发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种负离子竹炭墙面漆，该发明，无刺激性气味，无毒害，挥发性有机物含量少，节能环保，添加的竹炭因子可持续吸附、分解室内游离甲醛苯等有害气体，添加的负离子粉可以释放负离子可以净化室内空气。
一种负离子竹炭墙面漆的具体成分和质量比重是：竹炭因子 0.02％～ 0.05％，丙二醇 ： 10~20%，羟乙基纤维素：2~5%，成膜助剂 0.2％～ 1％，钛白粉5％～ 10％，消泡剂 0.2％～ 0.6％，稳定剂1-3%，竹炭粉10-15%，防腐剂0.2-0.6%，负离子粉5%-10%。
本发明添加了天然活性竹炭因子，能够有效吸附环境中的杂质，添加的负离子粉可以净化空气。可以提高人们生活环境的质量。
具体实行方式   
制备本发明的一种负离子竹炭墙面漆，竹炭因子0.04％，丙二醇 ：10%，羟乙基纤维素： 5%，成膜助剂 1%，钛白粉10%，消泡剂0.6％，稳定剂3%，竹炭粉15%，防腐剂0.6%，负离子粉10%。放入搅拌罐中，快速研磨分散2 小时，形成混合均匀的浆体，即制成本发明的一种负离子竹炭墙面漆。搅拌均匀后检验出厂。

1.一种负离子竹炭墙面漆，其特征在于，包含如下成分和质量比重：竹炭因子 0.02％～ 0.05％，丙二醇 ： 10~20%，羟乙基纤维素：2~5%，成膜助剂 0.2％～ 1％，钛白粉5％～ 10％，消泡剂 0.2％～ 0.6％，稳定剂1-3%，竹炭粉10-15%，防腐剂0.2-0.6%，负离子粉5%-10%。
