Abstract
The invention discloses a phone number marking method and device. The method includes the steps that a phone number is acquired on a terminal side, and before a dialing instruction for the phone number is received, marking information of the phone number is acquired; the marking information is displayed. By the adoption of the method and device, loss caused by dialing of a dangerous phone number can be avoided, and communication cost is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of address lists, in particular to a telephone number labeling method and a telephone number labeling device.
Background
With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, mobile phones have become essential for the work and life of many modern people, and the mobile phones bring convenience to people and hidden danger to the life of people. Among them, fraud calls are one of the hidden troubles.
Currently, a security application can be installed on a mobile phone, and the security application can identify whether a phone number corresponding to a received calling phone is a fraud phone number and prompt a user. When the mobile phone receives a calling call of a calling party, the security application identifies whether a telephone number corresponding to the calling call is a fraud telephone number, and displays prompt information on an incoming interface of the calling call to prompt a user.
However, the provision of telephone numbers by the above-described security-type applications is limited to incoming calls, and the prior art does not suggest similar alerting and provision of outgoing calls.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention has been made to provide a method for telephone number labeling and a corresponding apparatus for telephone number labeling that overcome or at least partially solve the above problems.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of telephone number labeling, the method comprising:
obtaining a telephone number at a terminal side;
before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received, acquiring the marking information of the telephone number; and
and displaying the labeling information.
Optionally, the step of obtaining the phone number at the terminal side includes:
receiving a phone number input in an input box component;

Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a method for labeling a phone number according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:

In addition, in practice, after receiving the dialing instruction of the telephone number, the embodiment of the present invention may store the telephone number in a local address book of the address book application. Specifically, in one embodiment, after dialing the telephone number, a contact directory is created in the local address book and the telephone number is saved under the created contact directory.
After the phone number is saved, in other words, the phone number is paid attention to, the embodiment of the present invention may further receive a push message sent by a web service corresponding to the phone number, or receive a push message sent by the phone number, for example, the push message may be a push of advertisement information.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the dialing instruction of the phone number, if it is determined that dialing the phone number fails, the service page corresponding to the entry information of the web service corresponding to the phone number may be entered.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the dialing instruction aiming at the obtained telephone number is received, the marking information of the telephone number is obtained and the marking information is displayed, so that the current user can know the marking information corresponding to the telephone number before dialing the telephone number, and can decide whether to dial the telephone number according to the marking information, thereby avoiding the loss caused by dialing a dangerous telephone number and saving the communication cost.
Furthermore, because the labeling information of the telephone number can include entry information related to the telephone number, authentication information of an entry, security level, comment information, classification tags and other information, a user does not need to search the related information in the network, and network bandwidth resources are saved.
For simplicity of explanation, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combinations, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of an embodiment of a device for labeling a phone number according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may include the following modules:
a telephone number acquisition module 401 adapted to acquire a telephone number at the terminal side;
a label information obtaining module 402, adapted to obtain label information of the phone number before receiving a dialing instruction for the phone number; and
a presentation module 403, adapted to present the annotation information.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the phone number obtaining module 401 is further adapted to:
receiving a phone number input in an input box component;
or,
a phone number is identified in the currently presented content.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the annotation information obtaining module 402 is further adapted to:
before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received, matching the telephone number in a local database, wherein the local database comprises one or more telephone numbers and corresponding marking information;
and if the telephone number which is the same as the telephone number is searched in the local database, acquiring the marking information corresponding to the telephone number.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the annotation information obtaining module 402 is further adapted to:
if the telephone number which is the same as the telephone number is not found in the local database, generating a data acquisition request according to the telephone number;
sending the data acquisition request to a server;
and receiving the marking information returned by the server, wherein the marking information returned by the server is the information which is obtained by the server according to the data acquisition request, matching the telephone number in a database at the server side and matching the telephone number.
As a preferable example of the embodiment of the present invention, the tagging information includes entry information of a web service corresponding to the phone number, and/or authentication information for authenticating the entry information, and/or a security level of the entry information, and/or comment information of the web service corresponding to the entry information.
As a preferred example of the embodiment of the present invention, the security level corresponding to the entry information is information obtained by performing security detection on the entry information through a security server; the security detection of the security server on the entry information at least comprises one of the following detection items: safety detection of the URL, safety detection of webpage content corresponding to the entry information and safety detection of a server corresponding to the entry information; the security level includes security, trustworthiness, comparatively trustworthy, danger.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the comment information of the web service corresponding to the entry information is information collected from a network and used for commenting the web service corresponding to the entry information.
As a preferred example of the embodiment of the present invention, the tagging information includes a preset classification tag, where the classification tag includes at least one of the following tags: harassment calls, advertising promotion, house property mediation, express meal delivery, fraud calls, insurance financing, taxis, and recruitment hunting.
For the apparatus embodiment of fig. 4, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment of fig. 1, the description is relatively simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to part of the description of the method embodiment.
The algorithms and displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual machine, or other apparatus. Various general purpose systems may also be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a system will be apparent from the description above. Moreover, the present invention is not directed to any particular programming language. It is appreciated that a variety of programming languages may be used to implement the teachings of the present invention as described herein, and any descriptions of specific languages are provided above to disclose the best mode of the invention.
In the description provided herein, numerous specific details are set forth. It is understood, however, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without these specific details. Such a signal may be downloaded from an internet website or provided on a carrier signal or in any other form.

The embodiment of the invention discloses A1 and a method for labeling a telephone number, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining a telephone number at a terminal side;
before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received, acquiring the marking information of the telephone number; and
and displaying the labeling information.
A2, the method as in a1, wherein the step of obtaining the phone number at the terminal side comprises:
receiving a phone number input in an input box component;
or,
a phone number is identified in the currently presented content.
A3, the method of a1, wherein the step of obtaining label information of the phone number before receiving a dialing instruction for the phone number comprises:
before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received, matching the telephone number in a local database, wherein the local database comprises one or more telephone numbers and corresponding marking information;
and if the telephone number identical to the telephone number is searched in the local database, obtaining the marking information corresponding to the telephone number.
A4, the method of A3, wherein the step of obtaining label information of the phone number before receiving a dialing instruction for the phone number further comprises:
if the telephone number which is the same as the telephone number is not found in the local database, generating a data acquisition request according to the telephone number;
sending the data acquisition request to a server;
and receiving the marking information returned by the server, wherein the marking information returned by the server is the information which is obtained by the server according to the data acquisition request, matching the telephone number in a database at the server side and matching the telephone number.
A5, the method according to A1, A2, A3 or A4, the annotation information includes entry information of the web service corresponding to the phone number, and/or authentication information for authenticating the entry information, and/or a security level of the entry information, and/or comment information of the web service corresponding to the entry information.
A6, the method as in A5, wherein the security level corresponding to the entrance information is information obtained by security detection of the entrance information through a security server;
the security detection of the security server on the entry information at least comprises one of the following detection items: safety detection of the URL, safety detection of webpage content corresponding to the entry information and safety detection of a server corresponding to the entry information;
the security level includes at least one of: safe, credible, more credible and dangerous.
The method of a7, as described in a5, the comment information of the web service corresponding to the portal information is information collected from a network and commented on the web service corresponding to the portal information.
A8, the method of A1, wherein the annotation information comprises preset category labels, and the category labels comprise at least one of the following labels: harassment calls, advertising promotion, house property mediation, express meal delivery, fraud calls, insurance financing, taxis, and recruitment hunting.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses B9 and a device for labeling the telephone number, wherein the device comprises:
the telephone number acquisition module is suitable for acquiring a telephone number at a terminal side;
the labeling information acquisition module is suitable for acquiring the labeling information of the telephone number before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received; and
and the display module is suitable for displaying the labeling information.
B10, the apparatus of B9, the phone number obtaining module further adapted to:
receiving a phone number input in an input box component;
or,
a phone number is identified in the currently presented content.
B11, the apparatus according to B9, the annotation information obtaining module is further adapted to:
before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received, matching the telephone number in a local database, wherein the local database comprises one or more telephone numbers and corresponding marking information;
and if the telephone number identical to the telephone number is searched in the local database, obtaining the marking information corresponding to the telephone number.
B12, the apparatus according to B11, the annotation information obtaining module is further adapted to:
if the telephone number which is the same as the telephone number is not found in the local database, generating a data acquisition request according to the telephone number;
sending the data acquisition request to a server;
and receiving the marking information returned by the server, wherein the marking information returned by the server is the information which is obtained by the server according to the data acquisition request, matching the telephone number in a database at the server side and matching the telephone number.
B13, the device as described in B9 or B10 or B11 or B12, the annotation information includes entry information of the web service corresponding to the phone number, and/or authentication information for authenticating the entry information, and/or the security level of the entry information, and/or comment information of the web service corresponding to the entry information.
B14, the device according to B13, the security level corresponding to the entrance information is the information obtained after security detection is carried out on the entrance information by a security server;
the security detection of the security server on the entry information at least comprises one of the following detection items: safety detection of the URL, safety detection of webpage content corresponding to the entry information and safety detection of a server corresponding to the entry information;
the security level includes at least one of: safe, credible, more credible and dangerous.
And B15, according to the device of B13, the comment information of the web service corresponding to the entrance information is the information which is collected from the network and used for commenting the web service corresponding to the entrance information.
B16, the apparatus as described in B9, the labeling information includes preset category labels, the category labels include at least one of the following: harassment calls, advertising promotion, house property mediation, express meal delivery, fraud calls, insurance financing, taxis, and recruitment hunting.
Claims (10)
1. A method of telephone number labeling, the method comprising:
obtaining a telephone number at a terminal side;
before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received, acquiring the marking information of the telephone number; and
and displaying the labeling information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the telephone number at the terminal side comprises:
receiving a phone number input in an input box component;
or,
a phone number is identified in the currently presented content.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the label information for the telephone number before receiving the dialing instruction for the telephone number comprises:
before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received, matching the telephone number in a local database, wherein the local database comprises one or more telephone numbers and corresponding marking information;
and if the telephone number identical to the telephone number is searched in the local database, obtaining the marking information corresponding to the telephone number.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the label information for the telephone number before receiving the dialing instruction for the telephone number further comprises:
if the telephone number which is the same as the telephone number is not found in the local database, generating a data acquisition request according to the telephone number;
sending the data acquisition request to a server;
and receiving the marking information returned by the server, wherein the marking information returned by the server is the information which is obtained by the server according to the data acquisition request, matching the telephone number in a database at the server side and matching the telephone number.
5. The method according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the label information comprises entry information of the web service corresponding to the telephone number, and/or authentication information for authenticating the entry information, and/or a security level of the entry information, and/or comment information of the web service corresponding to the entry information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the security level corresponding to the portal information is information obtained by security detection of the portal information by a security server;
the security detection of the security server on the entry information at least comprises one of the following detection items: safety detection of the URL, safety detection of webpage content corresponding to the entry information and safety detection of a server corresponding to the entry information;
the security level includes at least one of: safe, credible, more credible and dangerous.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the comment information of the web service corresponding to the portal information is information collected from a network for commenting on the web service corresponding to the portal information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the labeling information comprises preset classification labels, the classification labels comprising at least one of: harassment calls, advertising promotion, house property mediation, express meal delivery, fraud calls, insurance financing, taxis, and recruitment hunting.
9. An apparatus for telephone number labeling, the apparatus comprising:
the telephone number acquisition module is suitable for acquiring a telephone number at a terminal side;
the labeling information acquisition module is suitable for acquiring the labeling information of the telephone number before a dialing instruction aiming at the telephone number is received; and
and the display module is suitable for displaying the labeling information.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the label information includes entry information of the web service corresponding to the phone number, and/or authentication information for authenticating the entry information, and/or a security level of the entry information, and/or comment information of the web service corresponding to the entry information.
