Abstract

一种无压痕点焊工艺,涉及焊接技术领域。将铬锆铜片覆盖在待焊的零件表面,焊枪的电极帽直接作用于铬锆铜片上,通过铬锆铜片将热量传导于待焊的零件表面完成点焊,焊好后去除铬锆铜片。由于铬锆铜的热熔值远大于待焊的零件的热熔值,所以不必担心会将铬锆铜片焊接在零件表面。本发明既能保证能量的集中供应,热量得到良好的传递,焊核成型不受影响,又能使焊点表面无压痕,满足表面质量的严格要求。

本发明涉及焊接技术领域。
背景技术
随着工业技术要求的提高,在许多焊接产品中要求表面无压痕,如车身的水箱横梁。由于后续水箱横梁外侧,将直接由油漆作用零件表面,所以要求表面焊点无压痕,但就目前的焊接方式而言,基本无法达到。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提出一种能实现表面无压痕的点焊工艺。
本发明将铬锆铜片覆盖在待焊的零件表面,焊枪的电极帽直接作用于铬锆铜片上,通过铬锆铜片将热量传导于待焊的零件表面完成点焊,焊好后去除铬锆铜片。
由于铬锆铜的热熔值远大于待焊的零件的热熔值,所以不必担心会将铬锆铜片焊接在零件表面。本发明既能保证能量的集中供应,热量得到良好的传递,焊核成型不受影响,又能使焊点表面无压痕,满足表面质量的严格要求。
另外,本发明铬锆铜片为CuCrZr合金材料制成,具体组分: Cr:0.25~0.65%,Zr:0.08~0.20%,其余为Cu。
具体实施方式
一、制备铬锆铜片:
先制作CuCrZr合金材料,其中Cr:0.25~0.65%,Zr:0.08~0.20%,其余为Cu。
根据需要焊接的工件和零件数模,机加工出铬锆铜片。
二、焊接工艺:
如待焊接的工件材料为铁合金,其中C≤0.12%,Si≤0.5%,Mn≤0.6%,P≤0.1%,S≤0.045%,其余为Fe。
通过夹具将镐铜片的一面与零件的一面覆盖式紧密贴合,固定安装时保证贴合的面为紧密接触。
然后将焊枪的电极帽直接作用于铬锆铜片上,通过铬锆铜片将热量传导于待焊的零件表面完成点焊,焊好后去除铬锆铜片。
三、验收:
通过金相分析,焊接处的焊核成型不受影响,并且焊点表面无压痕。
