Abstract

本发明公开了一种高位叉车的物件提取装置,包括:货叉架、挡货架、安装架、机械手、摄像头、显示屏、操作装置,所述的挡货架固接在货叉架上,所述的安装架通过螺丝固接在货叉架顶部,所述的机械手安装在安装架上,所述的摄像头为广角摄像头,安装在安装架前部,所述的显示屏安装在叉车操作台上,且通过导线与摄像头连接,所述的操作装置安装在叉车操作台上,且通过导线与机械手连接,所述的操纵装置为电液比例阀与先导控制手柄配合液压装置共同组成的一道系统。本发明具有结构简单、安全实用等优点。

一种高位叉车的物件提取装置
技术领域
    本发明涉及高位叉车技术领域,具体是一种高位叉车的物件提取装置。
背景技术
    传统的高位叉车是通过移动整件的托盘或者箱子来完成存取作业的,这样的方式,存在着很大的弊端,例如,当需要从每个货架上取出一件物件时,都需要取下一整件的托盘,取出一件后,再将托盘放回;当存储不同的物件时,需要将物件分类后,再取下托盘,放入物件,再放回托盘,由此可见传统的存取方式,托盘的上下频率高,存取的效率低下。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种高位叉车的物件提取装置,包括:货叉架、挡货架、安装架、机械手、摄像头、显示屏、操作装置,所述的挡货架固接在货叉架上,所述的安装架通过螺丝固接在货叉架顶部,所述的机械手安装在安装架上,所述的摄像头为广角摄像头,安装在安装架前部,所述的显示屏安装在叉车操作台上,且通过导线与摄像头连接,所述的操作装置安装在叉车司机楼内的操作台上,且通过导线与机械手连接。
所述的操纵装置为电液比例阀与先导控制手柄配合液压装置共同组成的一道系统。
本发明是一种高位叉车的物件提取装置,通过改进原有的高位叉车,将原有的货叉换成挡货架,在货叉架顶部设置一安装架,并在安装架上安装一机械手,再在叉车的操作台设置机械手的操作装置,操纵装置结合现有的电瓶叉车技术、can总线通讯操作简单、动做灵敏、控制精确度高,通过操作装置控制机械手,完成对物件的取放;同时在安装架上设置了摄像头,并在叉车操作台上安装了显示屏,可进一步加强机械手的取放精度。
本发明可从多个货架取出单个物件,将叉车开至货架下,升高货叉架至一定高度,通过显示屏操作机械手,取出物件放至挡货架上,再将叉车开至另一货架,取出物件,以此类推,可完成作业;当有多个不同种类的物件需要储存时,将物件全部放置在挡货架上,根据顶层物件的不同,将叉车开至相应的货架下,通过操作机械手将物件从挡货架上取出,放入托盘,再进行下一件的存储。通过以上的方式大大提高了物件取存的效率。
本发明具有结构简单、安全实用等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种高位叉车的物件提取装置,包括:货叉架1、挡货架2、安装架3、机械手4、摄像头5、显示屏6、操作装置7,所述的挡货架2固接在货叉架1上,所述的安装架3通过螺丝固接在货叉架1顶部,所述的机械手4安装在安装架3上,所述的摄像头5为广角摄像头,安装在安装架3前部,所述的显示屏6安装在叉车操作台上,且通过导线与摄像头5连接,所述的操作装置安7装在叉车操作台上,且通过导线与机械手4连接。
所述的操纵装置7为电液比例阀与先导控制手柄配合液压装置共同组成的一道系统。

1.一种高位叉车的物件提取装置,包括:货叉架、挡货架、安装架、机械手、摄像头、显示屏、操作装置,其特征在于:所述的挡货架固接在货叉架上,所述的安装架通过螺丝固接在货叉架顶部,所述的机械手安装在安装架上,所述的摄像头为广角摄像头,安装在安装架前部,所述的显示屏安装在叉车操作台上,且通过导线与摄像头连接,所述的操作装置安装在叉车操作台上,且通过导线与机械手连接。
