本发明公开了一种自吸结构离心泵的泵轴安装结构,包括有底板,底板上安装有泵体、支撑板、电机,泵体前端安装有前泵盖,泵体上端安装有上泵盖,泵体后端通过O型密封圈安装有后泵盖,后泵盖后端安装有连接架,连接架后端安装有轴承箱,轴承箱固定于支撑板上,轴承箱内安装有轴承,轴承内安装有中空的泵轴,中空的泵轴内安装有拉杆,拉杆端部安装有叶轮,拉杆上安装有机封动环,后泵盖通过机封压盖夹置有静环,静环与机封动环之间形成密封结构,泵轴与电机通过联轴器连接。本发明的流量均匀、运转平稳、振动小,泵轴与拉杆固定配合方便,且拉杆与泵轴轴向距离可调,提高了泵体的整体使用性能。

技术领域
    本发明涉及离心泵领域,具体属于自吸结构离心泵的泵轴安装结构。
背景技术
    离心泵的基本构造是由六部分组成的分别是叶轮,泵体,泵轴,轴承,密封环,填料函。1、叶轮是离心泵的核心部分,它转速高出力大,叶轮上的叶片又起到主要作用,叶轮在装配前要通过静平衡实验。叶轮上的内外表面要求光滑,以减少水流的摩擦损失。2、泵体也称泵壳,它是水泵的主体。起到支撑固定作用,并与安装轴承的托架相连接。3、泵轴的作用是借联轴器和电动机相连接,将电动机的转矩传给叶轮,所以它是传递机械能的主要部件。4、滚动轴承使用的是透明油作润滑剂的,加油到油位线。太多油要沿泵轴渗出,太少轴承又要过热烧坏造成事故。在水泵运行过程中轴承的温度最高在85度,一般运行在60度左右。
离心泵可广泛用于电力、冶金、煤炭、建材等行业输送含有固体颗粒的浆体。如火电厂水力除灰、冶金选矿厂矿浆输送、洗煤厂煤浆及重介输送等。目前,离心泵存在着结构复杂、体积大、安装调试不方便,流量调节不精确。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自吸结构离心泵的泵轴安装结构,流量均匀、运转平稳、振动小,泵轴与拉杆固定配合方便,且拉杆与泵轴轴向距离可调,提高了泵体的整体使用性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
自吸结构离心泵的泵轴安装结构,包括有底板,底板上安装有支撑板、电机,轴承箱固定于支撑板上,轴承箱内安装有轴承,轴承内安装有中空的泵轴,中空的泵轴内固定配合有拉杆,拉杆一端固定于泵轴上,另一端安装有叶轮,泵轴与电机通过联轴器连接。
所述的联轴器外设有防护罩。
本发明的流量均匀、运转平稳、振动小,泵轴与拉杆固定配合方便,且拉杆与泵轴轴向距离可调,提高了泵体的整体使用性能。

1.自吸结构离心泵的泵轴安装结构,其特征在于,包括有底板,底板上安装有支撑板、电机,轴承箱固定于支撑板上,轴承箱内安装有轴承,轴承内安装有中空的泵轴,中空的泵轴内固定配合有拉杆,拉杆一端固定于泵轴上,另一端安装有叶轮,泵轴与电机通过联轴器连接。
