本发明涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗打鼾的中药。
背景技术
打鼾是我们睡眠中普遍存在的现象，严重时导致睡眠呼吸暂停综合症。现代医学对打呼噜的病因分析主要是由于上气道狭窄：如软腭低垂，悬雍垂增粗、增大，舌体肥厚、舌根后坠。咽喉部软组织肥厚、脂肪沉积造成，当空气通过气道不畅时，或者当气道内软组织或肌肉发生振动时，便会出现打鼾。当进入深度睡眠时，舌头、咽喉和口腔根部的肌肉群会松弛。这种肌肉松弛会使咽喉部组织下垂。当人呼吸时，下垂组织会使气道变得狭窄，并发生振动或颤动，便会发出打鼾声。由于打呼噜使睡眠呼吸反复暂停，造成大脑、血液严重缺氧，形成低血氧症，而诱发高血压、脑心病、心率失常、心肌梗死、心绞痛。夜间呼吸暂停时间超过120秒容易在凌晨发生猝死。打鼾很多时候并不是自身引起的，而是外界环境对睡眠中的人造成的被动的反抗性睡眠反馈信息。久鼾成病，希望打鼾者能够尽量保持一个安静的睡眠环境来改善打鼾的病情。而普遍的治疗打鼾的方法都是及一些物理器械的矫正法，例如鼻夹、舌托、阻鼾器。

针对上述情况，本发明的目的是提供一种治疗打鼾的中药。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的：一种治疗打鼾的中药，是将以下组分按重量配比制作：泽泻15克、丹参20克、茯苓12克，牛蒡子、西青果各8克，苏子、生姜、细辛各5克，蜂蜜6克。
所述的治疗打鼾的中药的制备方法为：将上述的重量配比的中草药用水煎服，7天为一个疗程，疗程间隔为5天。
