Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及设置有用于控制馈送张力的系统的正向纱线馈送机。
背景技术
众所周知,通过诸如专利EP2218670A中所描述馈送机的所谓“正向”纱线馈送机,将纱线缠绕在被马达驱动而旋转的鼓轮上,以从卷筒中拉出纱线,并将其递送到下游的纺织机,该纺织机例如为编织机。控制单元根据从张力传感器接收到的张力信号来调节马达的速度,以便将纱线的张力(其取决于馈送机递送纱线的速度和纺织机曳拉纱线的速度之差)保持在要求水平上大致恒定不变,该方案在输出丝网的质量具有优势。
正如本技术领域内技术人员所熟知的,该类型的纱线馈送机不适合于馈送具有高弹性和/或相对高支数的纱线,高支数例如在400分特和1000分特(decitex)之间的范围内,因为这些纱线都易于在鼓轮上滑动,由此,影响特别与张力控制相关的馈送过程的精度对于。
因此,这些情形中使用了其它类型的馈送机,例如,使用这样的馈送机,其中,纱线穿过彼此切向接触的两个机动的反向旋转的轮子之间。
然而,对于如上所述的一个等已知方案来说,马达总是在轴向上受纺织机的控制,使得它始终递送纺织机所要求的纱线量,而对馈送张力没有任何控制,由此限制了输出丝网的质量。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供用于纺织机的正向纱线馈送机,其还能够在受控张力下,精确地馈送具有高弹性和/或高支数的纱线。
上述的目的和其它的优点将从以下描述中变得明显,所述目的和优点由具有如权利要求1所述特征的正向纱线馈送机来实现,同时从属权利要求陈述了本发明的其它有利但次要的特征。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1至5,纱线馈送机10包括马达11,该马达被接纳在外壳12内并设置有驱动轴15。键合到驱动轴15上的纱线缠绕轮16具有缠绕在其上的纱线Y。马达11驱动纱线缠绕轮16转动,以从卷筒R(其仅示意地显示在图2中)中曳拉出纱线,并将纱线馈送到纺织机M(其也示意地显示在图2中)。
纱线馈送机10设置有制动器18(本身是公知的),其适于对纱线缠绕轮16上游的纱线Y施加轻微的静态制动作用,以使纱线Y保持在轻微的张力之下。制动器18所施加的制动作用可由旋钮18a手工地调整。
隔纱圆盘19本身也是公知的,其就布置在制动器18的紧上游。
从纱线缠绕轮16展开的纱线Y在操作上接合纳入在该馈送机内的张力传感器26。以本身公知的方式,马达11由控制单元CU驱动,该控制单元CU也被纳入在馈送机内,并可由显示器28和按钮30程控。控制单元CU根据张力传感器26产生的张力信号的反馈以将纱线Y的张力(该张力取决于馈送机递送纱线的速度和纺织机曳拉纱线的速度之间的差值)保持在理想水平上大致恒定不变的方式来调节纱线缠绕轮16的速度。
根据本发明,纱线Y以单圈缠绕在纱线缠绕轮16的环向槽32内,该槽具有大致V形的轮廓,该轮廓限定在两个对立的环形表面34、36之间,所述环形表面具有相应的呈交替构造的装齿(即,该构造中,一个装齿的各齿38面向相对的装齿的各齿40之间的间隔区);此外,纱线馈送机10设置有偏离臂42,该臂具有纱线导向眼孔44,制动器18和纱线缠绕轮16之间的纱线Y可滑动地穿过该纱线导向眼孔,该偏离臂42处于这样的位置中,即,使得进入纱线缠绕轮16的纱线不接触由纱线缠绕轮16递送的纱线。
如图5中详细所示,偏离臂42以使纱线Y在侧向和纵向上偏离纱线缠绕轮16的轴线的方式布置。因此,进入该缠绕轮的纱线首先只接合两个装齿中的一个齿(图5中的右手侧装齿),而从该缠绕轮递送的纱线只接合相对的装齿(图5中的左手侧装齿),使得防止任何接触的风险。
现特别地参照图3,纱线缠绕轮16有利地包括盘形支承件50和可移除地配装到盘形支承件50的环52;环向槽32形成在该环上。盘形支承件50设置有毂54,盘形支承件50通过该毂54键合到驱动轴15,盘形支承件50还设置有支承环56,支承环56通过轮辐58连接到毂54。支承环56具有外周座59,环52被容置在该外周座中。
纱线馈送机10还设置有本身公知的圈-分离装置60。在本发明中,不使用该圈-分离装置60,因为纱线Y以单圈形式缠绕在纱线缠绕轮16上。然而,如果纱线缠绕轮16由常规的纱线-缠绕鼓轮代替并且偏离臂42被移除(或绕过),那么纱线馈送机10可以常规的方式使用,即,以多圈的形式将纱线缠绕在纱线缠绕鼓轮和圈-分离装置60之间。为此目的,偏离臂42设置有足部62,该足部成形为能够可移除地接合外壳12对应的座64,使得如果必要的话,可将该足部移除。
在操作中,槽32的装齿38、40增加纱线Y和纱线缠绕轮16之间的摩擦,由此,即使在纱线具有高的弹性和相对高的支数的情况下也可防止滑动。此外,偏离臂42允许纱线Y从纱线缠绕轮16中顺利地和有规则地展开,使得该偏离臂4防止纱线Y自身交叠或蠕变,同时允许朝向张力传感器26从纱线缠绕轮中展开,如图5详细地所示。
使用带有如上所述偏离臂42的纱线缠绕轮16并与控制纱线馈送张力的本身公知的系统相配合,也允许在恒定的张力下馈送具有高弹性和/或相对高支数的纱线。
参照图1至5所示的优选实施例,偏离臂42布置成偏离位于纱线缠绕轮16上游的纱线。然而,如图图6的可替换实施例中所示,其中,类似于前述实施例的零件用同样的附图标记加上100来表示,通过将偏离臂142定位成偏离纱线缠绕轮16下游的纱线,可达到相类似的结果。
本文已经描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是当然,本技术领域内技术人员在权利要求书的范围内,可作出诸多改变。例如,在上述优选的实施例中,环形表面34、36具有相对的截头圆锥轮廓。然而,由于槽32内的纱线只与齿相接触,所以重要的是,不管环形表面的轮廓如何,上述大致V形的轮廓总限定在相对的各环形装齿的轮廓之间。

Claims (5)

1.一种纱线馈送机,包括:
外壳(12),
纱线缠绕轮(16),其由马达装置驱动而旋转,以将缠绕在所述纱线缠绕轮(16)上的纱线(Y)馈送到纺织机(M),
制动器(18),其布置成对所述纱线缠绕轮(16)上游的纱线(Y)施加轻微的静态制动作用,
控制单元(CN),其被程控以基于从与所述纱线缠绕轮(16)下游的纱线(Y)接合的张力传感器(26)所接收到的张力信号来调节所述纱线缠绕轮(16)的转速,以保持纱线张力在要求的水平上基本恒定不变,
其特征在于,纱线(Y)以单圈形式缠绕在所述纱线缠绕轮(16)的环向槽(32)内,所述环向槽(32)具有大致V形轮廓,所述轮廓限定在处于交替构造中的两相对的环形装齿(38、40)之间,其特征还在于,所述纱线馈送机包括设置有纱线导向装置(44)的偏离臂(42),所述纱线导向装置(44)由所述制动器(18)和所述张力传感器(26)之间的纱线(Y)可滑动地接合,所述接合所处的位置使得输入到所述纱线缠绕轮(16)的纱线被防止接触到由所述纱线缠绕轮(16)递送的纱线。
2.如权利要求1所述的纱线馈送机,其特征在于,所述偏离臂(42)定位成偏离位于所述纱线缠绕轮(16)上游的纱线(Y)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的纱线馈送机,其特征在于,所述偏离臂(42)定位成使得所述偏离臂(42)使纱线(Y)在侧向和纵向上都偏离于所述纱线缠绕轮(16)的轴线。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纱线馈送机,其特征在于,所述纱线缠绕轮(16)包括盘形支承件(50)和可移除地配装到所述盘形支承件(50)的环(52),所述环向槽(32)形成在所述环(52)上。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的纱线馈送机,其特征在于,所述偏离臂(42)设置有足部(62),所述足部可移除地接合所述外壳(12)的对应座(64),使得如果需要,所述足部能够被移除。
