Abstract

本发明涉及一种高效节能燃气灶,包括点火开关总成和炉头,在靠近炉头的一侧设置预热盘,点火开关总成通过进气导管与预热盘连通,预热盘通过出气导管与炉头连通,炉头由内、外炉头组合构成,内、外炉头分别通过两根导管与预热盘、点火开关总成相连通。本发明克服了现有技术中普通燃气灶热能的辐射散失大、热效率不高、燃气的混合雾化效果差、燃烧不充分的缺陷,通过上述设计,可以大量回收利用辐射散失的热能,使进入炉头燃烧前的燃气己被预热升温,大大提高了混合雾化的效果和燃烧效率,具有结构简单、燃烧充分、使用安全可靠的优点。

本发明涉及一种高效节能燃气灶。
背景技术
传统的燃气灶都是将低温燃气直接引入炉头燃烧,面加热炊具的同时,热能也向炉头的四周辐射散失,不仅热效率不高,而且燃气的混合雾化效果差、燃烧不充分、炉头易结碳。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中普通燃气灶热能的辐射散失大、热效率不高、燃气的混合雾化效果差、燃烧不充分的问题,本发明提供一种高效节能燃气灶,该高效节能燃气灶的结构简单、辐射热能的利用率高、混合雾化均匀、燃烧充分、使用安全可靠。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:包括点火开关总成和炉头,在靠近炉头的一侧设置预热盘,点火开关总成通过进气导管与预热盘连通,预热盘通过出气导管与炉头连通。
炉头由内、外炉头组合构成,内、外炉头分别通过两根导管与预热盘、点火开关总成相连通。
本发明通过上述具体设计,可以大量回收利用辐射散失的热能,使进入炉头燃烧前的燃气己被预热升温,大大提高了混合雾化的效果和燃烧效率,具有结构简单、燃烧充分、使用安全可靠的优点。

如图所示,本发明包括点火开关总成1 和炉头2 ,在靠近炉头2 的一侧设置预热盘3 ,点火开关总成l 通过进气导管4 与预热盘3 连通,预热盘3 通过出气导管5 与炉头2 连通,炉头2 可由内、外炉头2A 、2B 组合构成,内、外炉头2A 、2B 分别通过两根导管与预热盘3 、点火开关总成1 相连通。在工作状态下,燃气由点火开关总成l 通过进气导管4 进入预热盘3 预热并充分混合雾化,预热的热能为炉头2 燃烧时向四周辐射散失的热能,预热后的燃气再通过出气导管5 进入炉头2 燃烧。

1.一种高效节能燃气灶,包括点火开关总成和炉头,其特征是在靠近炉头(2) 的一侧设置预热盘(3) ,点火开关总成(1) 通过进气导管(4) 与预热盘(3) 连通,预热盘(3) 通过出气导管(5) 与炉头(2) 连通。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的高效节能燃气灶,其特征是炉头(2)由内、外炉头(2A 、2B) 组合构成,内、外炉头(2A 、2B) 分别通过两根导管与预热盘(3) 、点火开关总成(1) 相连通。
