本发明公开了一种管道密封用橡胶材料配方,涉及管道加工生产原料技术领域,由如下质量份数的原料制成:溴化丁基橡胶80-100份、环氧大豆油8-15份、铝酸钠5-10份、过氧化苯甲酰4-8份、滑石粉3-6份、抗氧剂3-5份、纳米蒙脱土2-5份、过硫酸铵1-3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1-5份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚2-6份、聚乙二醇3-7份、甲基硅油2-8份、硫磺1.5-3份、碳酸钙3-5份、氧化锌1-4份。本发明的配方设计合理、新颖、原料易得;由于各组分的协同作用,使得由此配方制得的橡胶制品不仅具有良好的力学性能,而且密封性好、使用寿命长。

技术领域:
本发明涉及管道加工生产原料技术领域,具体涉及一种管道密封用橡胶材料。
背景技术:
管道密封是解决企业工业化生产设备中跑、冒、滴、漏现象的重要密封件之一,在众多产品的生产设备中有着广泛的应用。为适应新时代生产设备的要求,管道密封根据使用工况条件的要求,除进行必要的结构设计和改进外,对配套用的橡胶密封件也提出了更高的要求。密封件所使用的橡胶不仅要求物理机械性能优良,还要求质量符合绿色环保的要求,在满足密封性的前提下,还必须满足一定使用寿命的要求。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种原料易得、成本低廉、产品使用寿命长的管道密封用橡胶材料配方。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种管道密封用橡胶材料,由如下质量份数的原料制成:
溴化丁基橡胶80-100份、环氧大豆油8-15份、铝酸钠5-10份、过氧化苯甲酰4-8份、滑石粉3-6份、抗氧剂3-5份、纳米蒙脱土2-5份、过硫酸铵1-3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1-5份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚2-6份、聚乙二醇3-7份、甲基硅油2-8份、硫磺1.5-3份、碳酸钙3-5份、氧化锌1-4份。
所述管道密封用橡胶材料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
溴化丁基橡胶90份、环氧大豆油12份、铝酸钠8份、过氧化苯甲酰6份、滑石粉5份、抗氧剂4份、纳米蒙脱土3份、过硫酸铵2份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚4份、聚乙二醇5份、甲基硅油5份、硫磺2份、碳酸钙4份、氧化锌3份。
所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂1076组成,两者之间的比例为1:1。
所述纳米蒙脱土的平均粒径为25nm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的配方设计合理、新颖、原料易得;由于各组分的协同作用,使得由此配方制得的橡胶制品不仅具有良好的力学性能,而且密封性好、使用寿命长。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
所述管道密封用橡胶材料配方由如下质量份数的原料制成:溴化丁基橡胶80份、环氧大豆油8份、铝酸钠5份、过氧化苯甲酰4份、滑石粉3份、抗氧剂3份、纳米蒙脱土2份、过硫酸铵1份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚2份、聚乙二醇3份、甲基硅油2份、硫磺1.5份、碳酸钙3份、氧化锌1份。
其中,抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂1076组成,两者之间的比例为1:1;纳米蒙脱土的平均粒径为25nm。
先将溴化丁基橡胶加入到捏合机中,再加入环氧大豆油、铝酸钠、过硫酸铵、二丁基萘磺酸钠、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、聚乙二醇、甲基硅油,通氮条件下于170-190℃下混炼1h,随后捏合机冷却至65-70℃,加入滑石粉、抗氧剂、纳米蒙脱土、硫磺、碳酸钙,继续混炼0.5h后排料,在滤胶机中滤胶后冷却至室温,最后在开炼机中加入过氧化苯甲酰、氧化锌,混合均匀,加工成型即制得目标橡胶材料。
实施例2
所述管道密封用橡胶材料由如下质量份数的原料制成:溴化丁基橡胶90份、环氧大豆油12份、铝酸钠8份、过氧化苯甲酰6份、滑石粉5份、抗氧剂4份、纳米蒙脱土3份、过硫酸铵2份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚4份、聚乙二醇5份、甲基硅油5份、硫磺2份、碳酸钙4份、氧化锌3份。
其中,抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂1076组成,两者之间的比例为1:1;纳米蒙脱土的平均粒径为25nm。
实施例2的制备工艺过程与实施例1相同,所不同的是各原料用量不同。
实施例3
所述管道密封用橡胶材料由如下质量份数的原料制成:溴化丁基橡胶100份、环氧大豆油15份、铝酸钠10份、过氧化苯甲酰8份、滑石粉6份、抗氧剂5份、纳米蒙脱土5份、过硫酸铵3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠5份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚6份、聚乙二醇7份、甲基硅油8份、硫磺3份、碳酸钙5份、氧化锌4份。
其中,抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂1076组成,两者之间的比例为1:1;纳米蒙脱土的平均粒径为25nm。
实施例3的制备工艺过程与实施例1相同,所不同的是各原料用量不同。
对实施例1-3制备的管道密封用橡胶材料进行各项性能测定,结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,由本发明提供的配方所制备的管道密封用橡胶材料具有良好的力学性能,密封性好、使用寿命长。

1.一种管道密封用橡胶材料,其特征在于,由如下质量份数的原料制成:溴化丁基橡胶80-100份、环氧大豆油8-15份、铝酸钠5-10份、过氧化苯甲酰4-8份、滑石粉3-6份、抗氧剂3-5份、纳米蒙脱土2-5份、过硫酸铵1-3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1-5份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚2-6份、聚乙二醇3-7份、甲基硅油2-8份、硫磺1.5-3份、碳酸钙3-5份、氧化锌1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道密封用橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述管道密封用橡胶材料配方由如下质量份数的原料制成:溴化丁基橡胶90份、环氧大豆油12份、铝酸钠8份、过氧化苯甲酰6份、滑石粉5份、抗氧剂4份、纳米蒙脱土3份、过硫酸铵2份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚4份、聚乙二醇5份、甲基硅油5份、硫磺2份、碳酸钙4份、氧化锌3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种管道密封用橡胶材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂1076组成,两者之间的比例为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种管道密封用橡胶材料,其特征在于:所述纳米蒙脱土的平均粒径为25nm。
