发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种负离子竹炭墙面漆,该发明,无刺激性气味,无毒害,挥发性有机物含量少,节能环保,添加的竹炭因子可持续吸附、分解室内游离甲醛苯等有害气体,添加的负离子粉可以释放负离子可以净化室内空气。
一种负离子竹炭墙面漆的具体成分和质量比重是:竹炭因子 0.02%~ 0.05%,丙二醇 : 10~20%,羟乙基纤维素:2~5%,成膜助剂 0.2%~ 1%,钛白粉5%~ 10%,消泡剂 0.2%~ 0.6%,稳定剂1-3%,竹炭粉10-15%,防腐剂0.2-0.6%,负离子粉5%-10%。
本发明添加了天然活性竹炭因子,能够有效吸附环境中的杂质,添加的负离子粉可以净化空气。可以提高人们生活环境的质量。
具体实行方式   
制备本发明的一种负离子竹炭墙面漆,竹炭因子0.04%,丙二醇 :10%,羟乙基纤维素: 5%,成膜助剂 1%,钛白粉10%,消泡剂0.6%,稳定剂3%,竹炭粉15%,防腐剂0.6%,负离子粉10%。放入搅拌罐中,快速研磨分散2 小时,形成混合均匀的浆体,即制成本发明的一种负离子竹炭墙面漆。搅拌均匀后检验出厂。
