本发明属于一种水处理剂,具体涉及一种炼油厂水质稳定剂,属于化学化工技术领域。
背景技术
水是人类活动中必不可少、也是用量最大的物质。天然水一般要经过一定的物理或化学方法处理,才能供民用或者工业使用。在水处理过程中添加适当的化学药品——水处理剂,以去除天然水中的大部分有害物质,如微生物、胶体或悬浮物。腐殖五及金属离子等,得到符合要求的工业用水,是水处理的重要方法之一。
工业用水处理剂的应用极为广泛,大致分成两类:一类是以净化水质为目的,使水体相对净化,供工业使用。所使用的净水药剂有氧化剂、絮凝剂、金属离子螯合去除剂以及其他杀菌灭藻剂等;另一类是针对工业上某种特殊目的而加入水中的药剂,它需要留在水体中,通过对设备、管道、生产设施,以致产品表面的化学作用而达到预期目的。工业冷却水和锅炉水的防腐、阻垢剂以及油田用水处理药剂、水质软化剂等均属于此类。
在冷却水中添加水质稳定剂,可达到缓蚀、足够和避免水中繁殖细菌及藻类的效果。

本发明的目的在于提供一种用量少,缓蚀阻垢效果好的炼油厂水质稳定剂。

聚丙烯酸钠4~10份,去氢松香胺聚氧乙烯醚10~15份,乙二醇8~12份,硫酸锌1~3份。

聚丙烯酸钠5~9份,去氢松香胺聚氧乙烯醚11~13份,乙二醇9~11份,硫酸锌1.5~2.5份。
