Abstract

本发明涉及一种换热设备,为了满足换热要求通常需要调节流冷热变边的流量来满足化热需求,其冷热边的流量调节通常是运用连接在系统中的阀门来进行调节。而本发明是一种可以控制流量的换热集成结构,其原理是把芯体绕一固定轴随者转动位置控制流量大小及通道开合,起到通道和阀门的双重作用,可以省去相应管路发明结构,精简换热系统的结构,其在军民换热系统具有广泛的运用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于传热系统的优化设计,换热芯体同时起到流动和阀门的作用,能够精简换热系统结构。
背景技术
换热设备军民的能量交换系统中广泛使用,一般运用阀门来调节换热冷热边的流量满足具体换热需要。阀门在能量交换系统中广泛使用,其增加了能量交换系统的复杂性、使用和维护费用。
发明内容
一种可以控制流量的单轴旋转换热阀结构,包括:第一通道、第二通道、第三通道、孔、第四通道、芯体、第一管道和第二管道,芯体上构造正交的第一通道和第二通道,芯体设置在第一管道中并固定连接,芯体(6)的第一通道(1)和第一管道(7)管壁上的第三通道(3)连通,将连接后的整体放入第二管道的孔中,并且能在孔中自由转动;其中第二通道和第一通道、第三通道均不连通;所述第二管道(8)内部有第四通道(5),通过第一管道的转动来控制第四通道的开合,进而控制经过第四通道的流体流量,并控制流体与第二通道中流体的换热量,芯体处于流体通道交汇处。不同通道流体被芯体隔绝。

具体实施方式
如图1-4,芯体6上构造正交的第一通道1和第二通道2,将芯体6放入第一管道7中并固定连接,将连接后的整体放入第二管道8的孔4中,并且能在孔4中自由转动。其中第一通道1和第三通道3连通,第二通道2和第一通道1、第三通道3均不连通。通过第一管道7的转动来控制第四通道5的开合,进而控制经过第四通道5的流体流量,并控制流体与第二通道2中流体的换热量。

1.一种可以控制流量的单轴旋转换热阀结构,包括:第一通道(1)、第二通道(2)、第三通道(3)、孔(4)、第四通道(5)、芯体(6)、第一管道(7)和第二管道(8),其特征在于:芯体(6)上构造正交的第一通道(1)和第二通道(2),芯体(6)设置在第一管道(7)中并固定连接,芯体(6)的第一通道(1)和第一管道(7)管壁上的第三通道(3)连通,将连接后的整体放入第二管道(8)的孔(4)中,并且能在孔(4)中自由转动;其中第二通道(2)和第一通道(1)、第三通道(3)均不连通;所述第二管道(8)内部有第四通道(5),通过第一管道(7)的转动来控制第四通道(5)的开合,进而控制经过第四通道(5)的流体流量,并控制流体与第二通道(2)中流体的换热量,芯体处于流体通道交汇处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转换热阀结构,其特征在于:不同通道流体被芯体(6)隔绝。
