背景技术
橡胶片切机环形的带状刀切割橡胶，带状刀在切割过程中因为橡胶的弹性、阻力以及带刀的柔软特效，在切割过程中带刀易发生弯曲导致刀刃进给过量或刀刃前行撞击到机台，对刀刃造成损伤。在实用推刀装置调整进刀时同样存在损害刀刃的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效保护刀刃的橡胶片切机用带刀刀刃保护装置。
本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种橡胶片切机用带刀刀刃保护装置，包括安装板，所述安装板的四角分别设有安装孔，所述安装板上固定有水平状支撑座，所述支撑座靠近刀刃的一侧伸出安装板外侧，所述支撑座的伸出端设有上下对称的两夹持部，所述两夹持部件之间经螺栓串接有两轴承，所述两轴承的接触面间设有间隙。
进一步地，所述两轴承间安装有垫片。
再进一步地，所述两轴承的相对面间设有锥度。
采取以上技术方案后，本发明的有益效果为：本技术方案采用双轴承结构，两轴承间经垫片产生间隙或者加工出锥面，当刀刃过度推进时，刀刃卡于两轴承间，刀刃的上下表面与两轴承的两相对面摩擦，轴承在刀带带动下发生转动，避免滑动摩擦刀带，有效保护了刀刃。

1.一种橡胶片切机用带刀刀刃保护装置，其特征在于，包括安装板，所述安装板的四角分别设有安装孔，所述安装板上固定有水平状支撑座，所述支撑座靠近刀刃的一侧伸出安装板外侧，所述支撑座的伸出端设有上下对称的两夹持部，所述两夹持部件之间经螺栓串接有两轴承，所述两轴承的接触面间设有间隙。
