本发明涉及一种空心砖放平装置用落砖机,包括箱体,箱体左右两侧各设有一个振动电机,箱体的下端面左右两侧均设有减震弹簧,减震弹簧的下端均设有支撑板,箱体的底面中部设有流砖道,箱体的底部前侧设有纵向的前通孔,前通孔的前端通至箱体的前端面上,前通孔的后端通至流砖道的内壁上,前通孔内通过螺纹连接的方式配合有螺纹杆,前通孔后部还设有可沿前通孔滑动的遮孔板,遮孔板的前端面与螺纹杆的后端面固连,螺纹杆的前端设有转动手柄。本发明将砖块以单个且连续投放的状态从箱体内输出,且输出的砖块的摆放姿态一致,代替人工将砖块整理并放入可将砖块整齐摆放的装置内,降低了人工成本和设备使用量。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑设备技术领域,具体地说是一种空心砖放平装置用落砖机。
背景技术
墙在建筑学上是指一种空间隔断结构,用来围合、分割或者保护某一区域,是建筑设计中最重要的元素之一。
在较大的施工项目中,如社区的围墙建设,都需要用于划分空间的墙体,由于施工量大,此类墙体的垒砌需要多人共同协作完成,虽然建筑形式简单,但花费的人力物力不亚于楼房的施工,为了提高此类墙体的施工效率,很多垒墙机已经进入人们的视线,现有技术中的垒墙机多利用人工将砖材排列成有序的一排,然后放在垒墙机专用的砖块放置内,然而人工的劳动量仍然巨大,不利于工程效率的提高和人员的安全,为了提高人工劳动环境,人们开始使用具有自动将砖块整齐摆放功能的装置,然而此类装置需要砖块一个接一个的放入,否则砖块将堆叠,将砖块整齐摆的装置也将无法工作,为了进一步提高此类装置的自动化程度,人们需要一种能代替人工放置砖块的、与将砖块整齐摆放的装置配合使用的、能将砖块一个接一个放入翻转设备内的装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种空心砖放平装置用落砖机。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种空心砖放平装置用落砖机,包括箱体,所述箱体为锥台型,以便砖块自动向箱体中部集中,所述箱体左右两侧各设有一个振动电机,且所述的两个振动电机关于箱体的正中面左右对称,两个振动电机的转动方向相反,当上述两个振动电机同时转动时,两者相互平衡,所述箱体的下端面左、右两侧均设有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的下端均设有用于固定箱体的支撑板,所述箱体的底面中部设有流砖道,在振动电机的作用下,积累在箱体内的砖块不断变换摆放姿态,位于流砖道上方的砖块若摆放姿态合适,将顺利沿流砖道滑下,否则将继续随箱体抖动,并继续变换姿态,而滑下的砖块将以一定的姿态统一摆放。所述箱体的底部前侧设有纵向的前通孔,所述前通孔的前端通至箱体的前端面,前通孔的后端通至流砖道,所述前通孔内通过螺纹连接的方式配合有螺纹杆,前通孔后部还设有可沿前通孔滑动的遮孔板,所述遮孔板的前端面与螺纹杆的后端面固连,所述螺纹杆的前端设有转动手柄,转动转动手柄可调整螺纹杆在前通孔内的前后位置,从而调节遮孔板在流砖道内的遮蔽面积,以适应不同大小的砖块,避免较小的砖块在过大的流砖道内以多种姿态从流砖道内滑出,影响落砖机使用效果。
所述流砖道为下端向前翘起的弧形,当砖块从流砖道内滑出时将顺势向前滑动,防止先前的砖块落在原地影响后续砖块的落下。
所述流砖道的截面为矩形,以适应并限定砖块在流砖道内的姿态。
所述振动电机为双头电机,双头电机振动幅度大,且在将振动电机分别对应固定在箱体左右两侧面的中部,并使振动电机振动时,箱体不会因振动头的偏置出现向设置振动头的一侧“点头”的现象。
所述遮孔板的后端为弧面,以免可活动的遮孔板的棱角将砖块卡死。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可代替人工将砖块以单个且连续投放的状态从箱体内输出,且输出的砖块的摆放姿态一致,代替人工将砖块整理并放入可将砖块整齐摆放的装置内,甚至可直接将砖块输入垒墙机内,进一步降低了人工成本和设备使用量,并可节省设备占用的空间。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至图4所示,一种空心砖放平装置用落砖机,包括箱体1,所述箱体1为锥台型,以便砖块自动向箱体1中部集中,所述箱体1左右两侧各设有一个振动电机2,且所述的两个振动电机2关于箱体1的正中面左右对称,两个振动电机2的转动方向相反,当上述两个振动电机2同时转动时,两者相互平衡,所述箱体1的下端面左右两侧均设有减震弹簧3,所述减震弹簧3的下端均设有用于固定箱体1的支撑板4,所述箱体1的底面中部设有流砖道5,所述流砖道5的截面为矩形,以适应并限定砖块在流砖道5内的姿态。在振动电机2的作用下,积累在箱体1内的砖块不断变换摆放姿态,位于流砖道5上方的砖块若摆放姿态合适,将顺利沿流砖道5滑下,否则将继续随箱体1抖动,并继续变换姿态,而滑下的砖块将以一定的姿态统一摆放,所述流砖道5的下端向前翘,也即流砖道5为向后凹的弧形,当砖块从流砖道5内滑出时将顺势向前滑动,防止先前的砖块落在原地影响后续砖块的落下。所述箱体1的底部前侧设有纵向的前通孔6,所述前通孔6的前端通至箱体1的前端面,前通孔6的后端通至流砖道5,所述前通孔6内通过螺纹连接的方式配合有螺纹杆7,前通孔6后部还设有可沿前通孔6滑动的遮孔板8,所述遮孔板8的后端为弧面,以免遮孔板8的棱角将砖块卡死,所述遮孔板8的前端面与螺纹杆7的后端面固连,所述螺纹杆7的前端设有转动手柄9,转动转动手柄9可调整螺纹杆7在前通孔6内的前后位置,从而调节遮孔板8在流砖道5内的遮蔽面积,以适应不同大小的砖块,避免较小的砖块在过大的流砖道5内以多种姿态从流砖道5内滑出,影响落砖机使用效果。
所述振动电机2为双头电机。
使用时,先将砖块堆放在箱体1内,随着箱体1的振动,位于流砖道5上方的、处于一定形态的砖块将顺着流砖道5滑下,并按特定的形态落在箱体1下方,以便使用者或垒墙机直接拿取利用。

1.一种空心砖放平装置用落砖机,包括箱体,所述箱体为锥台型,其特征在于:所述箱体左右两侧各设有一个振动电机,且所述的两个振动电机关于箱体的正中面左右对称,两个振动电机的转动方向相反,所述箱体的下端面左、右两侧均设有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的下端均设有支撑板,所述箱体的底面中部设有流砖道,箱体的底部前侧设有纵向的前通孔,所述前通孔的前端通至箱体的前端面,前通孔的后端通至流砖道,所述前通孔内通过螺纹连接的方式配合有螺纹杆,前通孔后部还设有可沿前通孔滑动的遮孔板,所述遮孔板的前端面与螺纹杆的后端面固连,所述螺纹杆的前端设有转动手柄。
