背景技术
目前，公知的青核桃脱皮都是手工剥皮和旋切式、滚刀式脱皮设备。手工剥皮费事费力效率低，旋切式和滚刀式脱皮设备都存在着小核桃和生核桃脱皮不干净，不能对大小不一、生熟不一的核桃完全脱皮。
发明内容
为了克服现有青核桃脱皮设备小核桃和生核桃脱皮不干净，不能对大小不一、生熟不一的核桃完全脱皮缺点，本发明提供了一种钢刷青核桃脱皮机，该钢刷青核桃脱皮机实现了小核桃和生核桃，大小不一生熟不一的核桃完全脱皮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在一个基座上，电动机带动减速机构，减速机构带动内部钢刷旋转，与外筒固定的外钢刷形成的刷力，把青核桃皮刷掉。实现了青核桃脱皮功能，完成了本发明所设计的目的。
本发明的有益效果是：用内外钢刷脱掉青核桃皮，要比手工剥皮和旋切式、滚刀式脱皮设备的方式脱皮干净快速，大小不一生熟不一的核桃也能完全脱皮。

Claims (2)

1.一种钢刷青核桃脱皮机，在一个基座上，电动机带动减速机构，减速机构带动内部钢刷旋转，与外筒固定的外钢刷形成的刷力，把青核桃皮刷掉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢刷青核桃脱皮机，其特征是：
基座(1)与减速机构(2)电动机(3)青核桃脱皮机外筒(7)相连，内部钢刷(4)与减速机构(2)相连，橡胶板(5)与减速机构(2)相连，外钢刷(6)青核桃脱皮机外筒(7)相连接。
