背景技术
现有的节能灯一般包括灯头、外壳、灯座和灯管,灯头与外壳连接,外壳内安装有灯座和电子镇流器,灯管与灯座连接和固定。目前,这种节能灯的灯管通常是螺旋形荧光灯管或U形荧光灯管,灯管之外不设灯罩,在某些工作环境灯管容易受到污染,螺旋形灯管或U形灯管的弯曲结构不易清洁,污染物可能会影响照明效果;灯管易损坏,降低了灯管的使用寿命。另一方面,不设灯罩的灯管也有可能因直接发光给人造成光线过强和刺眼的不良感觉。
市场上现有的吊灯、蜡烛灯等一般都使用带有玻璃泡壳的白炽灯,白炽灯功耗较大,不够节能。节能灯功耗较小,节能效果显著,然而现有的节能灯灯管之外不带有灯罩,使得其应用受到限制。
发明内容
针对以上现有节能灯的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种光线柔和、带有灯罩的节能灯。
本发明的目的是通过采用以下技术方案来实现的:
带有灯罩的节能灯,包括灯头、外壳、灯座和灯管,灯头与外壳连接,灯座设在外壳内,灯管与灯座连接和固定,所述灯管设在灯罩内,灯罩与灯座连接和固定。所述灯座上设有环形凸缘,灯罩的端口设有环形凹槽,灯罩通过环形凹槽与灯座的环形凸缘进行卡扣式连接和固定。所述灯管是螺旋形三基色荧光灯管或U形三基色荧光灯管。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述灯罩由透光塑料制成。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述灯罩设为球形灯罩或带有尖端的灯罩。

本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,灯罩采用环保阻燃塑料制成,透光性高、耐高温、防紫外线,相比玻璃灯罩其成本更低,不易破碎,对荧光灯管起到较好的保护作用,不会因玻璃灯管爆裂而伤人,使用更加安全可靠;灯罩通过环形凹槽与灯座连接并将灯管全部包裹,可以防止污染物进入灯罩内部,并且方便清洁灯罩;塑料灯罩可以使透过的光线更加柔和,不会因光线过强给人造成刺眼的不良感觉;三基色荧光灯管发光效率较高,节能效果显著;本发明外形美观,可以广泛应用于吊灯、花灯、蜡烛灯等灯具,从而实现进一步节能降耗。

如图1和图2所示,一种带有灯罩的节能灯,包括灯头1、外壳2、灯座3和灯管4,灯头1与外壳2连接,灯座3设在外壳2内,灯管4与灯座3连接和固定,所述灯管4设在灯罩5内,灯罩5与灯座3连接和固定。
本实施例中,灯座3上设有环形凸缘31,灯罩5的端口设有环形凹槽51,灯罩5通过环形凹槽51与灯座3的环形凸缘31进行卡扣式连接和固定,灯罩3由透光塑料制成,灯罩3可以设为球形灯罩或带有尖端的灯罩。
本实施例中,灯头1可以是螺口灯头或卡口灯头。灯管4是螺旋形三基色荧光灯管或U形三基色荧光灯管。
