一种大直径水泥土搅拌成桩机，垂直振机设于桩机最上端，垂直振机下端设有搅拌轴，搅拌轴下端设有电机，电机下端设有传动箱，传动箱下端中部位置分别固定有轴A、轴B、轴C，传动箱下端外部位置分别设有曲轴A、曲轴B、曲轴C，传动箱下部位置分别设有搅拌杆A、搅拌杆B、搅拌杆C，搅拌杆A靠轴A的一端铰接轴A，搅拌杆A上设有矩形槽，曲轴A的下部插入搅拌杆A的矩形槽中；搅拌杆B靠轴B的一端铰接轴B，搅拌杆B上设有矩形槽，曲轴B的下部插入搅拌杆B的矩形槽中；搅拌杆C靠轴C的一端铰接轴C，搅拌杆C上设有矩形槽，曲轴C的下部插入搅拌杆C的矩形槽中；搅拌杆A、搅拌杆B、搅拌杆C的下部分别设有多个搅拌齿。

本发明工作时，电机通过传动箱分别驱动曲轴A、曲轴B、曲轴C转动，曲轴A转动时驱动搅拌杆A绕轴A摆动，曲轴B转动时驱动搅拌杆B绕轴B摆动，曲轴C转动时驱动搅拌杆C绕轴C摆动，三个搅拌杆摆动搅拌的扇形面积正好组成一个圆，同时，供浆系统将水泥浆送入搅拌齿位置，水泥浆与土搅拌成圆柱桩，垂直振机振动桩机下沉钻进。
