Description

一种智能复合型深井地热水气分离装置
技术领域
本发明主要用于深井地热水的水气分离和除砂，保证后续工程对深井地热水使用时的安全性与清洁度，并通过与变频水泵联动，控制水位。
背景技术
深井地热技术是今年来新兴的新能源行业，深井地热采出水中有时会含有一定量的天然气，其主要成分为甲烷，在目前的实际工程中，大部分采用地热水经机房系统换热后再采取分离的方式，由于这种分离技术简单，被大部分工程所采用。但地热水经机房系统换热后进行水气分离存在较大的安全隐患，由于甲烷是一种可燃气体，其爆炸极限为5%~15%，当机房内管道发生泄漏时，天然气也会随地热水泄漏出来，由于机房是相对密封的空间，当机房内天然气聚集到一定量时便会发生窒息或爆炸事故。
深井地热水中含有少量泥沙，在目前实际工程中采用专用的旋流除砂器，除砂器不仅占用安装空间较多，同时造成了地热水系统阻力增加，增加了运行费用。
发明内容
为避免现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种智能复合型深井地热水气分离装置。
本发明的技术方案是：一种智能复合型深井地热水气分离装置，包括排气口、内置旋叶片的罐体、地热水进水口、压力变送器、磁性翻柱液位计、带控制系统的变频器、地热水泵、砂袋和放砂阀，所述内置旋叶片的罐体上部安有排气口，所述内置旋叶片的罐体的下部装有砂袋，砂袋连至地下管道，且中间装有放砂阀，在所述内置旋叶片的罐体的一侧上方装有地热水进水口，在地热水进水口下方安有磁性翻柱液位计，在所述磁性翻柱液位计上部装有压力变送器，压力变送器通过带控制系统的变频器与地热水泵相连接。
所述压力变送器通过带控制系统的变频器与地热水泵相连接，连至后续系统。
本发明的优点是：工具操作方便、使用灵活，可大大保证了后续工程的安全性，减少危险系数，自动化程度高，制作简单，便于操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述；
一种智能复合型深井地热水气分离装置，包括排气口1、内置旋叶片的罐体2、地热水进水口3、压力变送器4、磁性翻柱液位计5、带控制系统的变频器6、地热水泵7、砂袋8和放砂阀9，所述内置旋叶片的罐体2上部安有排气口1，所述内置旋叶片的罐体2的下部装有砂袋8，砂袋8连至地下管道A，且中间装有放砂阀9，在所述内置旋叶片的罐体2的一侧上方装有地热水进水口3，在地热水进水口3下方安有磁性翻柱液位计5，在所述磁性翻柱液位计5上部装有压力变送器4，压力变送器4通过带控制系统的变频器6与地热水泵7相连接。
所述压力变送器4通过带控制系统的变频器6与地热水泵7相连接，连至后续系统B。
其特点当深水地热水进入此装置时，地热水在罐体2内部的旋叶片的作业下内部含有的砂砾进入下端的砂袋8内，同时地热水含有的天然气上升，通过上端的排气口1排出。在罐体2外部安装有磁性翻柱液位计5和液位变送器，一方面可以随时观察罐体2内部水位，另一方面液位变送器为变频器6提供的0~20mA信号，并通过变频器6对地热水泵7水量进行调节。地热水泵7的最大流量大于深井地热水流量，通过变频器6可以控制水泵7的流量，当罐体2内水位超过液位计20%时，水泵7自动启动，当罐体2内部的水位增加时，变频器6也相应的增加频率，水泵7转速增强，流量增大。将罐体2内的水位控制在20%~80%之内。
当液位超过80%时，开始报警，方便工作人员对后续工程进行检查，有可能是后续管道堵塞等情况。对于砂袋8内储存的砂砾通过人工进行定期排除。此装置可以智能的控制罐体2内部的水位，既除去了深井地热水中的天热气和砂砾，也保证了机房设备的安全运行。

1.一种智能复合型深井地热水气分离装置，包括排气口、内置旋叶片的罐体、地热水进水口、压力变送器、磁性翻柱液位计、带控制系统的变频器、地热水泵、砂袋和放砂阀，其特征在于：所述内置旋叶片的罐体上部安有排气口，所述内置旋叶片的罐体的下部装有砂袋，砂袋连至地下管道，且中间装有放砂阀，在所述内置旋叶片的罐体的一侧上方装有地热水进水口，在地热水进水口下方安有磁性翻柱液位计，在所述磁性翻柱液位计上部装有压力变送器，压力变送器通过带控制系统的变频器与地热水泵相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种智能复合型深井地热水气分离装置，其特征在于：所述压力变送器通过带控制系统的变频器与地热水泵相连接，连至后续系统。
