Abstract
本发明公开了一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水,各组分重量百分比为:降阻剂0.05%~0.15%;助排剂0.1%~0.3%;杀菌剂0.2%~0.5%;粘土稳定剂0.5%~1.5%;余量为清水。其中降阻剂为聚丙烯酰胺乳液;助排剂为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和脂肪醇的混合物;杀菌剂为氯化钠和丙烯醛的混合物;粘土稳定剂为氯化钾。该滑溜水对非常规储层伤害小,清洁环保无污染;具有较高的支撑剂裂缝导流能力,可以产生更长的有效裂缝;对于非常规油气田来说,滑溜水压裂将是开采这类油气田的重要措施,也是降低采油成本,增加动用储量的有效途径。

技术领域
本发明涉及非常规油气田开采技术领域,特别涉及一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水。
背景技术
在非常规油气藏的勘探开发过程中,由于其储层的低孔、低渗特征,多数非常规油气储层都需要实施水力压裂才能达到工业开采价值,但是大量的压裂液伤害证实,常规的聚合物压裂液体系对基质的渗透率损害在30%以上,严重影响压裂的增产效果;并且对地下储层的伤害也很大。随着压裂液滤失,在支撑剂充填裂缝中,交联液体被浓缩了许多倍,被浓缩的交联聚合物如果在施工后没有降解或破胶后的残渣多,都对支撑裂缝的导流能力带来严重的伤害,尤其是对于非常规储层,达不到预期的增产效果;并且污染环境。
滑溜水不含高分子聚合物,对储层伤害小。对于非常规油气田来说,滑溜水压裂将是开采这类油气田的重要措施,也是降低采油成本,增加动用储量的有效途径。
发明内容
本发明提供一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水。它对非常规储层伤害小,具有较高的支撑剂裂缝导流能力,可以产生更长的有效裂缝;清洁环保无污染。同时该滑溜水压裂过程中,用极少量的支撑剂即可实现与聚合物压裂液相似的支撑剂充填效果。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水,由以下物质混合制备而成:
降阻剂 0.05%~0.15%;
助排剂 0.1%~0.3%;
杀菌剂 0.2%~0.5%;
粘土稳定剂 0.5%~1.5%;
余量为清水。
所述的降阻剂为聚丙烯酰胺乳液。
所述的助排剂为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和脂肪醇的混合物。
所述的杀菌剂为氯化钠和丙烯醛的混合物。
所述的粘土稳定剂为氯化钾。
本发明的有益效果在于:对非常规储层伤害小,具有较高的支撑剂裂缝导流能力,可以产生更长的有效裂缝;对地下储层无伤害,清洁环保无污染。同时该滑溜水压裂过程中,用极少量的支撑剂即可实现与聚合物压裂液相似的支撑剂充填效果。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水配制方法,按照重量百分比,配比如下:
降阻剂 0.05%;
助排剂 0.1%;
杀菌剂 0.2%;
粘土稳定剂 0.5%;
余量为清水。
本实施例的页岩气新型环保滑溜水,以上成分按照重量百分比,将降阻剂、助排剂、杀菌剂、粘土稳定剂和清水加入到容器中,混合搅拌至均匀状态即得。
实施例2:如实施例1所述,所不同的是滑溜水组成。
按照重量百分比,配比如下:
降阻剂 0.08%;
助排剂 0.2%;
杀菌剂 0.3%;
粘土稳定剂 0.9%; 余量为清水。
实施例3:如实施例1所述,所不同的是滑溜水组成。
按照重量百分比,配比如下:
降阻剂 0.12%;
助排剂 0.2%;
杀菌剂 0.4%;
粘土稳定剂 1.3%; 余量为清水。
实施例4:如实施例1所述,所不同的是滑溜水组成。
按照重量百分比,配比如下:
降阻剂 0.15%;
助排剂 0.3%;
杀菌剂 0.5%;
粘土稳定剂 1.5%; 余量为清水。

1.一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水,其特征在于:由以下物质混合制备而成:
降阻剂 0.05%~0.15%;
助排剂 0.1%~0.3%;
杀菌剂 0.2%~0.5%;
粘土稳定剂 0.5%~1.5%;
余量为清水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水,其特征在于:所述的降阻剂为聚丙烯酰胺乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水,其特征在于:所述的助排剂为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和脂肪醇的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为氯化钠和丙烯醛的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种页岩气新型环保滑溜水,其特征在于:所述的粘土稳定剂为氯化钾。
