 is jacked open to form a fire transfer hole 7 during pressing.
