本发明公开了一种LED路灯散热结构,包括路灯支杆和光源,其特征在于:所述路灯支杆包括主支撑杆、固定于所述主支撑杆上端的且可沿所述主支撑杆轴向伸缩的并可绕所述与所述主支撑杆固定端旋转的伸缩支杆和设于所述伸缩支杆上端的二级伸缩支杆;所述二级伸缩支杆上端固定有供给光源电量的太阳能蓄电池板;所述伸缩支杆上固定有光源支杆,所述光源支杆为人字形支杆,所述光源支杆的顶端通过连接接头与LED灯头固定,所述光源支杆为空心支杆,所述连接接头、所述光源支杆与所述伸缩支杆之间形成用于空气流通的空腔;所述LED灯头内设有用于散热的铝制散热鳍片。本发明具有结构简单,散热效果好,操作使用方便等优点。

一种LED路灯散热结构
技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,具体地说是一种LED路灯散热结构。
背景技术
LED路灯(Light Emitting Diode,发光二级管)即半导体照明灯。它是一种基于半导体PN结形成的用微弱的电能就能发光的高效固态光源,在一定的正向偏置电压和注入电流下,注入P区的空穴和注入N区的电子在扩散至有源区后经辐射复合而发出光子,将电能直接转化为光能。它是一种固态冷光源,具有环保无污染、耗电少、光效高、寿命长等特点,因此,LED路灯将成为道路照明节能改造的最佳选择。而现有技术中的LED路灯大多存在照射角度单一不可调试、聚光性能差、散热性能差等问题,影响了使用效果,使得光效低,散热难。而当这种LED应用于照明领域时,存在光效低、成本增加、散热困难等诸多问题,因此有必要提供一种改进型LED路灯,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
根据上述提出的技术问题,而提供一种LED路灯散热结构。本发明主要采用伸缩旋转式的支撑杆以及合理的布局设计,从而起到LED路灯光源角度可调、散热性能良好及高聚光的效果。
本发明采用的技术手段如下:
一种LED路灯散热结构,包括路灯支杆和光源,其特征在于:所述路灯支杆包括主支撑杆、固定于所述主支撑杆上端的且可沿所述主支撑杆轴向伸缩的并可绕所述与所述主支撑杆固定端旋转的伸缩支杆和设于所述伸缩支杆上端的二级伸缩支杆;所述二级伸缩支杆上端固定有供给光源电量的太阳能蓄电池板;所述伸缩支杆上固定有光源支杆,所述光源支杆为人字形支杆,所述光源支杆的顶端通过连接接头与LED灯头固定,所述光源支杆为空心支杆,所述连接接头、所述光源支杆与所述伸缩支杆之间形成用于空气流通的空腔;所述LED灯头内设有用于散热的铝制散热鳍片。
作为优选,所述LED灯头可绕所述连接接头任意角度旋转,所述LED灯头内设有内凹曲面型灯罩,所述内凹曲面型灯罩的四周设有散光区。
作为优选,所述LED灯头外侧设有用于保护光源的保护罩。
较现有技术相比,本发明提供的路灯支杆为伸缩式支撑杆,通过主支撑杆与伸缩支杆的配合,旋转拉伸实现对不同区域的照明效果;再有,通过太阳能电池板对光源供电,起到环保节能的效果;另外,本发明的灯头也可绕连接接头旋转,实现在同一区域不同角度的照射,灯头内置的内凹曲面型灯罩也增大了LED光源的照射强度,再配合四周的散光区,使光线更加柔和,增强聚光性;最后,通过空心支杆和散热鳍片的双重散热设计,使本发明具有较好的散热性。
本发明具有结构简单,实用性强,良好的散热、高聚光性等优点,基于上述理由本发明可在LED照明等领域广泛推广。

如图1所示,一种LED路灯散热结构,包括路灯支杆1和光源,所述路灯支杆1包括主支撑杆11、固定于所述主支撑杆11上端的且可沿所述主支撑杆11轴向伸缩的并可绕所述与所述主支撑杆11固定端旋转的伸缩支杆12和设于所述伸缩支杆12上端的二级伸缩支杆13;所述二级伸缩支杆13上端固定有供给光源电量的太阳能蓄电池板2;所述伸缩支杆12上固定有光源支杆3,所述光源支杆3为人字形支杆,所述光源支杆3的顶端通过连接接头31与LED灯头32固定,所述光源支杆3为空心支杆,所述连接接头31、所述光源支杆3与所述伸缩支杆12之间形成用于空气流通的空腔;所述LED灯头32内设有用于散热的铝制散热鳍片。
所述LED灯头32可绕所述连接接头31任意角度旋转,所述LED灯头32内设有内凹曲面型灯罩33,所述内凹曲面型灯罩33的四周设有散光区34。
所述LED灯头32外侧设有用于保护光源的保护罩。

1.一种LED路灯散热结构,包括路灯支杆(1)和光源,其特征在于:所述路灯支杆(1)包括主支撑杆(11)、固定于所述主支撑杆(11)上端的且可沿所述主支撑杆(11)轴向伸缩的并可绕所述与所述主支撑杆(11)固定端旋转的伸缩支杆(12)和设于所述伸缩支杆(12)上端的二级伸缩支杆(13);所述二级伸缩支杆(13)上端固定有供给光源电量的太阳能蓄电池板(2);所述伸缩支杆(12)上固定有光源支杆(3),所述光源支杆(3)为人字形支杆,所述光源支杆(3)的顶端通过连接接头(31)与LED灯头(32)固定,所述光源支杆(3)为空心支杆,所述连接接头(31)、所述光源支杆(3)与所述伸缩支杆(12)之间形成用于空气流通的空腔;所述LED灯头(32)内设有用于散热的铝制散热鳍片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯散热结构,其特征在于:所述LED灯头(32)可绕所述连接接头(31)任意角度旋转,所述LED灯头(32)内设有内凹曲面型灯罩(33),所述内凹曲面型灯罩(33)的四周设有散光区(34)。
