一种专利检索系统，包括:用于储存与各检索关键词匹配的扩充关键词的扩充数据库、用于根据所述扩充数据库确定与检索人员输入的关键词匹配的扩充关键词的关键词匹配模块、用于根据检索人员输入的关键词及所述扩充关键词在指定专利数据库内进行检索以获得相应检索结果的检索模块、用于将所述检索结果予以显示的显示模块，如此通过对关键词的解释的自动扩充可减小漏检卒，提高检索人员的工作效率。

本发明涉及一种专利检索系统。
背景技术
专利作为一种知识产权，能给企业带来丰厚的回报，因此，各企业纷纷对其所作的各项发明创造提出专利保护，但为了获得专利权，企业首先需要确定其发明创造是否具有新型性，因此，其常需要在各国专利数据库内进行检索，以比较自己的发明创造是否被他人抢先申请专利，但由于大部分关键词都存有与其语义相同或相近的词，为避免漏检，检索人员常常需要对关键词进行全面考虑，如此降低了其检索效率。
因此，如何解决现有技术存在的缺点实已成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种专利检索系统，以提高检索人员的检索效率。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供一种专利检索系统，其包括:用于储存与各检索关键词匹配的扩充关键词的扩充数据库、用于根据所述扩充数据库确定与检索人员输入的关键词匹配的扩充关键词的关键词匹配模块、用于根据检索人员输入的关键词及所述扩充关键词在指定专利数据库内进行检索以获得相应检索结果的检索模块、用于将所述检索结果予以显示的显示模块。
综上所述，本发明的专利检索系统通过对关键词的解释的自动扩充可减小漏检率，提高检索人员的工作效率。
具体实施方式
本发明的专利检索系统主要包括以下:
扩充数据库，用于储存与各检索关键词匹配的扩充关键词。
关键词匹配模块，用于根据所述扩充数据库确定与检索人员输入的关键词匹配的扩充关键词。
检索模块，用于根据检索人员输入的关键词及所述扩充关键词在指定专利数据库内进行检索以获得相应检索结果。
显示模块，用于将所述检索结果予以显示。
综上所述，本发明的专利检索系统通过对关键词的解释的自动扩充可减小漏检率，提高检索人员的工作效率。

扩充数据库，用于储存与各检索关键词匹配的扩充关键词:
关键词匹配模块，用于根据所述扩充数据库确定与检索人员输入的关键词匹配的扩充关键词:
检索模块，用于根据检索人员输入的关键词及所述扩充关键词在指定专利数据库内进行检索以获得相应检索结果:
显示模块，用于将所述检索结果予以显示。
