本发明涉及一种输送机不锈钢带。
背景技术
应用于运输机上的输送机不锈钢带结构形式多种多样，以适应各个加工行业流水线式生产的需要。输送机不锈钢带一般为网状，此种结构形式强度较高，但对于一些产品，该种不锈钢带的上面应设有托盘以承装物料，比较麻烦。若能够提供一种不锈钢带，即能够承载物料，又不影响使用。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题，本发明提供如下技术方案，一种输送机不锈钢带，所述不锈钢带为分体式结构，主要由多个结构尺寸相同的窄不锈钢片组成；所述不锈钢片侧面具有两个方形孔，每个不锈钢片的方形孔的尺寸及位置均相同，且方形孔设置在每个不锈钢片的两侧；每个不锈钢片通过两根穿入所述方形孔的不锈钢条连接。
进一步地，所述方形孔的内壁上贴由橡胶层。
本发明涉及的这种输送机不锈钢带，结构简单，能够放置于输送机上输送物料，解决金属不锈钢带的柔软性问题，无需再放置托盘之类的容器承载物料。

如图1-2所示，不锈钢带为分体式结构，主要由多个结构尺寸相同的窄不锈钢片1组成；每个不锈钢片1的侧面均具有两个方形孔3，每个不锈钢片1的方形孔3的尺寸及位置均相同，且方形孔3设置在每个不锈钢片1的两侧；每个不锈钢片1通过两根穿入所述方形孔3的不锈钢条2连接。
方形孔的内壁上贴由橡胶层4。
