Abstract
本发明的目的是提供灭火尤其是灭难以扑灭的户外起火如森林起火和石油起火的新方法与新设备。为达此目的,借助于一种更可取的移动构造,把一套带有能利用高驱动压力而以吸气作用产生雾状渗透液体喷雾的出孔喷嘴的蓄液器带到灭火作业现场,然后将蓄液器中的液体排入火中。
Description
本发明涉及灭火尤其是灭难以扑灭的户外起火,如森林起火和石油起火的设备。
森林起火、石油起火及许多其他类型的起火,在采取紧急行动能将火势扑灭时,由于未及早扑救而致热浪腾腾,因而常常是要么难以接近现场,要么火势从一开始就已蔓延。
本发明的目的是提供一种比迄今为止更为有效地扑救此类难灭之火的新设备。
按照本发明提供一种用于扑灭难以扑灭的户外起火如森林起火和石油起火的设备,它包括借助悬吊结构可移动到灭火现场的、且设有出口喷嘴的一套蓄液器,其特征在于:所述喷嘴能够利用高驱动压力以抽吸作用产生雾状渗透液体喷雾,这套蓄液器由一个封罩结构固定在一起,使得蓄液器彼此之间形成一些纵向的空气通道。
该套最好由一个最好有罩子孔口和/或在蓄液器上与喷嘴头相反的那封住的一端有汇集空气的进口之封罩结构固定在一起。
借助于本发明,例如远距离的森林起火之类就可迅速而有效地扑灭,此前,这还不可能办到。
下面,参照附图所示符合本发明之设备的一个推荐实施例,更详尽地说明本发明。
图1显示符合本发明的设备其方向朝下。
图2表示朝向侧边的该设备。
图3显示图1所示设备的局部纵向剖面。
图4显示从上方所见的图1所示设备。
图中所示设备包括一套或一组蓄液器1,按图示之例为7个蓄液器,在图示实例中它们由借助凸缘接头3结合在一起的两部分组成的封罩结构2固定在一起。各蓄液器1所能具有的初始充气压力可达约280巴,不过也可以有较低的压力,其余可为如带所谓气胆或膜片的常规结构或如大体上按专利申请第931405号所述内容而可制成的结构之类其他结构亦能具有此种压力,从而,它们首先仅输出液体,并在后续阶段当蓄液器的驱动压力已然降下时,输出液体与驱动气体的混合物。
该设备意在借助儿根拉索4和一个提升环5而能在需要时由例如直升飞机或起重机升起及降下。
图1中封罩结构2的上部有一往上渐宽的漏斗状部件6,最好或多或少为锥形;该封罩结构的下部最好有一批邻近蓄液器1的出口喷嘴头的封罩孔口7,以及一个漏斗状部件8。
蓄液器1的出口喷嘴头,又可称为喷雾头,在图3中可见且标为9。喷雾头9最好如国际专利申请PCT/FI92/0155号所示那样,造得带有若干除与其他东西之外还与液滴大小及蓄液器驱动压力彼此适应的向下及向外倾斜的喷嘴,它们产生抽吸作用,将部份为集中的雾状液雾输出,这些液雾能有效地穿透火场。
蓄液器1支承在图3中可见的支板10上,最好固定在封罩结构2的下部,且包括若干图4中可见那种孔口11。在各个蓄液器彼此之间及各蓄液器1与封罩结构2彼此之间,伸展着标示为12且在图4中同样可见的几条空气通道。图3中的标号13所示者为一条在凸缘接头3的作用下把彼此撑靠的蓄液器压住的带状构件。
符合本发明的设备最好能从直升飞机上降到火场上方适合的高度,并能借助于已为人熟知而未在图中显示的遥控装置投放液体。蓄液器1的喷嘴头9产生有力的抽吸作用,从而部份是通过封罩孔口7、部份是经由沿着该套蓄液器而伸展并穿过支板10的孔口11而伸在喷嘴头9之外的通道12,就抽吸所需的额外空气。尤其是通过封罩孔口7也会吸入烟雾,但这样有好处,因为这些烟雾有灭火作用。
当可从上方灭火如灭森林起火时的情况,且当该设备因此处于与图1、3及4相符的直立位置时,由直升飞机主旋翼产生部份亦由漏斗状部件6集纳的气流,就会增加灭火液的渗透及整个作用。
如果由于某种原因而不适宜从上方灭火,则可将该设备如图2那样斜转到一侧,也可能要完全转到侧边来使用。这种火可能是石油起火如石油钻井架起火,或是高层建筑起火。起码在某些此类情况下,应当启用起重机之类而非直升飞机。
尤其是在该设备转到侧面但还便于从直升飞机上执行该设备的动作时,就可借助于如图2所示那个在长瓶状蓄液器封住的一端处之弯上去的漏斗状部件14,来利用直升飞机主旋翼产生的气流。在图2所示实施例中,封罩结构上部设有封罩孔口7。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于扑灭难以扑灭的户外起火如森林起火和石油起火的设备,它包括借助悬吊结构(4,5)可移动到灭火现场的、且设有出口喷嘴(9)的一套蓄液器(1),其特征在于:所述喷嘴能够利用高驱动压力以抽吸作用产生雾状渗透液体喷雾,这套蓄液器(1)由一个封罩结构(2)固定在一起,使得蓄液器(1)彼此之间形成一些纵向的空气通道(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:在蓄液器和封罩结构之间也形成纵向的空气通道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于:所述一套蓄液器(1)支承在一块支板(10)上,支板(10)固定在封罩结构(2)上且设有孔口(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:封罩结构(2)包括在其与蓄液器(1)的喷嘴(9)相背那一端上的空气集纳设施(6,14)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于:空气集纳设施(6,14)基本呈锥形。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的设备,其特征在于:所述封罩结构包括封罩孔口(7)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于:封罩孔口(7)邻近于蓄液器(1)的喷嘴头设置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:封罩结构(2)由两部分构成,这两部分由凸缘接头(3)接合,凸缘接头(3)用于夹紧环绕所述一套蓄液器(1)的一条带状构件(13)。
