本发明涉及一种环保烧结砖配方,具体涉及一种利用废弃粉煤灰制作空心砖的配方,属于建筑用砖技术领域。
背景技术
烧结空心砖简称空心砖,是指以页岩,煤矸石或粉煤灰为主要原料,经焙烧而成的具有竖向孔洞,孔洞率不小于40%,孔的尺寸小而数量多的砖,粉煤灰是燃煤发电厂排出的工业废渣,由于其量大,现已成为一个严重的环境问题,粉煤灰的主要氧化物组成为:SiO2、Al2O3、FeO、Fe2O3、CaO、TiO2等。粉煤灰是我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一,随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加。大量的粉煤灰不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,而其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。
发明内容
为了减少粉煤灰的残余量,本发明提供一种空心砖,其主要由粉煤灰制成,能够加快废弃资源的利用,实现废弃资源再利用。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种空心砖,其由以下组分的原料制成:
