本发明公开了一种负离子地板,其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、氯化聚乙烯20‑30份、三碱式硫酸铅4‑6份、硬脂酸钡1‑3份、硬脂酸2‑4份、负离子添加剂20‑40份、3‑氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1‑2份。本发明的负离子地板,具有良好的耐磨性、耐污性和防滑性,富有弹性的足感令行走十分舒适,可广泛应用于医院、学校、写字楼、商场、交通、工业、家居、体育馆等场所。本发明的负离子地板永久释放负离子,且释放负离子数量较高,有利于长期净化室内空气。

负离子地板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板,尤其涉及一种负离子地板。
背景技术
地板,即房屋地面或楼面的表面层。由木料或其他材料做成。地板的分类有很多,按结构分类有:实木地板、强化复合木地板、实木复合地板、竹木地板、软木地板以及塑料地板等;按用途分类有:家用,商业用,防静电地板,户外地板,舞台舞蹈专用地板,运动馆场内专用地板,田径专用地板等;按环保等级分类有:E0级地板,JAS星级标准的F4星地板等等。
塑料地板按其基本原料可分为聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料、聚乙烯(PE)塑料和聚丙烯(PP)塑料等数种。由于PVC具有较好的耐燃性和自熄性,加上它的性能可以通过改变增塑剂和填充剂的加入量来变化,所以,目前PVC塑料地板使用面最广。
负离子对人的健康、长寿及生态的重大影响,已为国内外医学界专家通过临床实践所验证。当代科学揭开了生物电的奥秘,生物体的每一个细胞就是一个微电池,细胞膜内外有50-90mv的电位差,如果“细胞电池”得不到充分的电荷补充,机体的电过程就难于继续维持,因而影响到机体的正常活动,产生老化和早衰。
负离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,强化和激活人体的生理活动,因此它又被称为"空气维生素",认为它像食物的维生素一样,对人体及其他生物的生命活动有着十分重要的影响,如雷雨过后,空气的负离子增多,人们感到心情舒畅。而在空调房间,因空气中负离子经过一系列空调净化处理和漫长通风管道后几乎全部消失,人们在其中长期停留会感到胸闷、头晕、乏力、工作效率和健康状况下降,被称之为“空调综合症”。在医学界,负离子被确认是具有杀灭病菌及净化空气的有效手段。其机理主要在于负离子与细菌结合后,使细菌产生结构的改变或能量的转移,导致细菌死亡,最终降沉于地面。医学研究表明,空气中带负电的微粒使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用,具有促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体肌能,调节肌体功能平衡的作用。据考证,负离子对人体7个系统,近30多种疾病具有抑制、缓解和辅助治疗作用,尤其对人体的保健作用更为明显。
现有技术中,并未有一种地板,能够有效释放负离子。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种负离子地板。
一种负离子地板,其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、氯化聚乙烯20-30份、三碱式硫酸铅4-6份、硬脂酸钡1-3份、硬脂酸2-4份、负离子添加剂20-40份、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2份。
优选地,
所述负离子添加剂由下述重量百分比原料组成:铽氧化物3-5%,余量为电气石。
所述负离子添加剂由下述重量百分比原料组成:铽氧化物3-5%,氧化锆1-2%,余量为电气石。
优选地,所述铽氧化物为三氧化二铽和/或七氧化四铽。
最优地,所述铽氧化物为三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽的混合物,三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽的质量比为2:1-1:2。
按配比称取各组分,混合,进行捏合塑练得到地板料,再按照通用地板工艺要求加工制成本发明的负离子地板。
本发明的负离子地板,具有良好的耐磨性、耐污性和防滑性,富有弹性的足感令行走十分舒适,可广泛应用于医院、学校、写字楼、商场、交通、工业、家居、体育馆等场所。本发明的负离子地板永久释放负离子,且释放负离子数量较高,有利于长期净化室内空气。
具体实施方式
按表1对应各实施例配比称取各组分,混合,进行捏合塑练得到地板料,再按照通用地板工艺要求加工制成本发明的负离子地板。
表1:负离子地板配方表 单位:公斤
表1中,聚氯乙烯树脂选用齐鲁石化公司牌号S-700的PVC树脂。氯化聚乙烯树脂选用美国陶氏公司牌号3630E的CPE树脂。
测试例:
采用《JCT 2040-2010负离子功能建筑室内装饰材料》标准,进行空气负离子诱生量测试,具体测试数据见表2。

可见,本发明的负离子地板,能够有效释放负离子,能够净化空气。
比较实施例1与实施例2-3,比较实施例4与实施例5-6,采用三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽复配的铽氧化物比采用单一铽氧化物产生负离子效果明显要好,二者协同增效。
比较实施例1与实施例4,实施例2与实施例5,实施例3与实施例6,意外地发现,含铽氧化物的负离子地板配方中不添加氧化锆产生负离子效果反而要好于添加了氧化锆的效果。

1.一种负离子地板,其特征在于,其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、氯化聚乙烯20-30份、三碱式硫酸铅4-6份、硬脂酸钡1-3份、硬脂酸2-4份、负离子添加剂20-40份、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2份;
所述负离子添加剂由下述重量百分比原料组成:铽氧化物3-5%,余量为电气石;
所述铽氧化物为三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽的混合物,三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽质量比为1:1。
2.一种负离子地板,其特征在于,其组成原料的重量份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、氯化聚乙烯20-30份、三碱式硫酸铅4-6份、硬脂酸钡1-3份、硬脂酸2-4份、负离子添加剂20-40份、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2份;
所述负离子添加剂由下述重量百分比原料组成:铽氧化物3-5%,氧化锆1-2%,余量为电气石;
所述铽氧化物为三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽的混合物,三氧化二铽和七氧化四铽质量比为1:1。
