本发明公开了一种方便更换搅拌桨叶的搅拌轴结构，它包括固定连接在电机转轴上的搅拌轴和T型的桨叶，搅拌轴上固定有若干个环形的固定台，相邻固定台之间的搅拌轴上插套有压簧和活动套，压簧的两端分别压靠在活动套和固定台上，活动套压靠在固定台上，所述的活动套靠近固定台的一端面上成型有若干个插口，桨叶的叶片部插接在活动套的插口内，搅拌轴上成型有若干个槽孔，桨叶的头部插接在搅拌轴的槽孔内。本发明固定搅拌桨叶通过插接并卡置方式代替传统的焊接方式，从而方便取出断裂的搅拌桨叶的根部，方便更换新的搅拌桨叶，为搅拌桨叶的维修工作带来了便利。

技术领域：
本发明涉及搅拌机的技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种方便更换搅拌桨叶的搅拌轴结构。
背景技术：
搅拌机，是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转，将多种原料进行搅拌混合，使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的设备。搅拌机上的搅拌轴上一般固定有若干个搅拌桨叶，从而能充分的对混合物进行搅拌。现有搅拌桨叶一般是直径焊接在搅拌轴上，而在搅拌过程中，搅拌桨叶受力作用较大，易发生断裂现象，从而更换时需要去除掉断裂的搅拌桨叶的根部，再进行焊接上新的搅拌桨叶，更换难度较高，耗时又费力。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种方便更换搅拌桨叶的搅拌轴结构，其方便搅拌桨叶的更换，为搅拌桨叶的维修工作带来了便利。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：
一种方便更换搅拌桨叶的搅拌轴结构，包括固定连接在电机转轴上的搅拌轴和T型的桨叶，搅拌轴上固定有若干个环形的固定台，相邻固定台之间的搅拌轴上插套有压簧和活动套，压簧的两端分别压靠在活动套和固定台上，活动套压靠在固定台上，所述的活动套靠近固定台的一端面上成型有若干个插口，桨叶的叶片部插接在活动套的插口内，搅拌轴上成型有若干个槽孔，桨叶的头部插接在搅拌轴的槽孔内。
所述搅拌轴上的槽孔和活动套的插口数量相同，槽孔或插口均环形均匀分布在搅拌轴的外侧壁上或活动套上，所述的插口贯穿活动套内侧壁和外侧壁，插口的宽度小于槽孔的宽度。
所述压簧的外侧设有筒形的保护外壳，保护外壳固定在活动套上，保护外壳的内侧壁的直径等于固定台的外侧壁的直径。
所述的固定台竖直均匀分布在搅拌轴上。
本发明的有益效果在于：其固定搅拌桨叶通过插接并卡置方式代替传统的焊接方式，从而方便取出断裂的搅拌桨叶的根部，方便更换新的搅拌桨叶，为搅拌桨叶的维修工作带来了便利。

实施例：见图1至3所示，一种方便更换搅拌桨叶的搅拌轴结构，包括固定连接在电机转轴上的搅拌轴1和T型的桨叶3，搅拌轴1上固定有若干个环形的固定台2，相邻固定台2之间的搅拌轴1上插套有压簧5和活动套4，压簧5的两端分别压靠在活动套4和固定台2上，活动套4压靠在固定台2上，所述的活动套4靠近固定台2的一端面上成型有若干个插口41，桨叶3的叶片部插接在活动套4的插口41内，搅拌轴1上成型有若干个槽孔11，桨叶3的头部插接在搅拌轴1的槽孔11内。
所述搅拌轴1上的槽孔11和活动套4的插口41数量相同，槽孔11或插口41均环形均匀分布在搅拌轴1的外侧壁上或活动套4上，所述的插口41贯穿活动套4内侧壁和外侧壁，插口41的宽度小于槽孔11的宽度。
所述压簧5的外侧设有筒形的保护外壳6，保护外壳6固定在活动套4上，保护外壳6的内侧壁的直径等于固定台2的外侧壁的直径。
所述的固定台2竖直均匀分布在搅拌轴1上。
工作原理：本发明更换桨叶3时只需移动活动套4使桨叶3脱离活动套4的插口41，再在搅拌轴1的槽孔内抽出桨叶3，再插接上新的桨叶3，放掉活动套4，使活动套4的插口41插套在新的桨叶3上，从而就完成了桨叶3的更换。

1.一种方便更换搅拌桨叶的搅拌轴结构，包括固定连接在电机转轴上的搅拌轴(1)和T型的桨叶(3)，其特征在于：搅拌轴(1)上固定有若干个环形的固定台(2)，相邻固定台(2)之间的搅拌轴(1)上插套有压簧(5)和活动套(4)，压簧(5)的两端分别压靠在活动套(4)和固定台(2)上，活动套(4)压靠在固定台(2)上，所述的活动套(4)靠近固定台(2)的一端面上成型有若干个插口(41)，桨叶(3)的叶片部插接在活动套(4)的插口(41)内，搅拌轴(1)上成型有若干个槽孔(11)，桨叶(3)的头部插接在搅拌轴(1)的槽孔(11)内；
所述搅拌轴(1)上的槽孔(11)和活动套(4)的插口(41)数量相同，槽孔(11)或插口(41)均环形均匀分布在搅拌轴(1)的外侧壁上或活动套(4)上，所述的插口(41)贯穿活动套(4)内侧壁和外侧壁，插口(41)的宽度小于槽孔(11)的宽度；
所述压簧(5)的外侧设有筒形的保护外壳(6)，保护外壳(6)固定在活动套(4)上，保护外壳(6)的内侧壁的直径等于固定台(2)的外侧壁的直径。
