本发明公开了一种水泥路面切割机,包括固定框、电动机、皮带、旋转装置、旋转控制器、切割刀、带轮、固定轴、支撑轴承、旋转轴、减震座、加重装置和伸缩缸,所述伸缩缸下方设有固定框,固定框内设有电动机,电动机上设有皮带,皮带另一端连接带轮,带轮设在切割刀上,切割刀上设有固定轴,固定轴设在固定框底部,所述伸缩缸右侧设有旋转轴,旋转轴左端设有支撑轴承,支撑轴承下方设有支撑台,支撑台右侧设有加重装置,加重装置左侧设有旋转装置,旋转装置上设有旋转控制器,本发明通过使切割刀斜式切割水泥面,进而得到内表面为倾斜的坑洞,进而解决了水泥填补坑洞时出现的塌陷的问题。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种切割装置,具体是一种水泥路面切割机。
背景技术
目前在修补水泥路面的破损时,都是采用切割机切割破损处周围,进而得到一个方形的坑洞,现有切割装置的切割刀都是采用垂直方向的切割,所以这种坑洞的内壁都是垂直的,但是在用水泥填补这种方形坑洞时经常会出现塌陷的问题,进而导致路面不平整的问题,而这种问题的根源在于方形坑洞的外壁是垂直的,不能为填补的水泥提供支撑力,进而导致修补水泥塌陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水泥路面切割机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水泥路面切割机,包括固定框、电动机、皮带、旋转装置、旋转控制器、挡圈、切割刀、带轮、固定轴、支撑轴承、旋转轴、减震座、车轮、底座、支撑台、加重装置和伸缩缸,所述伸缩缸下方设有固定框,固定框内设有电动机,电动机上设有皮带,皮带另一端连接带轮,带轮设在切割刀上,切割刀上设有固定轴,固定轴设在固定框底部,所述切割刀上方设有挡圈,所述伸缩缸右侧设有旋转轴,旋转轴左端设有支撑轴承,支撑轴承下方设有支撑台,支撑台右侧设有加重装置,加重装置左侧设有旋转装置,旋转装置上设有旋转控制器,所述支撑台下方设有减震座,减震座下方设有底座,底座下方设有车轮。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述固定框上端设在伸缩缸内部。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述旋转轴通过焊接固定在伸缩缸右侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在切割机右侧设有伸缩缸,进而使切割刀可以上下切割运动,又在伸缩缸右侧设有转动轴和转动装置,利用转动装置控制转动轴的转动角度,进而控制与转动轴连接的伸缩缸的倾斜角度,最终实现切割刀的斜式切割,这样就能切割出内壁为倾斜的坑洞,从而解决了水泥填补坑洞时出现的塌陷的问题。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种水泥路面切割机,包括固定框1、电动机2、皮带3、旋转装置4、旋转控制器5、挡圈6、切割刀7、带轮8、固定轴9、支撑轴承10、旋转轴11、减震座12、车轮13、底座14、支撑台15、加重装置16和伸缩缸17,所述伸缩缸17下方设有固定框1,固定框1上端设在伸缩缸17内部,固定框1内设有电动机2,电动机2上设有皮带3,皮带3另一端连接带轮8,带轮8设在切割刀7上,切割刀7上设有固定轴9,固定轴9设在固定框1底部,所述切割刀7上方设有挡圈6,装置通过伸缩缸1使固定框1上下运动,进而使切割刀7上下做切割运动,所述伸缩缸17右侧设有旋转轴11,旋转轴11通过焊接固定在伸缩缸17右侧,旋转轴11左端设有支撑轴承10,支撑轴承10下方设有支撑台15,支撑台15右侧设有加重装置16,加重装置16的作用是平衡切割机左右的重量,加重装置16左侧设有旋转装置4,旋转装置4上设有旋转控制器5,通过旋转控制器5调整旋转轴11的转动角度,进而调节旋转轴11右侧切割刀7切割的角度,使切割的坑洞的内表面为斜面,进而为填补的水泥提供了一个支撑面,避免填补面塌陷的现象,所述支撑台15下方设有减震座12,减震座12下方设有底座14,底座14下方设有车轮13。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明在切割机右侧设有伸缩缸,进而使切割刀可以上下切割运动,又在伸缩缸右侧设有转动轴和转动装置,利用转动装置控制转动轴的转动角度,进而控制与转动轴连接的伸缩缸的倾斜角度,最终实现切割刀的斜式切割,这样就能切割出内壁为倾斜的坑洞,从而解决了水泥填补坑洞时出现的塌陷的问题。

1.一种水泥路面切割机,其特征在于:包括固定框、电动机、皮带、旋转装置、旋转控制器、挡圈、切割刀、带轮、固定轴、支撑轴承、旋转轴、减震座、车轮、底座、支撑台、加重装置和伸缩缸,所述伸缩缸下方设有固定框,固定框内设有电动机,电动机上设有皮带,皮带另一端连接带轮,带轮设在切割刀上,切割刀上设有固定轴,固定轴设在固定框底部,所述切割刀上方设有挡圈,所述伸缩缸右侧设有旋转轴,旋转轴左端设有支撑轴承,支撑轴承下方设有支撑台,支撑台右侧设有加重装置,加重装置左侧设有旋转装置,旋转装置上设有旋转控制器,所述支撑台下方设有减震座,减震座下方设有底座,底座下方设有车轮。
