Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED显示屏面罩，面罩的材料为树脂浸渍的玻璃纤维，面罩设有容纳LED灯的灯孔，固定安装在LED显示屏上。采用发明的LED显示屏面罩，面罩的材料采用树脂浸渍的玻璃纤维，使得多个面罩之间平整，进而使得LED显示屏的外观平整漂亮，提高了LED显示屏体显示效果。

本发明涉及LED显示屏领域，尤其是涉及一种LED显示屏面罩。
背景技术
现有技术中LED显示屏面罩采用塑料制作而成，对于显示屏整体反光和帽檐对LED挡雨挡尘不是很理想，会出现单体面积的反光不均匀，屏体部分亮度存在偏差，多个面罩之间不平整，从侧边观看两边出现的发光状态不一致，很大程度影响显示屏体外观和显示效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种LED显示屏面罩，使得多个面罩之间平整，提高了LED显示屏体显示效果。
本发明提供一种LED显示屏面罩，面罩的材料为树脂浸渍的玻璃纤维，面罩设有容纳LED灯的灯孔，固定安装在LED显示屏上。
进一步地，所述面罩设有与所述LED显示屏配合的凹槽。
进一步地，所述灯孔为方形或圆形。
本发明的有益效果是：采用本发明的LED显示屏面罩，面罩的材料采用树脂浸渍的玻璃纤维，使得多个面罩之间平整，进而使得LED显示屏的外观平整漂亮，提高了LED显示屏体显示效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种LED显示屏面罩，如图1所示，面罩1的材料为树脂浸渍的玻璃纤维，面罩1设有容纳LED灯的灯孔11。面罩1固定安装在LED显示屏上，用于保护LED灯不受损，面罩1不挡光因此使LED显示屏可视角度增加。
如图2所示，面罩设有与所述LED显示屏配合的凹槽12。面罩1的容纳LED灯的灯孔11为方形或圆形，容易理解，在其他实施例中，灯孔11也可以为其他的多边形。
本实施例的LED显示屏面罩在使用时可以将多个面罩1安装在一个较大的LED显示屏上，由于面罩1的材料采用树脂浸渍的玻璃纤维，使得多个面罩之间平整，因此使得LED显示屏的外观平整漂亮。
采用本实施例的LED显示屏面罩，面罩1的材料采用树脂浸渍的玻璃纤维，使得多个面罩之间平整，进而使得LED显示屏的外观平整漂亮，提高了LED显示屏体显示效果。
