本发明涉及一种自循环润滑冷却的潜水电泵,包括叶轮、导叶体和设置于电机壳内的电机,电机壳经电机的电机端盖由锁紧螺钉连接导叶体,电机的主轴下端依次穿过电机端盖和导叶体外接叶轮,主轴分别经径向轴承和推力轴承支撑于电机端盖和导叶体上,其特征在于:所述推力轴承、主轴与导叶体围成轴承腔室,电机端盖与导叶体封装油池,导叶体或推力轴承或主轴上开设有润滑孔,润滑孔连通轴承腔室和油池。

一种自循环润滑冷却的潜水电泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种潜水电泵,具体说是一种能自循环润滑冷却的潜水电泵。
背景技术
大型潜水电泵广泛用于水利防洪排涝、工农业调水、市政供水等场合,其结构多为潜水电机与水力部件之一的叶轮同轴连接,轴上套装有机械密封和承受轴向径向力的轴承,其润滑冷却靠水力部件之一的导叶体内油腔内的润滑油,同时起冷却作用。由于结构限制,油腔内油面高度不能保证承受轴向力的推力轴承充分润滑冷却,使轴承在长时间重载受力情况下运行,出现烧坏,而使用者对轴承实际运行温度不掌握,不能及时停泵,造成故障停机,给使用者造成损失。
发明内容
针对现有大型潜水电泵技术中的推力轴承部位的润滑冷却效果不佳、无法探测轴承工作温度的问题,本发明提供了一种简单有效、在原泵基础上稍加改动就能解决上述问题的技术方案,采用此方案能改善推力轴承的润滑冷却状态,大大降低轴承工作温度,并将轴承工作温度实时向外传递。
本发明的技术方案是:一种自循环润滑冷却的潜水电泵,包括叶轮、导叶体和设置于电机壳内的电机,电机壳经电机的电机端盖由锁紧螺钉连接导叶体,电机的主轴下端依次穿过电机端盖和导叶体外接叶轮,主轴分别经径向轴承和推力轴承支撑于电机端盖和导叶体上,其特征在于:所述推力轴承、主轴与导叶体围成轴承腔室,电机端盖与导叶体封装油池,导叶体或推力轴承或主轴上开设有润滑孔,润滑孔连通轴承腔室和油池。
进一步地,所述电机端盖为中间下凹、周边抬起结构,电机壳经电机端盖的周边由锁紧螺钉连接导叶体。
进一步地,所述推力轴承的座片上或推力轴承的轴承座上穿设有温度传感器。
再进一步地,所述主轴与电机端盖、主轴与导叶体间经机械密封密封。
本发明潜水电泵电机端盖与导叶体、电机壳固定连接,推力轴承置于导叶体内类似轴承座结构或单独设置的轴承座上,轴承、机械密封套装在主轴上,导叶体与电机端盖形成油池,开设的润滑孔沟通轴承腔室和油池内外的油,轴承旋转产生的泵吸作用使座内外油实现循环,更有利于带走热量,冷却效果得到加强;电机端盖周遍连接面呈由中间向周边水平向上之势,电机端盖使油池内有效油面升高,浸没过推力轴承,能使之充分润滑;在最接近推力轴承的座片或轴承座或导叶体上设置内置温度传感器,将温度实时向外传递,使管理者掌握水泵运行状态。采用这种结构可使推力轴承工作温度由原来的950C右降到低于500C,大大提高了潜水电泵的可靠性和工作寿命。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1所示,一种自循环润滑冷却的潜水电泵包括叶轮、导叶体3和设置于电机壳1内的电机,电机壳1经电机的电机端盖10由锁紧螺钉连接导叶体3,电机端盖为中间下凹、周边抬起结构,电机壳经电机端盖的周边由锁紧螺钉连接导叶体;电机的主轴2下端依次穿过电机端盖10和导叶体3外接叶轮,主轴2分别经径向轴承5和推力轴承7支撑于电机端盖10和导叶体3上,径向轴承5经轴承端盖4封装于电机端盖10内,推力轴承7、主轴2与导叶体3围成轴承腔室,电机端盖10与导叶体3封装油池,导叶体上开设有润滑孔8,润滑孔8连通轴承腔室和油池;推力轴承7的轴承座上穿设有温度传感器9;主轴与电机端盖、主轴与导叶体间均经机械密封6密封。

1. 一种自循环润滑冷却的潜水电泵,包括:叶轮、导叶体(3)和设置于电机壳(1)内的电机,
电机壳(1)经电机的电机端盖(10)由锁紧螺钉直接连接导叶体(3),电机的主轴(2)下端依次穿过电机端盖(10)和导叶体(3)外接叶轮,
主轴(2)经径向轴承(5)支撑于电机端盖(10)上,同时,主轴(2)经推力轴承(7)支撑于导叶体(3)上,
导叶体(3)与推力轴承(7)接触的位置设有用于支撑推力轴承(7)的轴承座;
其特征在于:
所述推力轴承(7)、主轴(2)与导叶体围成轴承腔室,电机端盖(10)与导叶体(3)封装油池,导叶体(3)上开设有润滑孔(8),润滑孔(8)连通轴承腔室和油池;
所述电机端盖(10)为中间下凹、周边抬起结构,电机壳(1)经电机端盖(10)的周边由锁紧螺钉连接导叶体(3);
所述推力轴承(7)的轴承座上穿设有温度传感器(9)。
