Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料。间歇板材阻燃组合聚醚,其由下述原料按所述用量配制而成,LR-877聚醚、LR-4110C聚醚、403聚醚、3152聚酯、磷酸三(1-氯-2-丙基)酯、硅油(8805)、N,N-二甲基环己胺、三(二甲氨基丙基)六氢三嗪、油酸钾、33%三乙烯二胺的二丙二醇溶液、一氟二氯乙烷。本发明与同类产品相比,具有显著的优越性:聚醚成本低,配方简单,使用时,本发明产品自由泡密度在23公斤/立方米,模压密度在38公斤/立方米左右,氧指数在26.5以上,熟化时间在30分钟,满足了良好的流动性,同时熟化时间短,生产效率大幅提高,而且自由泡密度足够小,模压效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料。
背景技术
组合聚醚是聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料之一,又称白料,与聚合MDI共称黑白料。组合聚醚由聚醚单体、匀泡剂、交联剂、催化剂、发泡剂等多种组份组合而成。间歇板材组合聚醚需要具有良好的流动性,同时熟化时间要尽量短,否则生产效率太低,而且自由泡密度要尽量小,否则影响模压效果。近年来要求阻燃等级提高,不但延长了熟化时间,密度也增大了许多,目前氧指数26以上的组合聚醚,熟化时间基本在60分钟左右,模压密度在50左右,而且由于增加了阻燃,流动性变差,很难充满模具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足问题,提供一种间歇板材阻燃组合聚醚,流动性好,熟化时间短,自由泡密度小,模压效果好。
本发明间歇板材阻燃组合聚醚,其由下述原料按所述用量配制而成,
本发明间歇板材阻燃组合聚醚的制法:将各种原料按比例加入单螺旋搅拌罐,加入顺序,要最后加入一氟二氯乙烷,保持室温在15度-25度之间,全部材料加入后,开启搅拌装置,搅拌5-10分钟,然后静止5-10分钟,再搅拌10-20分钟,最后经过滤后,进行分装使用。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不局限于具体实施例。
间歇板材阻燃组合聚醚,具体配方如下:
将各种原料按比例加入单螺旋搅拌罐,加入顺序要最后加入一氟二氯乙烷,其他原料可以任意顺序加入,保持室温在15度-25度之间,全部材料加入后,开启搅拌装置,搅拌10分钟,然后静止10分钟,再搅拌20分钟,最后经过滤后,进行分装使用。
施工时,与黑料配合进行聚氨酯发泡,自由泡密度在23公斤/立方米,模压密度在38公斤/立方米左右,氧指数在26.5以上,熟化时间在30分钟。
