Abstract
本发明是一种金属流砂蓄能电站,具有抽水蓄能电站调峰填谷及快速启停优点,即用众多重金属小珠模拟流砂代替水供特制抽水蓄能机组,综合考虑,这里采用成本较低的喷涂机专用硬质合金钨钢珠,其粒度为0.4-3.0目,比重15.6,其比水重十几倍,相应的库容小十几倍,是一种占地极少的金属流砂蓄能电站。

本发明是一种蓄能电站,特指一种金属流砂蓄能电站。
背景技术
目前担任调峰的电站设备有热力机组和抽水蓄能机组,前者既费燃料又伤设备,后者只适合山区且占地多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有抽水蓄能电站调峰填谷及快速启停优点,但占地少的金属流砂蓄能电站。
其技术方案如下:即用众多重金属小珠模拟流砂代替水供特制抽水蓄能机组,在用电低谷时将重金属小珠送上高处的A库区,反之,在用电高峰时将重金属小珠下放至低处的B库区,重金属小珠似流砂样的驱动可逆式水泵水轮机发电。
其优点是;重金属小珠比水重10倍左右,故金属流砂蓄能的库容比抽水蓄能小10倍左右,尤其配套大型风电站,可弥补风力发电的随机性和不均匀性,以优质峰荷电出售,可以提高风电上网电价。
具体实施方式
本发明的金属流砂蓄能电站,可采用比重19.35,直径近5MM/克/粒的高价钨珠,或用比重7.9的低价不锈钢珠,综合考虑,这里采用成本较低的喷涂机专用硬质合金钨钢珠,其粒度为0.4-3.0目,比重15.6,其硬度接近金刚石,故须采用特制的抽水蓄能机组,其通道及水轮等凡能接触硬质合金钨钢珠的地方,应采用耐磨钢、超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)等耐冲击、耐磨损材料做内衬。

1.一种由金属珠,上下库区和抽水蓄能机组成的金属流砂蓄能电站,其特征是:用众多重金属小珠代替水。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属流砂蓄能电站,其特征是:用耐磨钢、超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)等耐冲击、耐磨损材料做内衬。
