Abstract
本发明公开了一种醇水溶性转移涂料及其制备方法,所述的醇水溶性涂料,包括以下重量配方:改性醇水溶纤维素5~15份;极性聚丙烯酸树脂0~10份;醇溶性聚氨酯0~10份;醇类40~75份;蒸馏水10~30份,助溶剂10~20份,流平剂0~0.5份;消泡剂0~0.05份;与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:(1)经济,环保,用乙醇和蒸馏水做主要的溶剂,超低的VOC残留和释放;(2)气味低,相比溶剂型转移涂料中酮类与醚类,该涂料无刺激性气味;(3)优异的剥离性,转移性好;(4)安全,生产和运输工程中较溶剂型涂料安全,发生火灾的风险下降,同时不会导致生产人员吸入过多溶剂而危害健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及烟草包装印刷转移涂料涂料,尤其涉及一种醇水溶性转移涂料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
随着环保意识的增强,世界各国都相继制订了挥发性有机物(VOC)排放的限量标准和法规。国家对食品包装质量安全政策的收紧,环保问题日趋重要,食品安全已成为全球关注的焦点和迫切任务,并成为烟包行业发展的准则。在环保意识逐渐增强的今天,人们对涂料的发展有了更高标准的要求,涂料环保化已经是大势所趋。在烟草行业中,国国家烟草局2008年2月26日正式发布了烟草包装的挥发性有机物(VOC)标准,对卷烟条与盒包装纸中挥发性有机物的限量,事实上,上规模的香烟生产厂家早在多年前已开始关注印刷烟包的溶剂。
溶剂型涂料是烟草行业VOC的重要来源,对环境造成很大污染,对生产和施工人体带来极大的危害,同时在施工、储藏、运输中存在易燃、易爆等安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服溶剂型转移涂料对环境影响大,提供一种醇水溶性转移涂料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一方面,本发明涉及一种醇水溶性转移涂料,包括按重量份数计的以下组分:
作为优选方案,所述的改性醇水溶性纤维素包括改性醇水溶硝化棉、改性醇水溶纤维素树脂中的一种或两种,为主体树脂,可提供并提高耐温、耐剥离等性能。
作为优选方案,所述的极性聚丙烯酸树脂包括结构中含有伯羟基的聚丙烯酸树脂和结构中含有仲羟基的聚丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种,可提高漆膜耐溶剂性、附着力等性能。
作为优选方案,所述的改性醇溶性聚氨酯包括聚醚改性聚氨酯和端基为羟基的聚氨酯树脂中的至少一种,可提高耐擦等性能。
作为优选方案,所述的醇类溶剂选自乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇中的至少一种。
作为优选方案,所述的流平剂选自聚醚改性有机硅流平剂和聚酯改性有机硅流平剂中的至少一种。
作为优选方案,所述的消泡剂选自丙烯酸酯消泡剂和改性硅氧烷消泡剂中的至少一种,可防止涂布过程中产生气泡造成涂布缺陷。
另一方面,本发明还涉及一种如本发明所述的醇水溶性转移涂料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将改性醇水溶纤维素加入到醇类溶剂中,搅拌使其充分溶解;
加入极性丙烯酸树脂、改性醇溶性聚氨酯,继续搅拌使其充分溶解;
加入流平剂,搅拌均匀后加入蒸馏水和消泡剂;过滤包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、经济,环保,用乙醇和蒸馏水做主要的溶剂,超低的VOC残留和释放;
2、气味低,相比溶剂型转移涂料中酮类与醚类,该涂料无刺激性气味;
3、优异的剥离性,转移性好;
4、安全,生产和运输工程中较溶剂型涂料安全,发生火灾的风险下降,同时不会导致生产人员吸入过多溶剂而危害健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种应用于光银的醇水溶性光银镭射转移涂料制备,该方法包括以下步骤:
一、按照表1中的配方进行备料;
二、将溶剂投入反应釜中,开启搅拌机至中速700~800转/分钟,将改性醇水溶纤维素加入到反应釜中,700~800转/分钟搅拌60min至完全溶解;
三、在1000~1200转/分钟的转速下加入极性丙烯酸树脂、醇溶性聚氨酯搅拌60min至完全溶解;
四、向反应釜中加入流平助剂,中速700~800转/分钟搅拌10~20min;
五、向反应釜中加入蒸馏水和消泡剂,高速1000~1200转/分钟搅拌10~20min;
六、测粘度固体含量,冷却,过滤包装得到醇水溶性转移涂料。

表中的醇溶性聚氨酯即为改性醇溶性聚氨酯树脂,主要包括聚醚改性聚氨酯或端基为羟基的聚氨酯树脂。

对比例1
将含有仲羟基的聚丙烯酸树脂5kg、固含量为50%的醇溶性聚氨酯4kg、蒸馏水30kg、乙醇31kg、正丁醇20kg和聚醚型改性有机硅流平剂0.2kg按实施例1的方法制备成转移涂料。
对比测试
实施例1得到的涂料与商用油性转移涂料BL-0900A、以及对比例1中的转移涂料的对比性能如表2所示,满足客户生产性能要求:

1.一种醇水溶性转移涂料,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的以下组分:

3.根据权利要求1所述醇水溶性转移涂料,其特征在于,所述的极性聚丙烯酸树脂包括结构中含有伯羟基的聚丙烯酸树脂和结构中含有仲羟基的聚丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述醇水溶性转移涂料,其特征在于,所述的改性醇溶性聚氨酯包括聚醚改性聚氨酯和端基为羟基的聚氨酯树脂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的醇水溶性转移涂料,其特征在于,所述的醇类溶剂选自乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的醇水溶性转移涂料,其特征在于,所述的流平剂选自聚醚改性有机硅流平剂和聚酯改性有机硅流平剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的醇水溶性转移涂料,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂选自丙烯酸酯消泡剂和改性硅氧烷消泡剂中的至少一种。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的醇水溶性转移涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将改性醇水溶纤维素加入到醇类溶剂中,搅拌使其充分溶解;
加入极性丙烯酸树脂、改性醇溶性聚氨酯,继续搅拌使其充分溶解;
加入流平剂,搅拌均匀后加入蒸馏水和消泡剂。
