Abstract
本发明提出一种扇形阀门,包括阀体(1)、阀板(2)、顶开压紧驱动装置(3)、翻板驱动装置(4)、辅助密封弹簧(5)、齿轮(6)、链轮(7)、丝杠(8)和拉板(9);该扇形阀门具有以下优势:扇形阀体框架采用方刚加钢板焊接,提高强度;外观简单美观;翻板动作阀板底部采用扇形齿,传动平稳;阀板压紧密封采用丝杠加辅助弹簧,简单可靠;并且都在阀体内部,使得结构简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业阀门领域,具体而言是一种扇形阀门。
背景技术
扇形阀作为冶金、化工等行业煤气管道隔断介质的主要设备。工作原理为一个电动装置带动通孔、盲板切换,切换完成,由另一个电动装置实现顶开或压紧通孔、盲孔,从而实现介质的截断与流通;目前,市场上的扇形阀主要存在以下问题:
1.强度不足,公称压力达到一定数值,试验打压时阀体变形。
2.传动链轮及链条外露,易受自然条件影响,从而影响整体传动灵活性。
3.焊接式链条传动走板,走板不稳定,易跳动。
4.主动加从动链轮较多,易产生累计误差,影响传动。
5.两个电动装置分别位于两侧,占空间位置较大,外型不美观。
产生以上问题的原因主要是面板与圆筒焊接处受力支撑点强度薄弱、传动链轮及张紧轮较多,走板传动方式不合理等;因此,在不增加产品总体重量和加工难度的情况下,设计一种外观协调美观、承压能力增强、运行平稳性提高、传动件受自然条件影响较小的新式阀门是十分必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种扇形阀门,该装置包括阀体1、阀板2、顶开压紧驱动装置3、翻板驱动装置4、辅助密封弹簧5、齿轮6、链轮7、丝杠8和拉板9。
进一步的,所述装置阀体1由方钢与钢板焊接组成。
扇形阀门启闭过程为:顶开压紧机构动作,拉开阀座和阀板,使阀板和两边阀座产生间隙,然后翻板机构动作,横向转动阀板,实现盲板和通孔的切换,最后顶开压紧机构再压紧阀座和阀板,实现密封,完成阀门启闭。具体动作为:顶开压紧机构驱动装置带动减速机,通过链轮链条带动三个顶开压紧点的链轮,进而带动三根丝杠转动,拉动拉板向远离阀板方向移动,使得阀板和两边阀座都脱离开一段距离。这时顶开压紧机构停止,翻板装置带动减速机,齿轮通过阀板底部的扇形齿,使阀板横向转动,实现阀板通孔与盲孔的切换。然后顶开压紧装置反向动作,压紧阀板和阀座,实现密封,完成阀门启闭。
本发明的上述目的通过独立权利要求的特征来实现,从属权利要求以另选或有利的方式发展独立权利要求的特征。
由以上本发明的技术方案可知,本发明与传统阀门相比,其具有以下优势和有益的效果:扇形阀体框架采用方刚加钢板焊接,提高强度,外观简单美观;翻板动作阀板底部采用扇形齿,传动平稳,阀板压紧密封采用丝杠加辅助弹簧,简单可靠,并且都在阀体内部,使得结构简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的阀体1由方型钢管与钢板焊接组成,顶开压紧驱动装置3通过链条带动链轮7,进而带动三点顶开压紧的丝杠8,丝杠8转动拉动拉板9,拉动阀板2与两边阀座脱离,实现阀板2的顶开压紧动作,同时有辅助密封弹簧5共同实现阀门密封;翻板驱动装置4通过减速机带动齿轮6,通过阀板2底部扇形齿来实现阀板2的横向转动,盲孔与通孔的切换,完成阀门的启闭。
本发明的扇形阀门结构实现了:
1.一种方钢与钢板焊接的阀体新型结构;
2.一种能够实现阀板顶开压紧的链轮链条传动结构和阀板转动的齿轮扇形齿传动结构;
本发明阀门是一种应用在钢铁和冶金类企业的大中型煤气输送管道中,理想的气体隔断设备。
