Abstract

一种排水管消音装置，上下两个排水管接口和位于两个排水管接口中间的消音管道，所述的消音管道中设有多组旋转叶轮。本发明改变了传统的排水管消音装置的结构，利用排水管中的水的势能，转化为旋转叶轮转动的动能，从而降低水流的速度，降低水流撞击水管道产生的噪音。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种排水管，更具体地，涉及一种排水管消音装置。
背景技术
    现PVC-U排水管系列产品技术已成熟，并得以广泛应用，为满足高档住宅、商住综合楼、商务办公楼等建筑物雨水排水要求，给人们创造一个宁静的工作与生活环境，近年来我国也开发出一系列PVC-U消音管材及管件，但还不能很好适应目前我国中高层高档建筑物雨水排放对降噪消音的要求，尤其消音管件品种不多，比较单一，如立管消能降噪器、旋流降噪器、消音大弧弯头等，虽然均有一定降噪消音效果，但都是从降低雨水排放时产生势能着手去设计产品结构，未从吸能和降低其势能两方面入手去设计产品结构，做到消能静音的效果。雨水过大，立管消音器安装高度间距过高时，产生噪音仍然较大；立管消音器安装数量过多，会影响雨水排放速度，造成雨水排放不畅。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的困难，在保证排水的情况下，做到消音。
为了获得以上目的，本发明提供一种排水管消音装置，上下两个排水管接口和位于两个排水管接口中间的消音管道，所述的消音管道中设有多组旋转叶轮。
所述的旋转叶轮为2~4组。
所述的旋转叶轮的固定轴与排水管中的水流的方向垂直。
所述的消音管道设有带有密封垫的盖。
所述的旋转叶轮的叶片由橡胶制成。
本发明的优点在于，改变了传统消能降噪管件的设计理念，从吸能和降低雨水下流势能两方面入手去设计了产品结构；并且结构简单，易于清洗、整理和更换。

实施例1
公开一种排水管消音装置，上下两个排水管接口和位于两个排水管接口中间的消音管道，消音管道中设有2组旋转叶轮，旋转叶轮的固定轴与排水管中的水流的方向垂直，消音管道设有带有密封垫的盖，旋转叶轮的叶片由橡胶制成。
实施例2
公开一种排水管消音装置，上下两个排水管接口和位于两个排水管接口中间的消音管道，消音管道中设有3组旋转叶轮，旋转叶轮的固定轴与排水管中的水流的方向垂直，消音管道设有带有密封垫的盖，旋转叶轮的叶片由塑料制成。
实施例3
公开一种排水管消音装置，上下两个排水管接口和位于两个排水管接口中间的消音管道，消音管道中设有4组旋转叶轮，旋转叶轮的固定轴与排水管中的水流的方向垂直，消音管道设有带有密封垫的盖，旋转叶轮的叶片由消音材料制成。
当水流流过时，旋转叶轮产生旋转力，将排水管中水流的速度降低，从而降低水流撞击水管壁时的声音。

1. 一种排水管消音装置，其特征在于，上下两个排水管接口和位于两个排水管接口中间的消音管道，所述的消音管道中设有多组旋转叶轮。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的排水管消音装置，其特征在于，所述的旋转叶轮为2~4组。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的排水管消音装置，其特征在于，所述的旋转叶轮的固定轴与排水管中的水流的方向垂直。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的排水管消音装置，其特征在于，所述的消音管道设有带有密封垫的盖。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的排水管消音装置，其特征在于，所述的旋转叶轮的叶片由橡胶制成。
