本发明涉及一种网带,特别涉及一种输送物品的滤板型金属网带。包括链条、力骨和螺线,所述链条位于力骨两端,所述力骨呈圆柱形状,相邻两力骨之间缠绕有螺线,所述螺线内围填充有构件和支撑件,所述构件处于支撑件的上层,所述构件由金属网面横向折弯制成,所述构件上设有圆孔一,所述支撑件由金属网面纵向折弯制成,所述支撑件上设有圆孔二。本发明结构设计合理,大大降低了人力物力的投入,产品透气透水性好,成本低、效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种网带,特别涉及一种输送物品的滤板型金属网带,用于清洗、烘干、回火等产品处理工艺领域。
背景技术
市场上一般针对产品尺寸的不同,选择不同的网带开孔率,即选用不同类型的网带以满足使用要求,若产品尺寸小,则选择紧密型的网带;若产品尺寸大,则选择稀疏型的网带,这样不同类型的网带需要配置不同类型的设备。若在同一设备上根据产品尺寸的不同,频繁更换不同开孔率的网带,则效率低下且浪费人力。若采用紧密型网带输送大工件时,则出现透气透水性不足的现象,若采用稀疏型网带输送小工件,则容易导致工件的卡住、漏下的现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了滤板型金属网带。
本发明技术方案如下:
滤板型金属网带,包括链条、力骨和螺线,所述链条位于力骨两端,所述力骨呈圆柱形状,相邻两力骨之间缠绕有螺线,所述螺线内围填充有构件和支撑件,所述构件处于支撑件的上层,所述构件由金属网面横向折弯制成,所述构件上设有圆孔一,所述支撑件由金属网面纵向折弯制成,所述支撑件上设有圆孔二。
所述螺线为稀疏型螺线。
本发明的有益效果在于:在稀疏型螺线内填充构件和支撑件,保证了小尺寸产品的运输,同时构件和支撑件上均冲贯圆孔,增加了金属网带的透气性和透水性,保证了大尺寸产品的运输质量,解决了不同尺寸产品需要采用不同类型的金属网带或使用不同设备的难题,大大降低了人力物力的投入,节约了设备的购置及维护,提高了运输效率。

参阅图1至图5,滤板型金属网带,包括链条1、力骨2和螺线3,所述链条1位于力骨2两端,所述力骨2呈圆柱形状,相邻两力骨2之间缠绕有螺线3,所述螺线3内围填充有构件4和支撑件6,所述构件4处于支撑件6的上层,所述构件4由金属网面横向折弯制成,所述构件4上设有圆孔一5,所述支撑件6由金属网面纵向折弯制成,所述支撑件6上设有圆孔二7。
所述螺线3为稀疏型螺线。

1.滤板型金属网带,包括链条(1)、力骨(2)和螺线(3),其特征在于:所述链条(1)位于力骨(2)两端,所述力骨(2)呈圆柱形状,相邻两力骨(2)之间缠绕有螺线(3),所述螺线(3)内围填充有构件(4)和支撑件(6),所述构件(4)处于支撑件(6)的上层,所述构件(4)由金属网面横向折弯制成,所述构件(4)上设有圆孔一(5),所述支撑件(6)由金属网面纵向折弯制成,所述支撑件(6)上设有圆孔二(7)。
