本发明公开了一种简易玻璃珠混合振荡器，包括支座、微型电机、微量管、固定装置、可调变阻器/变压器和玻璃珠，微型电机固定在支座上；所述微型电机与可调变阻器/变压器连接实现微型电机速率可调节；在微型电机的输出轴端部设置有固定装置，所述微量管通过该固定装置固定在微型电机的输出轴上；所述微量管内设置有玻璃珠，在微型电机的带动下微量管内的玻璃珠转动撞击；所述微量管为2ml以下；所述固定装置为带有弹簧的夹子；所述固定装置为固定胶带或者固定绳。本发明用廉价方法，仅用几十元人民币即可达到使实验速度可控、可调的目的，用廉价方案代替昂贵的进口设备。

一种简易玻璃珠混合振荡器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合振荡器，属于医学仪器。
背景技术
目前，国内未有混合振荡器生产，国外产品价格昂贵，单价为几千人民币。实验室大多使用漩涡振荡器替代，这种振荡器存在诸多缺点，如振动强度不易掌握、不可控制，不同人操作、不同批次振动强度不同，实验重复性不好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种可控易掌握的简易混合振荡器。
为解决这一技术问题，本发明提供了一种简易玻璃珠混合振荡器，包括支座、微型电机、微量管、固定装置、可调变阻器/变压器和玻璃珠，微型电机固定在支座上；所述微型电机与可调变阻器/变压器连接实现微型电机速率可调节；在微型电机的输出轴端部设置有固定装置，所述微量管通过该固定装置固定在微型电机的输出轴上；所述微量管内设置有玻璃珠，在微型电机的带动下微量管内的玻璃珠转动撞击。
所述微量管为2ml以下。
所述固定装置为带有弹簧的夹子。 
所述固定装置为固定胶带或者固定绳。
有益效果：本发明用廉价方法，仅用几十元人民币即可达到使实验速度可控、可调的目的，用廉价方案代替昂贵的进口设备。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做具体描述。
图1所示为本发明的结构示意图。
本发明包括支座1、微型电机2、微量管3、固定装置4、玻璃珠5和可调变阻器/变压器6，微型电机2固定在支座1上。
所述微型电机2与可调变阻器/变压器6连接实现微型电机2速率可调节/可测定。
所述微型电机2的输出轴端部设置有固定装置4。
所述固定装置4为带有弹簧的夹子。 
所述固定装置4为固定胶带或者固定绳。
所述微量管3内设置有玻璃珠5。
所述微量管3通过固定装置4固定在微型电机2的输出轴上，在微型电机2的带动下微量管3内的玻璃珠5转动撞击，通过玻璃珠5的转动撞击达到破碎细胞组织/植物组织的目的。
所述微量管3为2ml以下。
本发明在使用时，首先固定好微量管3，然后开启微型电机2慢速，然后根据需要进行调速，直至达到样品要求。
本发明用廉价方法，仅用几十元人民币即可达到使实验速度可控、可调的目的，用廉价方案代替昂贵的进口设备。
本发明上述实施方案，只是举例说明，不是仅有的，所有在本发明范围内或等同本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包围。

Claims (4)

1.一种简易玻璃珠混合振荡器，其特征在于：包括支座（1）、微型电机（2）、微量管（3）、固定装置（4）、玻璃珠（5）和可调变阻器/变压器（6），所述微型电机（2）固定在支座（1）上；微型电机（2）与可调变阻器/变压器（6）连接实现微型电机（2）速率可调节；在微型电机（2）的输出轴端部设置有固定装置（4），所述微量管（3）通过该固定装置（4）固定在微型电机（2）的输出轴上；所述微量管（3）内设置有玻璃珠（5），在微型电机（2）的带动下微量管（3）内的玻璃珠（5）转动撞击。
2.根据权利要求1任一项所述的简易玻璃珠混合振荡器，其特征在于：所述微量管（3）为2ml以下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的简易玻璃珠混合振荡器，其特征在于：所述固定装置（4）为带有弹簧的夹子。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的简易玻璃珠混合振荡器，其特征在于：所述固定装置（4）为固定胶带或者固定绳。
