Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a site inspection method, a control device and a system based on alarm, which aim to solve the problems of low inspection efficiency and difficult inspection information management.
A site inspection method based on alarm comprises the following steps:
the control device automatically calculates a polling period according to the type of the subordinate station and the station information, formulates an operation plan, and generates a station polling work order according to the operation plan;
the control device periodically and automatically sends the site inspection work order to the mobile terminal in a directional manner through the flow engine;
the mobile terminal receives the site inspection work order which comprises inspection processes of all equipment included in the site for inspection personnel to trigger alarm and alarm removal in sequence;
the control device monitors the alarm and the alarm clearing of the current equipment to be detected in the site, automatically analyzes the effectiveness of the alarm and the alarm clearing of the current equipment, judges whether the current equipment normally operates by judging whether the alarm of the current equipment is normally generated and cleared, if so, directly sends the information that the current equipment normally operates to a mobile terminal to detect the next equipment in the site, otherwise, automatically sends a current equipment fault list to the mobile terminal to trigger inspection personnel to maintain the current equipment according to the current equipment fault list, and confirms the maintenance completion by triggering the alarm and the alarm clearing of the current equipment again;
the control device automatically records the site patrol information, and simultaneously automatically synchronizes the site patrol information to the comprehensive resource database, wherein the comprehensive resource database comprises: the system comprises station basic information, station running state information, accessory equipment basic information, accessory equipment running state information, inspection personnel information and station inspection information.
Preferably, the operation and control device periodically and automatically sends the site inspection work order to the mobile terminal through the flow engine and the mobile terminal receives the site inspection work order, and the operation and control device comprises:
the control device sends a polling notice and receives an instruction format;
the mobile terminal receives the inspection notice and the receiving instruction format, receives response information input by an inspection worker according to the receiving instruction format, and sends the response information to the control device;
and after receiving the response information, the control device sends the site inspection work order to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal receives the inspection work order.
Preferably, after the operating device automatically sends the current device fault list to the mobile terminal, the operating device further includes:
and the control device automatically analyzes the current equipment alarm detected in the site and the effectiveness of alarm clearing to obtain fault information, searches a fault reference solution meeting the conditions according to the fault information, and sends the fault reference solution to the mobile terminal.
Preferably, the station comprises a base station;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the control device interacts with the mobile terminal through short messages and/or mails.
Preferably, after the confirming that the maintenance is completed and before the operating device automatically records the station inspection information, the method further comprises:
the control device receives and saves the fault solution,
the operating device directly uses the stored reference scheme when subsequently determining the same fault.
An alarm-based site inspection control device, comprising:
the operation planning unit is used for automatically calculating a routing inspection period according to the type of the subordinate station and the station information and making an operation plan;
the inspection work order generating unit is used for generating a site inspection work order according to the operation plan generated by the operation plan unit;
the directional sending unit is used for periodically and automatically directionally sending the site inspection work order to the mobile terminal through the flow engine, wherein the site inspection work order comprises inspection processes of all devices included in the site for inspection personnel, so that the inspection personnel sequentially trigger alarm and alarm removal;
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the alarm and the alarm clearing of each detected current device in the site;
the analysis unit is used for automatically analyzing the current equipment alarm detected in the site and the effectiveness of alarm clearing, judging whether the current equipment alarm is normally generated and cleared or not, if so, directly sending the information that the current equipment normally operates to the mobile terminal so as to trigger inspection personnel to detect the next equipment in the site, and otherwise, triggering the dispatching fault unit;
the fault dispatching unit is used for automatically dispatching a current equipment fault list to the mobile terminal after being triggered so as to trigger inspection personnel to repair the current equipment according to the current equipment fault list, and confirming that the repair is finished by triggering the alarm of the current equipment again and in a mode of clearing the alarm;
the recording unit is used for automatically recording the site polling information and synchronizing the site polling information to the comprehensive resource database, and the comprehensive resource database comprises: the system comprises station basic information, station running state information, accessory equipment basic information, accessory equipment running state information, inspection personnel information and station inspection information.
Preferably, the directional transmitting unit is used for transmitting the polling notice and receiving the instruction format; and after receiving response information sent by the mobile terminal, sending the site inspection work order to the mobile terminal.
Preferably, the station inspection control device based on alarm further includes: searching a fault solution unit and sending the fault solution unit; wherein,
the dispatching fault unit is further used for obtaining fault information by automatically analyzing the current equipment alarm detected by the site and the effectiveness of alarm clearing;
the fault solution searching unit is used for searching a fault reference solution meeting the conditions according to the fault information obtained by the fault dispatching unit;
the failure solution sending unit is configured to send the failure reference solution found by the failure solution finding unit to the mobile terminal.
Preferably, the station inspection control device based on alarm further includes: receiving a failure solution unit and saving the failure solution unit; wherein,
the system comprises a fault solution receiving unit, a fault analysis unit and a fault analysis unit, wherein the fault solution receiving unit is used for receiving a solution for dispatching fault single-trigger inspection personnel to maintain current equipment;
and the failure solution storage unit is used for storing the solution received by the failure solution receiving unit, wherein the solution is used for maintaining the current equipment by the inspection personnel.
An alarm-based site inspection system comprising: a station patrol control device based on alarm, a mobile terminal and a station,
the mobile terminal is used for receiving the inspection work order sent by the control device for site inspection based on alarm, providing the inspection work order to inspection personnel, receiving the normal operation information of the current detected equipment in the site sent by the control device, and triggering the inspection personnel to inspect the next equipment in the site; and receiving the current equipment fault list sent by the control device, and providing the current equipment fault list for inspection personnel to solve the fault.
The embodiment of the invention provides a warning-based base station inspection method, a control device and a system, which can automatically calculate an inspection period according to the types of subordinate stations and station information, formulate an operation plan, automatically generate and periodically and automatically directionally send a station inspection worksheet, automatically analyze the current equipment warning of the station and the effectiveness of clearing the warning, and simultaneously automatically record station inspection information which is synchronized to a comprehensive resource database, thereby realizing the electronization of an inspection process and solving the problems of low inspection efficiency and difficult inspection information management.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention provides a base station inspection method, a control device and a system based on alarm, wherein inspection personnel can check whether equipment normally works by triggering equipment alarm and alarm clearing, and the control device can automatically analyze the effectiveness of the alarm and the alarm clearing, so that the inaccuracy of judging whether the equipment normally operates through manual experience is avoided, and the problems of missing inspection, improper inspection and the like are avoided.
Finally, the embodiment of the invention provides a base station inspection method, an operation and control device and a system based on alarm, which can manage the fault solution and provide a fault reference solution for inspection personnel, and provide effective help for the inspection personnel to successfully solve the equipment fault, thereby improving the efficiency of solving the equipment fault.
Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a site inspection method based on an alarm, where the method may include the following steps:
step 101: the control device automatically calculates the inspection cycle according to the type of the subordinate station and the station information, makes an operation plan, and generates a station inspection work order according to the operation plan.
Step 102: and the control device periodically and automatically directionally sends the site inspection work order to the mobile terminal through the flow engine.
Step 103: the mobile terminal receives the site inspection work order, the site inspection work order comprises various equipment inspection processes for inspection personnel, and the equipment inspection processes are used by the site so that the inspection personnel can trigger alarm and alarm in sequence.
Step 104: the control device monitors the alarm and the alarm clearing of the current equipment detected in the site, automatically analyzes the effectiveness of the alarm and the alarm clearing of the current equipment, judges whether the current equipment normally operates by judging whether the alarm of the current equipment is normally generated and cleared, if so, executes step 105, otherwise, executes step 106.
Step 105: and directly sending the information that the current equipment normally operates to the mobile terminal, and detecting the next equipment in the site.
Step 106: and automatically sending the current equipment fault list to the mobile terminal so as to trigger inspection personnel to maintain the current equipment according to the current equipment fault list, and confirming the completion of maintenance by triggering the alarm of the current equipment again and the alarm clearing mode.
Step 107: the control device automatically records the station polling information and automatically synchronizes the station polling information to the comprehensive resource database,
the comprehensive resource database comprises: the system comprises station basic information, station running state information, accessory equipment basic information, accessory equipment running state information, inspection personnel information and station inspection information.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a site inspection method based on an alarm, in which a control device and a mobile terminal interact information in a short message manner, and the method may include the following steps:
step 201: the control device automatically calculates the inspection cycle according to the type of the subordinate station and the station information, makes an operation plan, and generates a station inspection work order according to the operation plan.
Step 202: and the control device periodically and automatically directionally sends the site inspection work order to the mobile terminal through the flow engine.
In the embodiment, the generation and the sending of the inspection work order realize electronization and automation, and the problems of improper site information statistics, unreasonable inspection content and inspection personnel arrangement and the like in manual management are solved. The process not only reduces the problem of disordered manual management, but also improves the reasonability of routing inspection contents and routing inspection personnel arrangement.
Step 203: the control device sends the polling notice and receives the instruction format in a short message mode.
Step 204: and the mobile terminal receives the inspection notice and the short message in the receiving instruction format, receives response information input by an inspection worker according to the receiving instruction format, and sends the response information to the control device.
In this embodiment, the processes of step 203 and step 204 can effectively ensure that the inspection personnel receives the inspection notice and performs the site inspection work on time.
Step 205: after receiving the response message, the control device sends the station inspection work order to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal receives the inspection work order,
the station inspection work order comprises inspection processes of all equipment included by the station, and the inspection processes are used by inspection personnel, so that the inspection personnel sequentially trigger alarm and alarm removal.
Step 206: the control device monitors the current equipment alarm detected in the site and the alarm clearing, automatically analyzes the effectiveness of the current equipment alarm and the alarm clearing, judges whether the current equipment is normal by judging whether the current equipment alarm is generated normally and cleared normally, if so, executes step 207, otherwise, executes step 208.
In this embodiment, the site includes a plurality of devices, and the inspector needs to inspect the plurality of devices in the site. The inspection personnel check whether the equipment normally works by triggering the current equipment alarm detected in the site and clearing the alarm, for example: the inspection personnel trigger the entrance guard to alarm through the operation of opening the door, and the control device receives entrance guard alarm information, and then, the inspection personnel close the door again to clear away entrance guard and report an emergency and ask for help or increased vigilance, the control device receives entrance guard and reports an emergency and asks for help or increased vigilance and clear away information. If the inspection personnel can normally trigger the entrance guard alarm and can normally clear the entrance guard alarm, the entrance guard inductor works normally; otherwise, the entrance guard sensor is in failure and needs to be maintained. In the embodiment, the inspection personnel trigger the alarm and alarm the cleaning, the control device automatically analyzes the effectiveness of the alarm and alarm the cleaning, and the problems of missing inspection, inspection not in place and the like can be avoided in the inspection process.

Step 209: and the control device automatically analyzes the current equipment alarm detected in the site and the effectiveness of alarm clearing to obtain fault information, searches a fault reference solution meeting the conditions according to the fault information, and sends the fault reference solution to the mobile terminal.
Step 210: and the control device receives and stores the final fault solution, and directly uses the stored reference solution when the control device determines the same fault subsequently.
Step 211: the control device automatically records the station polling information and automatically synchronizes the station polling information to the comprehensive resource database,
the comprehensive resource database comprises: the system comprises station basic information, station running state information, accessory equipment basic information, accessory equipment running state information, inspection personnel information and station inspection information.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the operation plan is formulated by the control device, the station inspection work order is automatically generated and periodically and automatically sent in an oriented mode, the effectiveness of the station equipment alarm and the effectiveness of the alarm removal are automatically analyzed, the station inspection information is automatically recorded, and the station inspection information is synchronized to the comprehensive resource database, so that the electronization of the inspection process is realized, and the problems of low inspection efficiency and difficult inspection information management are solved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a station inspection control device based on an alarm. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. In terms of hardware, as shown in fig. 3, a hardware structure diagram of a device in which the alarm-based station inspection operation device according to the embodiment of the present invention is located is shown, except for the CPU, the memory, the network interface, and the nonvolatile memory shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment, the device in which the alarm-based station inspection operation device is located may also include other hardware, such as a chip responsible for sorting fault information, and the like. Taking a software implementation as an example, as shown in fig. 4, as a logical apparatus, the apparatus is formed by reading a corresponding computer program instruction in a non-volatile memory into a memory by a CPU of a device in which the apparatus is located and running the computer program instruction. The station inspection control device 40 based on alarm provided by the embodiment includes:

An analyzing unit 405, configured to automatically analyze the current device alarm detected at the site and the effectiveness of clearing the alarm, determine whether the current device alarm is generated normally and cleared normally, and if so, directly send information that the current device operates normally to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal performs the next device detection in the site, otherwise, trigger the dispatch fault list unit 406.
And the dispatching fault list unit 406 is used for automatically dispatching the current equipment fault list to the mobile terminal after being triggered so as to trigger inspection personnel to repair the current equipment according to the current equipment fault list, and confirm that the repair is finished by triggering the alarm of the current equipment and the alarm clearing mode again.
The recording unit 407 is configured to record site polling information automatically, and synchronize the site polling information to a comprehensive resource database automatically, where the comprehensive resource database includes: the system comprises station basic information, station running state information, accessory equipment basic information, accessory equipment running state information, inspection personnel information and station inspection information.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the station inspection control device based on alarm may further include:
a fault solution searching unit 501, configured to search a fault reference solution meeting the condition according to the fault information obtained by the sending fault list unit;
a sending failure solution unit 502, configured to send the failure reference solution found by the finding failure solution unit to the mobile terminal;
the fault information is obtained by the fault dispatching unit through automatically analyzing the current equipment alarm detected by the site and the effectiveness of alarm clearing.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the station inspection control device based on alarm may further include:
and a fault solution receiving unit 601, configured to receive a solution for dispatching a fault to singly trigger inspection personnel to maintain the current device.
A failure solution saving unit 602, configured to save the solution received by the failure solution receiving unit for the inspector to repair the current device.
As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides an alarm-based site inspection system 70, which includes: an operation device 701 based on the station inspection of the alarm, a mobile terminal 702 and a station 703,
the mobile terminal is used for receiving the inspection work order sent by the control device for site inspection based on alarm, providing the inspection work order to inspection personnel, receiving the normal operation information of the current detected equipment in the site sent by the control device, and triggering the inspection personnel to inspect the next equipment in the site; and receiving the equipment fault list sent by the control device, and providing the equipment fault list for inspection personnel to solve the fault. Meanwhile, the mobile terminal can be further used for receiving the inspection notice and the received instruction format sent by the control device, receiving the response information input by the inspection personnel according to the received instruction format, and sending the response information to the control device.
