本发明涉及一种热疗口罩,用于医疗器械领域。本发明的热疗口罩包括口罩面体和拉紧带,所述口罩面体由相变纤维制成或者所述口罩面体内填充有相变纤维,所述相变纤维由中空纤维和填充于中空纤维内的相变材料组成,所述相变材料的相变温度为40~55℃。本发明的热疗口罩建立在相变储热的基础上,使用方便,且其热疗效果好。

一种热疗口罩
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种热疗口罩。
背景技术
鼻腔及其相邻组织的炎症疾病如慢性鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎、急性鼻炎等是人类疾病中发病率高、对患者及社会的危害及经济负担大的全球性健康问题。抗生素、激素、抗组胺等药物是治疗这些疾病的常用手段,但长期使用这些药物副作用大。
研究表明冷空气刺激是慢性气道炎症加重和复发的因素,最近越来越多的证据表明局部热疗可显著改善鼻部症状。热疗是一种利用物理方法将组织器官或全身加热的治疗手段,目前热疗在临床上的应用分为三类:局部热疗(包括浅表加热、腔内热疗和插植热疗)、区域热疗(包括深部肿瘤加热以及各种热灌注技术)和全身热疗。温热具有刺激抗原提呈细胞、促使组织细胞表达热休克蛋白、激活天然免疫。热疗使局部血管扩张,血流速度加快,利于组织中毒素的排出;同时促进血液循环,增加血流量,加快新陈代谢,增强白细胞的吞噬功能。因而在炎症早期用热可促进炎性渗出物的吸收和消散;在炎症后期用热,可因白细胞释放蛋白溶解酶,溶解坏死组织,从而有助于坏死组织的清除及组织修复,使炎症局限。常见的热疗方法有微波、射频、超声波、磁性液体加热、红外线超声波及水浴和空气浴等。
20年前就有学者研究证实,热蒸汽(41℃、43℃)鼻内吸入可以改善鼻炎症状和降低鼻腔局部组织胺和白三烯4的含量(可参见:Georgitis JW.Localhyperthermia and nasal irrigation for perennial allergic rhinitis:effect off symptomsand nasal airflow.Ann Allergy.1993;71:385-389.和Georgitis JW.Nasalhyperthermia and simple irrigation for perennialrhinitis.Changes ininflammatorymediators.Chest.1994;106(5):1487—1492.)。一项前瞻性,随机,双盲研究70例的慢性鼻炎患者鼻腔用热水冲洗1个月治疗后,鼻内窥镜评分、鼻阻力、鼻腔纤毛数量明显好于等渗氯化钠溶液治疗(可参见:Ottaviano G,Marioni G,Giacomelli L,La Torre FB,Staffieri C,Marchese-Ragona R,StaffieriA.Smoking and chronic rhinitis:effects of nasal irrigations withsulfurous-arsenical-ferruginous thermal water:A prospective,randomized,double-blind study.Am J Otolaryngol.2012;33(6):657-62.)。国内外应用SPA、中医中药熏蒸治疗慢性鼻窦炎也取得满意效果。有报道(具体见:GaravelloW,Romagnoli M,Sordo L,et a1.Hypersaline nasal irrigation in children withsymptomatic seasonal allergic rhinitis:a randomized study.Pediatr AllergyImmunol,2003.14(2):140-3.)称用室温状态下(25℃)的高渗盐水配制的鼻腔冲洗液对季节性AR进行鼻腔冲洗治疗可以获得较好的疗效。国内学者研究(具体见:蔺林,严文洪,赵霞.不同温度生理盐水鼻腔冲洗对变应性鼻炎的治疗作用.《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》.2014;49:109-114.)证实40℃生理盐水鼻腔冲洗可以明显改善AR患者打喷嚏和鼻塞症状,可以明显降低鼻黏膜组织胺和白三烯4的含量。Rabago等认为,鼻腔冲洗可以减轻鼻腔黏膜水肿,促进鼻黏膜上皮纤毛的摆动,清理鼻黏膜表面黏附的变应原,降低鼻腔局部炎性反应因子的含量,而且长期应用这种治疗方式还可以减轻哮喘发作和预防鼻息肉的发生(参见:Rabago D1,Guerard E,Bukstein D.Nasal irrigation for chronic sinus symptomsin patients with allergic rhinitis,asthma,and nasal polyposis:a hypothesis generatingstudy.WMJ.2008Apr;107(2):69-75.)。这些研究表明吸入43℃的气体或液体可安全有效地治疗鼻部炎症,但这种方法存在作用时间短、气体或液体受环境影响较大难以恒定等缺陷;并且,水浴和空气浴需要专门设备,普通群众难以承受。
远红外线(far-infrared)有较强的渗透力和辐射力,具有显著的温控效应和共振效应,它易被物体吸收并转化为物体的内能。远红外线被人体吸收后,可使体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强其分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物体细胞处于最高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,以下深层温度上升,产生的温热由内向外散发。这种作用强度,使毛细血管扩张、促进血液循环、强化各组织之间的新陈代谢、增加组织的再生能力、提高机体的免疫能力、调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。Hu等应用WS TY101远红外线发射器被面对病人的鼻部30厘米的距离,每次40分钟共7天;远红外线治疗期间,眼睛发痒、鼻痒、鼻塞、鼻涕、打喷嚏等症状都显著改善,嗅觉障碍直到最后一次治疗后才改善,且没有明显的不良反应(具体可见:Hu KH,LiWT.Clinical effects of far-infrared therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis.Conf ProcIEEE Eng Med Biol Soc.2007;2007:1479-82.)。人体组织对超声能量有比较大的吸收本领,因此当超声波在人体组织中传播过程中,其能量不断地被组织吸收而变成热量,其结果是组织的自己身体的温度升高。产热过程即是机械能在介质中转变成热能的能量转换过程,即内生热。超声温热效应可增加血液循环,加速代谢,改善局部组织营养,增强酶活力。一般情况下,超声波的热作用以骨和结缔组织为显著,脂肪与血液为最少。低频超声(low-frequency ultrasound)、低频脉冲超声(low-frequency pulsed ultrasound)可以破坏细菌生物膜同时治疗慢性鼻窦炎。但是,由于这些设备价格高,难以满足大量鼻炎患者的需要,因此寻找一种价格便宜、使用方便的热疗产品是我们研究的方向。
综上可知,现有以热疗治鼻炎的技术需要专用的设备,且其治疗鼻炎的过程中会耗费患者大量时间、金钱,而且不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷而提供一种基于相变储热、便于治疗鼻腔炎症的热疗口罩。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种热疗口罩,包括口罩面体和拉紧带,所述口罩面体由相变纤维制成或者所述口罩面体内填充有相变纤维,所述相变纤维由中空纤维和填充于中空纤维内的相变材料组成,所述相变材料的相变温度为40~55℃。
相变材料在发生相变过程中会储藏或者释放能量,且其温度基本保持不变;以相变温度为40~55℃的相变材料作为中空纤维的填充物,佩戴热疗口罩时,只要口罩的相变材料发生相变,即可保证口罩温度在40~55℃范围内。现有研究表明,口罩温度若太高,会伤害皮肤,损伤血管;口罩温度若过低,起不到热疗作用。
作为本发明所述热疗口罩的优选实施方式,所述相变材料通过吸附法、共混法或浸渍法填充于所述中空纤维中。
作为本发明所述热疗口罩的优选实施方式,所述相变材料为石蜡。石蜡作为有机相变储热材料,其具有相变潜热大、相变温度可调、性能稳定及无毒等优点。
作为本发明所述热疗口罩的更优选实施方式,所述石蜡在中空纤维中的填充率为80%~90%。石蜡在中空纤维中的填充率达80%以上时,相变纤维潜热量足够大,由此相变纤维制成或者填充有该相变纤维的热疗口罩的热疗时间可达30分钟以上,故该口罩的热疗效果更好。同时,石蜡在中空纤维中的填充率为90%以下,可防止石蜡熔化渗出。
作为本发明所述热疗口罩的优选实施方式,所述相变纤维的制备方法为:先将所述石蜡加热至熔融状态;再将所述中空纤维的一端浸入所述石蜡中,将所述中空纤维的另一端插入橡胶管的一端,密封所述中空纤维与所述橡胶管的连接口;最后将所述橡胶管的另一端与真空泵相连接,将所述石蜡吸入所述中空纤维中。
作为本发明所述热疗口罩的优选实施方式,所述口罩面体上还设有带拉链的开口;所述相变纤维通过所述带拉链的开口填充于所述口罩面体中。口罩面体上设置开口,便于相变纤维填充于口罩面体中,且便于更换相变纤维;开口上设置拉链,方便口罩面体上的开口打开或者闭合,且该开口闭合时,有利于热疗口罩保温。
作为本发明所述热疗口罩的更优选实施方式,所述相变纤维的上、下表面上均设有纺织品。更优选地,所述纺织品为纱布或棉布。在相变纤维的上、下表面上分别设置纺织品,可以更方便地将相变纤维置于口罩面体中,同时可使口罩的保温效果更好。
本发明的热疗口罩的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将相变材料填充于中空纤维的微孔内,制得相变纤维;(2)将相变纤维纺织成口罩或者将相变纤维填充于口罩中,得到热疗口罩。制备热疗口罩过程中,相变纤维可优选填充于口罩面体中。
本发明的热疗口罩的使用方法为:使用之前,先用加热设备加热热疗口罩,加热温度高于相变材料的相变温度;加热完后,鼻炎患者佩戴热疗口罩,由于环境温度低于我们选择的相变材料的相变温度(40~55℃),热疗口罩中的相变材料会发生相变并放热,从而起到热疗的作用。其中,加热设备可选择微波炉或吹风机;当然,也可以采用其他加热设备加热。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的热疗口罩建立在相变储热的基础上,使用方便,且其热疗效果好。

具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明实施例的一种热疗口罩,其包括口罩面体1和拉紧带2,口罩面体1内填充有相变纤维3;相变纤维3由中空纤维和填充于中空纤维内的石蜡组成;其中,所述石蜡的熔点为40~55℃。石蜡作为有机相变储热材料,其具有相变潜热大、相变温度可调、性能稳定及无毒等优点。
制备上述相变纤维3时,石蜡可通过吸附法、共混法或浸渍法填充于中空纤维中。本实施例中,相变纤维3的制备方法优选为:先将石蜡加热至熔融状态;再将中空纤维的一端浸入石蜡中,将中空纤维的另一端插入橡胶管的一端,密封中空纤维与橡胶管的连接口;最后将橡胶管的另一端与真空泵相连接,将石蜡吸入中空纤维中。
为了使制得的相变纤维潜热量大、保证热疗口罩的热疗时间为30分钟以上,并防止石蜡熔化渗出,本实施例所述石蜡在中空纤维中的填充率为80%~90%。
为了便于相变纤维3填充于口罩面体1中,且相变纤维3更换方便,口罩面体1上还设有带拉链的开口4;相变纤维3通过带拉链的开口4填充于口罩面体1中。
此外,本实施例所述相变纤维3的上、下表面上均设有纱布,这样可以更方便地将相变纤维置于口罩面体中,并可使口罩的保温效果更好。当然,我们也可采用其他纺织品代替纱布,如棉布等。
本实施例的热疗口罩的使用方法为:使用之前,先用加热设备加热热疗口罩,使石蜡熔化;待石蜡熔化后,鼻炎患者佩戴热疗口罩,由于环境温度低于石蜡的熔点,患者佩戴热疗口罩时,石蜡凝固放热并保持口罩温度在石蜡相变温度附近,从而起到热疗作用。
需指出的是,本发明所述热疗口罩也可以用相变纤维纺织制成,纺织的方法为现有技术;其中,相变纤维由中空纤维和填充于中空纤维中的相变材料组成,相变材料的相变温度为40~55℃。
实施例2
为了验证本发明热疗口罩治疗鼻炎的效果,我们随机抽取了50名鼻炎患者,考察了其佩戴本发明热疗口罩前、后鼻炎的相关症状(鼻痒、鼻塞、鼻涕、打喷嚏)。抽取的鼻炎患者每天用本发明的热疗口罩热疗2次、每次30分钟。热疗一周后,仅有5名患者有轻微的鼻塞症状;热疗两周后,50明患者的鼻痒、鼻塞、鼻涕、打喷嚏症状均得到显著改善,没有患者出现鼻痒、鼻塞、鼻涕、打喷嚏的情况。
由此可见,本发明的热疗口罩可有效治疗鼻炎。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

1.一种热疗口罩,包括口罩面体和拉紧带,其特征在于:所述口罩面体由相变纤维制成或者所述口罩面体内填充有相变纤维,所述相变纤维由中空纤维和填充于中空纤维内的相变材料组成,所述相变材料的相变温度为40~55℃;
所述相变材料为石蜡;
所述相变纤维由以下方法制备而成:先将所述石蜡加热至熔融状态;再将所述中空纤维的一端浸入所述石蜡中,将所述中空纤维的另一端插入橡胶管的一端,密封所述中空纤维与所述橡胶管的连接口;最后将所述橡胶管的另一端与真空泵相连接,将所述石蜡吸入所述中空纤维中。
2.如权利要求1所述的热疗口罩,其特征在于:所述石蜡在中空纤维中的填充率为80%~90%。

5.如权利要求4所述的热疗口罩,其特征在于:所述纺织品为纱布或棉布。
