技术领域
本发明涉及面料,具体涉及一种多层复合纤维面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
现有的面料大多采用单一的面料纤维进行编织,功能比较单一,在使用时无法满足人们的使用需求。现有市面上大多采用聚酯、聚氨酯、聚酰胺等纤维制得,在穿着舒适度上比较欠缺。而随着工业的不断发展,蛋白质纤维的出现使得人们穿着舒适度得到了很大的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用三层结构复合而成,具有垂顺、吸湿、透气、轻薄、柔软、舒适、弹性、贴身、美肤等特点的多层复合纤维面料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种多层复合纤维面料,所述多层复合纤维面料包括三层纤维面料层,三层纤维面料均为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,所述第一复合纤维面料层的经线采用丽赛纤维,纬线采用天丝,所述第二复合纤维面料层的经线采用棉纤维,纬线采用玉米纤维,所述第三复合纤维面料层的经线采用牛奶纤维,纬线采用莫代尔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一复合纤维面料层、第二复合纤维面料层以及第三复合纤维面料层的厚度比为1 :2 :1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述多层复合纤维面料中第一复合纤维面料层的厚度为0.08mm,第二复合纤维面料层的厚度为0. 16mm,第三复合纤维面料层的厚度为0.08mm。
本发明所述为一种多层复合纤维面料,本发明采用三层结构复合而成,具有吸湿透气、轻薄、柔软舒适、弹性贴身的特点。

本发明所述为一种多层复合纤维面料,本发明的技术方案是,一种多层复合纤维面料,所述多层复合纤维面料包括表层的第一复合纤维面料层1、第二复合纤维面料层2 以及第三复合纤维面料层3。
所述第一复合纤维面料层1、第二复合纤维面料层2 以及第三复合纤维面料层3 均为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构。
所述第一复合纤维面料层1 的经线采用丽赛纤维,纬线采用天丝。
所述第二复合纤维面料层2 的经线采用棉纤维,纬线采用玉米纤维。
所述第三复合纤维面料层3 的经线采用牛奶纤维,纬线采用莫代尔。
进一步地,所述第一复合纤维面料层1、第二复合纤维面料层2 以及第三复合纤维面料层3 的厚度比为1 :2 :1。
进一步地,所述多层复合纤维面料中第一复合纤维面料层1 的厚度为0.08mm,第二复合纤维面料层2 的厚度为0.16mm,第三复合纤维面料层3 的厚度为0.08mm。
所述第一复合纤维面料层1 中丽赛纤维与天丝的重量比为1 :2。
所述第二复合纤维面料层2 中棉纤维与玉米纤维的重量比为1 :1。
所述第二复合纤维面料层3 中牛奶纤维与莫代尔的重量比为1 :1。
本发明所述为一种多层复合纤维面料,本发明采用三层结构复合而成,具有吸湿透气、轻薄、柔软舒适、弹性贴身的特点。

1.一种多层复合纤维面料,其特征在于:所述多层复合纤维面料包括三层纤维面料层,三层纤维面料均为经线和纬线交织成的网状结构,所述第一复合纤维面料层的经线采用丽赛纤维,纬线采用天丝,所述第二复合纤维面料层的经线采用棉纤维,纬线采用玉米纤维,所述第三复合纤维面料层的经线采用牛奶纤维,纬线采用莫代尔。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的多层复合纤维面料,其特征在于:所述第一复合纤维面料层、第二复合纤维面料层以及第三复合纤维面料层的厚度比为1 :2 :1。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的多层复合纤维面料,其特征在于:所述多层复合纤维面料中第一复合纤维面料层的厚度为0.08mm,第二复合纤维面料层的厚度为0.16mm,第三复合纤维面料层的厚度为0.08mm。
