Abstract
本发明涉及特种玻璃加工技术领域,尤其是一种有机防弹玻璃;所述有机防弹玻璃包括有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板,所述有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板之间用聚氨酯胶水粘结,所述聚氨酯胶水的质量份组成如下:聚氨酯乳液60-100份、消泡剂0.02-0.08份、润湿剂0.08-0.38份、增稠剂0.08-0.38份、亲水性固化剂4-8份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.6份、阻聚剂0.02-0.06份。有益效果是:1、本发明中的有机防弹玻璃具有厚度小,重量轻,成本低的特点,且防弹效果高,能够有效防止子弹穿过玻璃,同时能有效防止玻璃碎片对人体造成二次伤害。2、本发明的有机防弹玻璃通过在碳酸聚酯板的表面上贴有一层防划膜;而且在有机玻璃的表面涂有一层保护层,显著改善了有机防弹玻璃的防弹性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及特种玻璃加工技术领域,尤其是一种有机防弹玻璃。
背景技术
防弹玻璃是由玻璃(或有机玻璃)和优质工程塑料经特殊加工得到的一种复合型材料,不同厂商生产的防弹玻璃各异。但基本上都是在普通的玻璃层中夹上聚碳酸酯材料层,这一过程称为层压。在这个过程中,形成了一种类似普通玻璃但比普通玻璃更厚的物质。聚碳酸酯是一种硬性透明塑料。防弹玻璃的厚度在7毫米到75毫米之间。射在防弹玻璃上的子弹会将外层的玻璃击穿,但聚碳酸酯玻璃材料层能够吸收子弹的能量,从而阻止它穿透玻璃内层。这些大块的防弹玻璃已经在在第二次世界大战期间做了公共的的用途,通常厚达10.0厘米至12.0厘米,而且极端重。
普通的玻璃增强主要采取在表面造成缩应力层的方法,如物理钢化、化学钢化等,依据工艺方法的不同,玻璃弯曲强度一般可提高到150-450MPa之间;化学扶植也是玻璃增强的一种方法,它是通过化学处理,去除玻璃表面缺陷层,是表面趋于“无缺陷”的理想状态,从而恢复玻璃固有的强度,化学腐蚀存在的主要问题,是恢复的强度不能持久,衰减十分严重。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种防弹性能好,抗弯曲强度可达800-1000MPa的有机防弹玻璃。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种有机防弹玻璃,所述有机防弹玻璃包括有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板,所述有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板之间用聚氨酯胶水粘结,所述聚氨酯胶水的质量份组成如下:聚氨酯乳液60-100份、消泡剂0.02-0.08份、润湿剂0.08-0.38份、增稠剂0.08-0.38份、亲水性固化剂4-8份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.6份、阻聚剂0.02-0.06份。
进一步的,所述消泡剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的一种。
进一步的,所述润湿剂选用聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物。
进一步的,所述亲水性固化剂选用亲水性多异氰酸酯固化剂。
进一步的,所述阻聚剂选自对二苯酚、4-甲氧基酚中的一种。
进一步的,所述碳酸聚酯板包括两层,所述碳酸聚酯板之间通过聚氨酯胶水粘结。
进一步的,所述有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板之间有PU膜。
进一步的,所述碳酸聚酯板的表面上贴有一层防划膜。
进一步的,所述有机玻璃的表面涂有一层保护层,所述保护层采用PVB醇溶液。
进一步的,所述有机防弹玻璃的厚度不超过12mm。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的有机防弹玻璃具有厚度小,重量轻,成本低的特点,且防弹效果高,能够有效防止子弹穿过玻璃,同时能有效防止玻璃碎片对人体造成二次伤害。
2、本发明的有机防弹玻璃通过在碳酸聚酯板的表面上贴有一层防划膜;而且在有机玻璃的表面涂有一层保护层,显著改善了有机防弹玻璃的防弹性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种有机防弹玻璃,所述有机防弹玻璃包括有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板,所述有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板之间用聚氨酯胶水粘结,所述聚氨酯胶水的质量份组成如下:聚氨酯乳液60份、消泡剂0.02份、润湿剂0.08份、增稠剂0.08份、亲水性固化剂4份、抗氧化剂0.2份、阻聚剂0.02份。
所述消泡剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷。
所述润湿剂选用聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物。
所述亲水性固化剂选用亲水性多异氰酸酯固化剂。
所述阻聚剂选用对二苯酚。
实施例1-5的原料组成及数据见表1。

所述碳酸聚酯板包括两层,所述碳酸聚酯板之间通过聚氨酯胶水粘结。
所述有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板之间有PU膜。
所述碳酸聚酯板的表面上贴有一层防划膜。
所述有机玻璃的表面涂有一层保护层,所述保护层采用PVB醇溶液。
所述有机防弹玻璃的厚度不超过12mm。
防弹性能实验:
对本发明各实施例中的有机防弹玻璃的防弹性能进行测试,对照的玻璃采用市售的普通防弹玻璃。实验结果见表2

1.一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述有机防弹玻璃包括有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板,所述有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板之间用聚氨酯胶水粘结,所述聚氨酯胶水的质量份组成如下:聚氨酯乳液60-100份、消泡剂0.02-0.08份、润湿剂0.08-0.38份、增稠剂0.08-0.38份、亲水性固化剂4-8份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.6份、阻聚剂0.02-0.06份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述消泡剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述润湿剂选用聚硅氧烷- 聚醚共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述亲水性固化剂选用亲水性多异氰酸酯固化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述阻聚剂选自对二苯酚、4-甲氧基酚中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述碳酸聚酯板包括两层,所述碳酸聚酯板之间通过聚氨酯胶水粘结。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述有机玻璃和碳酸聚酯板之间有PU膜。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述碳酸聚酯板的表面上贴有一层防划膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述有机玻璃的表面涂有一层保护层,所述保护层采用PVB醇溶液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种有机防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述有机防弹玻璃的厚度不超过12mm。
